Abstract

The tendency of the Petalangan community to choose the treatment greatly influences the health of the Petalangan community in Betung Village, Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan District. Health is very important because it affect human productivity. The strong belief of the people of Petalangan towards traditional medicine makes people have other reasons for modern medicine. Therefore the researchers tried to analyze what the tendency of the Petalangan community to traditional medicine in the village of Betung is. In this study, researches used the theory of health belief models. This study condists of 6 respondents consisting of traditional / religious leaders, village midwives, and Betung villagers. The results of this study indicate that people’s choice of traditional and modern medicine is very good, society accepts that modern medicine is very good, society accepts that modern medicine is an irrevocable progress and has also helped the community in terms of achieving healing but they still cannot leave traditional medicine from their ancestors because it is considered valuable and has been proven to cure people from illness during this time and become the main choice in treatment.Keywords : Health, Betung Village, Petalangan Tribe, Treatment

Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Sungai Kuning  Kecamatan  SingingiKabupaten  Kuantan  Singingi. The purpose of this research is to find out the early marriage factors and what is people’s perception about  it. This research entitled “people’s perception about early marriage (aacase study in Desa Sungai Kuning  Kecamatan  Singing  iKabupaten  Kuantan  Singingi)”.  The focus topic of this research is what factors cause the early marriage and what are people’s perception about it. Subject of this research is KepalaDesa, SekretarisDesa, Religion figure, Ketua RT, Imam masjid, and respected people in Sungai Kuning. Sampling was done by purposive technique. Subject was contain of 6 people. Writer used qualitative descriptive method and data are analysed qualitatively. Data instruments are observation and interview. Result shows that the dominant factors of early marriage  are internal factor (the actors wants to marry) and external factors; economic and social factors (ex: unwanted pregnancy before marriage). The dominant perception is from the religion point of view, that religion says it is good to marry early to avoid any sexual activity outside marriage. From social point of view, people think that teenagers today have relationship outside out permitted norms. From economic point of view, people think that marriage will solve economic problems. Key word: people’s perception, teenagers, early marriage

Abstract

Society health need to be considered because there are many society who complain about the services provided by the hospital when treatment specially society who use the health card (agency the social security mandiri). This research intend the first, to determine the society perception user of agency the social security mandiri health in service hospital Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Second, factors affecting service in hospital Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. To analyze data obtainable from the field, this research using descriptive analysis namely to describe the phenomena that exist in the field and then interpret it according to the method, theory, techniques and those of the author with the existing repertoire literature. This research do hospital Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. The results of the field showed research that society who use of agency the social security mandiri to response to the lack of services provided by the hospital Lubuk Basung starting from the timeliness service, accuracy of service, courtesy and friendliness in service, ease in getting service and convenience in service. In this research, using the theory of perception, the perception theory Notoatmodjo say perception is experience of objects, events or relationships obtainable with collect and interpret information. Perception is obtained mostly from the perceived user experience agency the social security mandiri always take medication there. This is affected by the lack of medical personnel remain, facilities work and the clarity of drug users agency the social security hospital Lubuk Basung. It is expected that the cooperation between society, hospital, agency the social security and government in realizing the quality of service.Keyword : Perception, Society, Service

Abstract

This research analyzes the processes and networks experienced by several students from several faculties in Riau University that capable to become young entrepreneurs. The theory used in this research is the theory of social networks. This research Data is collected through observation methods and documentation. Analysis of data by using a qualitative analysis of descriptive by specifying the informant using purposive sampling. From observations in the field and identification of the research subject of six people. The results of this study have several components in the student process of entrepreneurship. Their background in opening a business is a hobby, passion, opportunities and a view of the society's lifestyle today. Work experience is also considered to have a role in encouraging student's entrepreneurial intentions. The existence of strong character such as intention to continue entrepreneurial to patience that must always take precedence to become a successful entrepreneur in the day. In the process of creating a student business has obstacles such as management of less efficient time and lack of assistance or labor. Entrepreneurial students also use social media in the marketing and development process. Social Media used are WhatsApp and Instagram. As for social networks that are intertwined to parties such as distributors, resellers also consumers are done through technology like mobile. Abstract

This thesis submitted in order to quality a sociology bachelors degree with the title “ Social Interaction Street Vendors In Puan Maimun Market Karimun Regency, Riau Archipelago. To findout how the social interaction that occur betwee the street vendors, factor that affect the creation of social interaction that take place and interwoven between street vendors in Puan Maimun market, Karimun Regency, the author conducted data collection using observation techniques and in depth interviews with respondents. As for how sampling or respondents is done by simple random sampling techniques (in a random way) that has came chance and opportunity to be selected as a samples, the samples 15 street vendors respondents specified of the total population 129 merchant. The teory used in this reasearch is the theory of social interaction and the structural-functional theory. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Result of research conduted in general, the author say that the high familiar relationships that occur between them. Social interactions that occur make a trader to another may affect each other. The social interaction resulted in relationships that is both negative and positive. Tolarance among street vendors Puan Maimun Market that made them closer. A sense of togetherness between cadger that make harmony among them better. The results show that social interaction that exist between good cadger.Key words : Social Interaction, Cadger

