Abstract

Background : Exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by several factors such as aspects understanding, nutritional, educational aspects, immunological, psychological, intelligence, cost and delay pregnancy. The low level of understanding of the importance of breastfeeding during the first 6 months of birth due to lack of information and knowledge possessed by mothers about everything plus nutritional value and benefits contained in breast milk. Objective : To determine the relationshipbetween the mother's level of education on exclusive breastfeeding success in the MelatiIntegrated Service Center Beteng Village Subdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten. Research Methods : This study was a cross sectional analytic study. The population in this research were all mothers with infants aged 6 -24 months in Integrated Service Center in the Beteng Village Subdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten 38 people.The sample in this research as many as 30 people. Instrument research angket, chi square analysis of the data. The results : of the study maternal characteristics maternal age 20-35 years, parity primiparous and housewives. Mother's education level in the Integrated Service Center Beteng VillageSubdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten most basic with the percentage of 53.3%. The success of exclusive breastfeeding in the MelatiIntegrated Service Center Beteng Village Subdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten is succesed on 24 people (80%). Conclusion : There is a relationship with the mother's level of education on exclusive breastfeeding success in the MelatiIntegrated Service Center Beteng VillageSubdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten with value χ 2 = 6.563, p = 0.038 (p <0.05).

Abstract

Abstrak E-Government merupakan salah satu isu kebijakan publik yang mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah perkembangan pola pikir masyarakat yang kritis menuntut adanya efektifitas, efisiensi, transparansi dan akuntabilitas di sektor publik. Salah satu daerah yang telah menerapkan e-Government adalah Kota Surabaya dengan salah satu programnya yakni e-Performance. Latar belakang dibuatnya e-Performance karena buruknya dan lambannya kinerja pegawai sehingga harapannya dengan adanya penilaian kinerja melalui e-Performance mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Kenyataannya, e-Performance belum sepenuhnya mampu memperbaiki kinerja pegawai khususnya pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kota Surabaya. Menurut Rivai dkk (2005), kinerja dalam menjalankan fungsinya tidak berdiri sendiri melainkan dipengaruhi faktor lain salah satunya yakni kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh e-Performance terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara menyebar angket kepada seluruh pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kota Surabaya yang berjumlah 57 orang (sampel jenuh) meskipun pada kenyataannya yang kembali kepada peneliti sebanyak 32 kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-Performance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kota Surabaya dengan kekuatan pengaruhnya sebesar 21,9%, sedangkan sisanya 78,1(%) dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar e-Performance. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan e-Performance paling besar memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pada promosi dengan kontribusi pengaruhnya yakni sebesar 20,1% sedangkan dua indikator yakni kepuasan pada gaji dan pengawasan, e-Performance tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarti bagi kedua indikator ini. Abstract

Abstract: The porposes of research were to know improvement of student achievement and the effect of the application of cooperative learning model MURDER to increased student achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in Class X SMAN 14 Pekanbaru. This research was a form of experimental research with the design randomized control group pretest-posttest. The study population was all students of class X at SMAN 14 Pekanbaru. The samples were students of class X.3 as experimental class and class X.2 as the control class. The experimental class was applied cooperative learning model MURDER, while the control class using discussion method. Data were analyzed using t-test. Results from the study showed tcount>ttable (4,58 >1.67) and category increase student achievement in the experimental class at 0,79 with high katergori while the experimental class category increase student achievement by 0.55 with category so it can be concluded the implementation of cooperative learning model MURDER can improve the student achievement on the subject of Hydrocarbon in class X SMAN 14 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Cooperative Learning Model MURDER, Student Achievement, Hydrocarbon

Abstract

The aims of this research : 1) To know the influence of profit management toward the firm value, 2) To know thw influence of Good Corporate Governance toward the firm value, 3) To know the effect of Good Corporate Governance to relationship profit management and companies value. The populationof this research is all of the manufaclture componies that listed in Bursa Efeke Indonesia on 2013-2015. The sampel is selected by using purposive sampling. There were 20 companies that became the sampel of this researt bared on the criteria. This research used double regretive linear design. The result of this research showed that: 1) Profit management was not influence significant toward the firm value, 2) Good Corporate Governance gave negative effect toward the firm value, 3) Good Corporate Governance as the variable moderation was not able to decrease the effect of profit management toward the firm value.

