Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition of excessive nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Thepurpose of this study is to knowsomefactor that associated with the incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women at Puskesmas Langkahan Kab. Aceh Utara , and in this study, three factors were taken,There are age, parity status, and employment. Themethod of this study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was amounted to 30 people using total sampling method. The Resultsof this study, using the chi-square test, obtained the value of Asymp. Sig on the age variable is 0.964; on the parity variable 0.092; and the employment variable is 0.374. These results indicate that this value is> 0.05, which means there is significant relationship between age, parity and employment with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. Conclusion from the research conducted based on the relationship of factor related to the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum,general,parity,and work there is a meaningful relationship.

Abstract

Posyandu is one form of health efforts resourceful community which is a real form of community participation in health development. Two factors that affect children visit that factor maternal knowledge of ignorance weigh the benefits against her mother in IHC. And the role of the factor Kader duty to urge people who have or which includes the target of immunization to Posyandu and provide peyuluhan the research aims to determine the relationship of mother's knowledge and the role of cadres to visit diposyandu toddler. Study Design This study is analytic with cross sectional approach. Sample of 35 respondents conducted in the mother at Lubuk dendang village Perbaungan district Serdang bedagai in 2022. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Result (73.0).of the relationship with the mother's knowledge toddler visit diposyandu find p = 0.017 and cadres role relationships with toddlers visit diposyandu find p = 0.025. Conclusion There is a significant association between mother's knowledge and the role of cadres to visit health centers toddler at Lubuk dendang village Perbaungan district. The need for care advice from health workers about health education to the community, especially pregnant women and mothers with young children about the importance of a visit to Posyandu. For relevant institutions in this case the clinic in order to pay attention to cadre's refreshment in order to keep motivated in carrying out its function and role in Posyandu.

Abstract

Menstrual cycle disorders are menstrual disorders, also known as abnormal uterine bleeding, which is a complaint that often causes women to seek treatment from a doctor or first aid center. There were 30 acceptors who experienced menstrual cycle disorders. The aim is to analyze the relationship between injectable contraceptive use and menstrual cycle disorders at Dr. Tengku Mansyur, Tanjung Balai city in 2022. The method used is an analytical survey, the research design used is cross sectional. The independent variable is injectable contraception. The dependent variable is menstrual cycle disorders in the population of all new acceptors of injectable contraception. Statistical tests use chi-square, research instruments use questionnaires. The results of the study were that most respondents used injectable contraception with menstrual cycle disorders as many as 30 (65.4%). The results of statistical tests using chis square showed p value = 0.000 with a significance level of α (0.05) and p < α (0.000 < 0.05), so H0 was rejected, which means there is a relationship between the use of injectable contraception and menstrual cycle disorders in family planning acceptors .Based on research results, efforts that can be made are by improving lifestyle, consuming healthy food and balancing activity patterns.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is giving only breast milk without any other additional food until the baby is 6 months old except for vitamins and medicine. Breast milk is produced due to the influence of the hormones prolactin and oxytocin after the birth of the baby. The first breast milk that comes out is called colostrum and contains lots of IgA immunoglobin which is good for defending the baby's body against disease. This research is a quantitative analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach taken using total sampling techniques. There were 4 respondents. The results from the researchers were that the majority of respondents had good knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, 22 respondents (66.9%). From the results of data analysis using the Fisher's Exact test, it was obtained that the P-Value was <0.05 (0.004). The conclusion from the results of this research is that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of exclusive breast milk in the working area of the Gurilla Health Center, Pematang Siantar City due to the level of maternal knowledge about The majority of exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Gurilla Community Health Center, Siantar Sitalasari District, Pematang Siantar City is good.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder that the child’s body length is less than -2 standard deviations. Stunting is associated with nutritional adequacy in the first day of life, one of which is exclusive breastfeeding. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and incidence of stunting among Childs aged 12-59 months. This study was analytical observational with cross sectional design and conducted in Primary Health Center of Sialang Buah on April 2022. The sample of 52 Children was chosen through Total sampling. The results of revealed that 20% respondents were breastfed and 80% were not exclusively breastfed. The prevalence of stunting were 30,91%. Of 34 cases of stunting, 26 respondents did not get exclusive breastfed (88%) and 8 respondents got exclusive breastfed history (22%). Bivariate analysis using Chi-square obtained p = 0,536 (p > 0,05), showed that there was no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and prevalence of stunting.