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country, so development is echoed in various aspects in the interests of equitable development and human welfare. In order to achieve the expected development, public participation in these development activities is required. Community involvement in development means the voluntary participation of the community in the processes of the development activities carried out. In this study, researchers examine the phenomenon of public participation in infrastructure development in Pasir Jaya Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency linked to the Village Fund. The theory used in this research is rational choice theory. To examine the data obtained, the author uses qualitative research methods with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data supporting this research are divided into primary and secondary data. The results of this study suggest that the Village Fund Allocation in Pasir Jaya Village is based on Village Law No. 6 of 2014 and based on the Permendesa. In addition, the results of this study show that participation in development in Pasir Jaya Village is high in the operational dimension with personnel involvement and fruit utilization in the economy, on the one hand development certainty in Pasir Jaya Village is also low in providing ideas and funds donate.Keywords: Village Fund, Participation, Infrastructure Development

Abstract

Dukun are a place to solve problems, a place to ask for advice and opinions. A place to support the success and success they want. This study aims to analyze why people still trust the shaman and to analyze the meaning of the shaman for the community. The study was conducted in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi. Data analysis in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research are that about 70% of the Komang Island community still believes in dukun because dukun can always help when asked for help, only dukuns are able to cure all kinds of illnesses and dukun can solve various problems or provide solutions. The meaning of the shaman for the community of Komang Island Village is a place to ask for help, cure all kinds of diseases and as an intermediary to resolve all problems. Keywords: Shaman, Trust, Relief

Abstract

The phenomenon of children and adolescents equipping religious values is experiencing a shift in the development of the times so that the morality and behavior of children are threatened on deviations and contrary to the values and norms in force. Problems occur in children due to lack of control and supervision in socializing as well as a lack of understanding of children about religious education. This study aims to find out how to socialize and foster the application of the Program from Maghrib Koran activities to children. The location of this research is in the Multipurpose Building, Jl. Utama, Sungai Gelam Hamlet, Damai Village, Bengkalis District. Researchers used descriptive qualitative analysis methods by telling and giving an overview of research results in a systematic and logical manner. The criterion of the research subject is those directly involved in the Koran Maghrib program with a total of 10 people (5 key informants and 5 informants). The analysis uses socialization theory (George Herbert Mead) and symbolic interaction theory (Herbert Blumer) as supporting theories. The results of the study explained that the application of Kaji Maghrib socialization was welcomed and could be accepted in the community. The role of parents in children's religious education is still relatively low. The role of the board or teacher is the key to the success of the activity by applying learning coaching with various methods being taught. During the socialization of activities, experienced a good development. the overall ability of children is categorized as still low in terms of learning. The lack of participation in studying religious teaches ranging from adolescents, adults and parents. Constraints in terms of implementation time are also limited to only 2 meetings held during the week.Keywords: Socialization, Maghrib Reciting, Children

Method that is utilized is kualitatif that gets character descriptiving to get information about UED-SP program performing. Abstract

Pekanbaru city experienced rapid growth, this is because the city of Pekanbaru isthe capital of Riau province so pembangungan concentration centered in the city ofPekanbaru is a strategic place for karaoke entertainment industry in particular, is due to thelack of tourist attractions in the city of Pekanbaru, while the level of community mobility ishigh enough, so there was nightspots in the community such as Club executive Karaoke,public interest in visiting Club Executive Karaoke quite high. Opportunity is that capturedthe investors to invest in competing karaoke entertainment industry in particular, be it afamily or club executive karaoke karaoke.The purpose of this study is to describe the public perception of the Club ExecutiveKaraoke in the city of Pekanbaru and to determine the impact of Club Executive Karaokefor the city of Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method is to describe andexplain the results of research in the form of words spoken or written on a number ofqualitative data. The location of this research was conducted in Jalan Sudirman PekanbaruBased on the results of research conducted in the field, a positive public perceptionof the Club Executive Karaoke namely as a means of family entertainment. As for thenegative public perception of the Club Executive is not only as a family entertainment butserve adult entertainment establishments selling alcoholic beverages, narcotics and providecomfort women so that visitors are free to do anything that is no longer compatible with therules and norms of society. Presence Club Regional Executive Karaoke violate regulations(Government) NO.3 of 2002 on Public Entertainment In Chapter III Section 4 of theentertainment licensing regulations and entertainment Club Executive Karaoke alsoviolated Section IV, Article 5 of the operational time entertainment venues. To overcomethis Pekanbaru city government must be firm in overseeing the entertainment venues thathave violated the rules of the area.Keywords: Perception, Society, Club Executive Karaoke
