Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pengelolaan Aset Tetap Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. informan yang telah dipilih dan dianggap memahami permasalahan penelitian Aset Tetap (Tanah) Milik Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Analisa data dalam penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung dan setelah selesai di lapangan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pengelolaan inventarisasi aset  yang meliputi penggunaan; pemanfaatan; pengamanan dan pemeliharaan; penilaian; penatausahaan; serta pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian, dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan Inventarisasi dalam pengelolaan aset berupa tanah milik Pemeintah Provinsi Tenggara sudah baik, namun masih terdapat sejumlah aset yang masih dikuasai/diklaim oleh pihak lain, ini terjadi karena kurangnya pemanfaatan, pengawasan dan pengamanan dan barang milik daerah. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Aset Tetap

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the human resource development program of extension workers through education and the human resource development program of extension workers through training at the Food Crops and Livestock Office of North Konawe Regency. As for the informants in this study, there were five people. The analysis tool used is the Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) The human resource development program for extension workers through education at the Food Crops and Livestock Office of North Konawe Regency is good; (2) The human resource development program of extension workers through training at the Food Crops and Livestock Office of North Konawe Regency is included in the category that is already quite good. Abstract

The competencies in question include professional knowledge, technical skills, work attitude and ethics, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a census method involving all employees of the Inspectorate of West Muna Regency as respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. The coefficient of determination value of 47.2% indicates that competence explains nearly half of the variation in auditor performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing competence as a strategic effort to improve auditor performance and ensure regional financial accountability.
