Abstract

Era globalisasi saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa persaingan perkembangan dunia bisnis semakin pesat dan berperan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Peranan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dalam perekonomian nasional di akui sangat besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kontribusi UKM terhadap lapangan kerja, pemerataan pendapatan, pembangunan ekonomi desa dan sebagai penggerak ekspor. Namun, di sisi lain mulai terbukanya pasar bebas, terbatasnya kebijakan yang mendukung sektor usaha kecil, belum meratanya pengetahuan dan perkembangan teknologi serta masalah permodalan menjadi penghambat pengembangan dan terbentuknya UKM. Adanya faktor penghambat tersebut menjadi kendala bagi Pekon Negara Batin Kecamatan Kota Agung Barat Kabupaten Tanggamus untuk membentuk UKM yang dapat menunjang perekonomian desa, sehingga untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut kami melakukan observasi untuk membentuk UKM dengan memanfaatkan potensi alam Pekon Negara Batin. Melimpahnya Buah Pepaya yang tidak lolos seleksi dijual ke pasar karena matang belum waktunya, menginisiasi kami untuk bekerja sama dengan masyarakat Pekon Negara Batin dalam membentuk UKM Manisan Buah Pepaya, untuk mendukung kelancaran terbentuknya UKM Manisan Buah Pepaya, kami mengadakan pelatihan dan penyuluhan cara memproduksi dan mengemas manisan buah pepaya, memperluas jaringan pemasaran dan pelatihan anggaran penjualan serta pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang sederhana untuk UKM Maya Califa (Manisan Pepaya California).

Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the implementation ofSpeak English with Me program toward speakingability of students of English course at UPT Bahasa of IBIDarmajaya. This research uses random samplingtechnique where there are 50 out of 685 students ofElementary English 2 (level 2) taken as the sample. In theresearch, there are two kinds of tool used to collect thedata; they are questionnaire and documentation. Theresult of the research shows that Speak English with Meprogram can be implemented to improve speaking abilityof students of English course at UPT Bahasa of IBIDasrmajaya.KEY WORDS: Implementation, Speak English with Me , Englishcourse

Abstract

This article discusses a mapping of problems of learning English encountered by students freshmen higher educations in Bandar Lampung. A set questionnaire which asked the learners’ difficulties of learning English was distributed to 180 students from  higher education institutions: IBI Darmajaya, Universitas Bandar Lampung, STKIP PGRI, DCC,UniversitasSaburai and UniversitasParamadinaMandiri.UniversitasTulangBawang. From 180 students recruited for the study, 165students responded to the questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 40 item Likert-scale questions asking students difficulties in comprehending and  utilizing elements of pronunciaton, grammar, vocabular, functions, discourse and strategic in learning English. The results show that students encountered difficulties in pronunciations, vocabulary, function and strategic elements of English learning. Students did not encounter difficulties in discourse elements. This might be due to the fact that students got intensive trainings on discourse during their high school learning experiences.One of the implications of the study is a design of English course for higher education institutions in Bandar Lampung based the mapping of the problems encountered. Key words: mapping, Language Learning Problems, Higher Education institutions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business IIB Darmajaya. This is a quantitative study that uses an associative approach. The population of this study consisted of 64 teachers from the Faculty of Economics and Business IIB Darmajaya, who were also used as samples. The sample approach used in this study is a saturation sampling strategy. Multiple linear regression tests and t-tests were used to analyze the data in this tudy. The findings of this study show that the factors of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have a major influence on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business IIB Darmajaya.Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence,  Spiritual Intelligence, and Lecturer Performance

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous empowerment and motivation to the performance of lecturers at the Department of Management IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. Type of measurements used was the explanatory research, that is the study of several variables which relates variables, and then analyzes them, and searches for solutions and their implications on the object of research. The results showed that empowerment (X1) affected significantly lecturers’ performance showed by the results of statistical tests where the value t-count > t-table (4.072 > 1,701). Motivation (X1) has significant influence towards lecturers’ performance (Y) where the statistical test results showed the value of t-count > t-table (3.535 > 1.701). Similarly, empowerment and motivation significantly influenced lecturers’ perforamance at once. It was based on the result of statistical test indicating that F-value was 8.774 with a significance level of 0.000 (Prob. Sig = 0.000). obtained value of F table with df (degree of freedom) = nk = 30 – 2 = 28 of 3.30 indicates that the magnitude of the calculated F (8.774) which was calculated F value > F table (8.774 > 3.39).  Simultaneous empowerment and motivation with lecturers’ performance were showed by the result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,687. It means that 68,7% (percent) of the variation of the changes in the influence of empowerment and motivation can explain the change of lecturers’ performance. Whereas 31,3% (percent) remaining is the effect of variables or other factors outside the model. Keywords : empowerment, motivation, and lecturers’ performance.

Abstract

Analysis of Advertising Effectiveness Through Instagram in the Management Study Program IIB Darmajaya with the Customer Response Index (CRI) Approach aims to identify the success of advertising carried out by the Management Study Program at IIB Darmajaya through the Instagram social media platform. This study uses two important analytical frameworks, namely the Customer Response Index (CRI) to evaluate the competitive position of the study program in the use of Instagram as a marketing tool. CRI helps in assessing the relative position of the study program compared to its competitors in the realm of social media. Through this methodology, the study will explore the effectiveness of advertising campaigns carried out on Instagram. Overall, the results show that, while marketing strategies have been successful in creating awareness and understanding, there is room for improvement in increasing interest and turning intentions into tangible actions. For this reason, a more in-depth analysis of the factors that cause obstacles in the conversion process is needed, so that marketing strategies can be adjusted to improve the performance of study programs in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 165 yaitu seluruh pegawai tetap (aparatur sipil negara) pada kantor Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung. Sementara penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin sehingga ditetapkan responden sebanyak 62. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran dan pengumpulan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini pada uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja pegawai, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) merupakan sektor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, termasuk di daerah pedesaan. Salah satu UMKM potensial di Desa Way Kalam, Kecamatan Penengahan, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah Banana Chips by Dimas Snack. Namun, usaha ini masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan secara manual, promosi yang terbatas, literasi digital yang rendah, serta branding produk yang belum optimal. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, dilakukan program pendampingan berupa pelatihan pencatatan keuangan berbasis aplikasi, pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, serta penguatan identitas visual produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif-edukatif, meliputi observasi awal, perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan keuangan digital, promosi melalui Instagram dan WhatsApp Business yang efektif memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta terciptanya identitas visual produk yang lebih profesional. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga membentuk pola pikir adaptif pelaku UMKM terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM pedesaan dan dapat dijadikan model pengembangan UMKM di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Hanif Mitra Lampung. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Hanif Mitra Lampung, berjumlah 34 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah onprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dimana pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pada teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Hanif Mitra Lampung, berjumlah 34 karyawan. Jenis Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan mengunakan metode analisis regresi berganda karena menggunakan lebih dari satu variabel independent yang mempengaruhi variabel dependent. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Hanif Mitra Lampung