Abstract

One phenomenon that is still often found in newborns is the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia. Phototherapy is one treatment to avoid a more fatal condition. The aim of this study was to see the effect of phototherapy on total bilirubin levels in infants with hyperbilirubinemia. The Study used Observational analytic research methods were carried out in a population of infants who experienced jaundice at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro. The sampling technique is a total population of 110 respondents through medical record data. data in the form of respondent characteristics, phototherapy, and bilirubin levels were presented through univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the bilirubin level in infants with hyperbilirubinemia after phototherapy decreased by an average of 3.086 mg/dL. Nonparametric statistical test results with 2 related samples obtained a significance degree value of ρ (0.000) < α (0.05) Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an effect of phototherapy on reducing total bilirubin. levels in babies. Based on the result stydy, that phototherapy has a significant effect on reducing total bilirubin levels in hyperbilirubinemia infants.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang Metode yang digunakan untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an bagi anak usia dini. Menurut Benjamin Bloom perkembangan kecerdasan anak terjadi sebanyak 50% di antara masa konsepsi dan usia 4 tahun, 30% terjadi antara usia 4 tahun dan 8 tahun, dan 20% berkembang diantara usia 8 tahun dan 17 tahun. Dengan ini penulis meninjau urgensi pendidikan anak usia dini, sehingga memilih objek penelitian di salah satu lembaga pendidikan berbasis Al-Qur’an untuk mengetahui implementasi metode hafalan 3T+1M (tafahhum, talaqqi, tikr?r dan mur?ja’ah) di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi metode 3T+1M ini dilaksanakan di TK Al-Iman Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dekomentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya yaitu model interaktif. Adapun sumber data yang diambil yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah pelaksanaan menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan metode 3T+1M di TK Al-Iman yaitu: 1) Pesereta didik mengenal makna Al-Qur’an yang sedang dihafal (metode tafahhum), 2) Guru tahfiz memberikan contoh pelafalan ayat Al-Qur’an kepada peserta didik (metode talaqqi), 3) Peserta didik meniru bacaan yang telah ditalaqqi secara berulang-ulang sampai hafal (metode tikr?r), 4) Peserta didik mengulang hafalan untuk menjaga agar hafalan tersebut tidak mudah lupa (metode mur?ja’ah). Kata kunci: Menghafal Al-Qur’an, Metode 3T+1M, Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Optimal classroom management is one of the important factors in supporting the success of the teaching and learning process, especially at the primary school level. Teachers have an important role as organizers of classroom dynamics, by creating a comfortable learning atmosphere, encouraging educational interactions, and fostering students' enthusiasm for learning. This article aims to examine the effect of the teacher's role in managing the classroom on improving student learning achievement in Civics Education (PKN) subjects in grade 4 SD. Using a qualitative approach based on a literature study, this article reviews the teacher's role in arranging the classroom, choosing appropriate learning strategies, and managing student behavior effectively. The findings of the discussion show that students' active involvement in learning, understanding of Civics Education materials, and their learning outcomes are greatly influenced by the quality of classroom management by teachers. Therefore, teachers are required to have good pedagogical and managerial skills to create meaningful and effective learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of learning methods outside the classroom on thematic learning outcomes in class II MI Al-Miftah Gunung Sindur Bogor students.  This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and summaries, and data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student learning outcomes using the outdoor learning method. This is evidenced by measuring student learning outcomes in terms of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Viewed from the effective aspect, students showed active behavior and increased student interest in learning. From the cognitive aspect, it shows that there is an increase in students' understanding of the material presented. And when viewed from the psychomotor aspect, by implementing outdoor learning it makes students love their environment.

Abstract

Kemampuan administrasi dan etika pelayanan merupakan kompetensi penting yang perlu dimiliki siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja, khususnya di sektor pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun budaya tertib administrasi dan menanamkan nilai-nilai etika pelayanan kepada siswa SMKN 7 Kota Serang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan experiential learning selama tiga hari, yang terdiri dari penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik dokumen resmi dan administrasi digital, simulasi pelayanan publik, serta refleksi nilai ASN BerAKHLAK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa, seperti kemampuan menyusun surat dinas sesuai tata naskah, menggunakan Google Forms dan Google Drive untuk keperluan administrasi, serta peningkatan sikap profesional dalam pelayanan berbasis simulasi. Forum refleksi juga menghasilkan dokumen komitmen budaya administrasi sekolah yang disusun partisipatif oleh siswa. Luaran kegiatan berupa modul pelatihan, video edukasi, dan template dokumen digital diserahkan kepada pihak sekolah untuk keberlanjutan program. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini mampu membentuk karakter siswa sebagai calon pelayan publik yang tertib, beretika, dan siap menghadapi tantangan birokrasi modern.
