Abstract

Pada tulisan ini, akan dipelajari ortogonalitas di ruang hasil kali dalam dan ortogonalitas-P di ruang norm-. Setelah itu, menunjukkan bahwa ortogonalitas-P hanya memenuhi empat sifat yaitu nondegenerasi, simetri, kontinuitas, dan resolvabilitas. Terakhir,  ditunjukkan bahwa ruang norm- merupakan ruang hasil kali dalam- jika ortogonalitas-P memenuhi sifat homogenitas.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan atau tidak antara kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah adanya Pandemi Covid-19 pada Perusahaan Perhotelan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Perhotelan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sehingga di peroleh 5 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas dan hipotesis menggunakan uji beda paired simpel t-test. Untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan digunakan rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian bahwa:(1) Berdasarkan rasio likuiditas dengan pengukuran current ratio dan cash ratio mengunakan uji beda paired simpel t-test terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah adanya Pandemi Covid-19.(2) Berdasarkan rasio solvabilitas dengan pengukuran debt to assets ratio dan debt to equity ratio mengunakan uji beda paired simpel t-test tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah adanya Pandemi Covid-19.(3) Berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas dengan pengukuran return on assets dan return on equity mengunakan uji beda paired simpel t-test tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah adanya Pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, return on assets, return on equity, Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the human resource development program of extension workers through education and the human resource development program of extension workers through training at the Food Crops and Livestock Office of North Konawe Regency. As for the informants in this study, there were five people. The analysis tool used is the Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) The human resource development program for extension workers through education at the Food Crops and Livestock Office of North Konawe Regency is good; (2) The human resource development program of extension workers through training at the Food Crops and Livestock Office of North Konawe Regency is included in the category that is already quite good. Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the impact of Quality Work of Life on enhancing employee performance at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk, Kendari Branch Office. The total number of employees at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk, Kendari Branch Office is 17, with the branch manager serving as the key informant. The data analysis method is aligned with the research objectives, aiming to depict and analyze a phenomenon by describing the research focus related to the investigated problem. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive analysis method in accordance with the perspective of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that Quality Work of Life can improve the performance of employees at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk, Kendari Branch Office in terms of work quality, work quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, and autonomy. Consequently, employee participation, conflict resolution, communication, work health, work safety, job security, adequate compensation, pride, and career development at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk, Kendari Branch Office are well implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) Describe and analyze the work mechanism as a housewife and as an employee of BPR Bahteramas (2) Describe and analyze the Dual Role experienced during being a female employee at BPR Bahteramas. The analysis tool used is the Interactive Model Analysis from Miles and Huberman, which divides the steps in data analysis activities into several parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that dual role is a phenomenon commonly faced by individuals, especially women, in everyday life. At BPR Bahteramas, female employees must face the demands of dual roles because they must carry out their roles as professional workers at work while fulfilling their responsibilities and roles as mothers, wives, or family members in the home environment. This dual role brings a number of pressures and challenges as they have to strike the right balance between the responsibilities and expectations of both roles.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: To determine the effect of employee discipline on the performance of production employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The type of research carried out was quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees in the production section at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar, totaling 114 people. The sampling technique used by the author is nonprobability sampling. Based on this, the sample in this study is the entire population taken, namely all production employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar, totaling 114 people. The results of this research are that employee discipline has a calculated t value of 11.595 which is greater than the t table of 1.981 (11.595 > 1.981) with a probability of a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted. This means that employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of production employees. The results of this research show that the better the employee discipline, the better the performance of production employees will be. Without good discipline, it will be difficult for a company to achieve optimal results so that the performance of production employees will not be optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of risk profile on banking sector firm value; (2) The effect of good corporate governance on the banking sector's corporate value; (3) The effect of profitability on banking sector corporate value; (4) The effect of capital on the value of banking sector companies. The companies studied in this research were from the banking sector and belonged to the BOOK (Business Category Commercial Bank) 4 group, which included seven banks: Bank Central Asia (BBCA), Bank Mandiri (BBRI), Bank Mandiri (BMRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI), Bank Pan Indonesia (PNBN), Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA), and Bank Danamon (BDMN). Secondary data from 2011 to 2020, sourced from The Indonesia Capital Market Institute (TICMI) and the official websites of the banks, was utilized for analysis in this study. The data underwent processing and analysis using the SMART PLS application. The study's findings indicate that (1) the presence of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and a high Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and negative impact on firm value. (2) While Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive effect on firm value, it is not statistically significant. (3) Profitability has a significant and positive influence on firm value. (4) Conversely, capital exhibits a significant and negative impact on firm value. This research is new research in the literature that uses quantitative models, analyzes empirical data, and provides insights that are useful in the process of making investment decisions in banking sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study examines the implications of financial technology transformation on the dynamics of Islamic banking development in Southeast Asia using a descriptive-comparative qualitative approach. Secondary data were obtained from industry reports such as Asia Business Outlook, UOB Group, and Asian Banking & Finance, which highlight fintech growth and Islamic financial assets in the ASEAN region. The findings reveal that digitalization through fintech enhances operational efficiency, expands financial inclusion, and strengthens transparency in Islamic finance systems. Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia have pioneered the adoption of technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence to maintain compliance with Sharia principles while improving competitiveness. Despite challenges related to regulation, cybersecurity, and human capital readiness, the synergy between digital innovation and Islamic values has reinforced the resilience of the regional Islamic banking sector. This transformation underscores that the future of Islamic banking in Southeast Asia depends on integrating technological efficiency with social justice and the ethical foundations of Islamic finance.
