Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT Boma Tirta Prima Makassar. Methodology: This study is quantitative research. This study used a questionnaire to collect the research data. This study used SPSS26 as a tool for data processing. Results: Organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance in PT Boma Tirta Prima Makassar. Limitations: A lack of data sources is expected in the future to conduct research in several different locations. Conclusion: Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Boma Tirta Prima Makassar. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Boma Tirta Prima Makassar. Organizational culture and work motivation have a significant influence simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Boma Tirta Prima Makassar. Contribution: This research is expected to be a source of reference for further research and a consideration for PT Boma Tirta Prima Makassar as a reference for improving employee performance.

Abstract

Leaders have an important role in an organization. Various tasks are the responsibility of the leader in an organization, including increasing the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Andi Jemma Airport Operator Unit Office. This can also be influenced by the leadership style used by a leader, one of the leadership styles that can affect the organizational commitment of civil servants is transformational leadership. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of transformational leadership in improving the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Andi Jemma Airport Operator Unit Office. This research uses exploratory research with a qualitative approach. Primary data sources in this study are the results of questionnaires and secondary data sources from the exploration of various journals.  Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The research results show that to achieve optimal results and maintain organizational sustainability, the role of human resource (HR) quality is key, which affects organizational performance and success. Transformational leadership style, with aspects of employee empowerment, effective communication, and individual development, emerges as an approach that has the potential to increase employee organizational commitment. The implementation of transformational leadership can form an environment that motivates and inspires employees to be dedicated to the organization, positively impacting the performance and existence of the organization, as in the case of Andi Jemma Airport.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan memahami program pembangunan desa untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, mendefinisikan dan mengetahui bagaimana dana desa digunakan untuk membiayai pembangunan desa untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat, menemukan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam kegunanaan dana desa dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan sumbernya, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder.Informasi dasar diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan tokoh desa, perangkat desa dan masyarakat desa serta dokumentasi dan observasi. Data sekunder adalah informasi yang berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, undang-undang dan sumber terkait lainnya. Pengelolaan tampilan informasi bersifat deskriptif.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa (1) bentuk program pembangunan desa dalam peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Bassiang terdapat 5 program pembangunan desa yaitu pada bidang penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa, bidang pelaksanaan pembangunan desa, bidang pembinaan masyarakat desa, bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat dan bidang penanggulangan bencana darurat dan mendesak.(2) kegunaan dana desa dalam pembangunan desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat 714.915.000 dan sisa dana yang belum direalisasikan adalah 217.113.000 rupiah (3) Faktor pendukung dalam kegunaan dan di desa adalah faktor, yaitu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat Faktor pendukung, yaitu a) Dukungan masyarakat (b) Masyarakat dan adanya kerjasama antar perangkat desa (c) Partisipasi masyarakat sangat tinggi, perempuan dan laki-laki terjun langsung ke lapangan dan faktor penghambatnya adalah:(a) ada ketidaksepakatan kecil (b) adanya wabah Covid-19. Abstract

Motivasi dan komitmen organisasi dikategorikan sebagai foaktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi disiplin kerja. Sehingga Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen oraganisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja. berdasarkan temuan penelitian menggunaka SPSS 21 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 79 orang maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

Sekretariat daerah memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu melakukan perubahan dengan cara melakukan gerakan reformasi birokrasi. Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palopo adalah mereka yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, membantu pemerintah daerah dalam menjalankan tugas pemerintahan serta diberi tugas pemerintahan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana Pengaruh Efektivitas Penggunaan E-Absensi dan Pengawasan Kerja secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja ASN di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan nilai Thitung variabel E-Absensi sebesar 9.412 dan Ttabel sebesar 1,671 atau 9.412 > 1,671 dan nilai signifikan E-Absensi 0,000 < 0,05 (H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima). Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa E-Absensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja ASN (Y). di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palopo.
