Abstract

Every employee has a career goal he or she wants to achieve. In achieving his or her career, an employee will explore all available opportunities. Career planning is an effort made by individuals in setting goals or achieving desired career goals. This includes activities such as analyzing the abilities possessed, interest in work, values, to identify goals that need to be achieved in supporting the desired career. Looking at the current reality, many companies are experiencing changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic. This problem is felt not only by companies but also by employees because it can hinder their careers. This research is expected to provide insights on individual career planning and the role of organization in career management.  This study shows there is a significant relationship between career planning and career management.

Abstract

Stunting pada anak adalah masalah kesehatan global yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan anak. Stunting terjadi ketika anak mengalami hambatan pertumbuhan sejak dalam kandungan hingga usia 5 tahun, yang dapat mengakibatkan dampak jangka panjang terhadap kesehatan dan kualitas hidup anak. Stunting adalah status gizi yang didasarkan pada indeks PB/U atau TB/U dimana dalam standar antropometri penilaian status gizi anak, hasil pengukuran tersebut berada pada ambang batas (Z-Score) <-2 SD sampai dengan -3 SD (pendek) dan <-3 SD (sangat pendek). Stunting yang telah tejadi bila tidak diimbangi dengan catch-up growth (tumbuh kejar) mengakibatkan menurunnya pertumbuhan, masalah stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan meningkatnya risiko kesakitan, kematian dan hambatan pada pertumbuhan baik motorik maupun mental. Beberapa faktor penyebab stunting yaitu praktik pemberian kolostrum dan ASI eksklusif, pola konsumsi anak, dan penyakit infeksi, akses dan ketersediaan bahan makanan serta sanitasi dan kesehatan lingkungan. Upaya pencegahan dan pengurangan stunting harus dilakukan sejak dini, dengan fokus pada gizi seimbang, sanitasi yang baik, dan perawatan yang optimal. Hanya melalui kolaborasi yang kuat dan komitmen bersama, stunting pada anak dapat dicegah dan generasi masa depan dapat tumbuh dengan sehat dan berpotensi penuh.
