Abstract

Jika maskapai PT. XXX tidak melakukan loan spare part, maka harus mengeluarkan biaya perbaikan sebesar US$ 2.804,46, namun dengan kehilangan total daily revenue sebesar US$ 245.552,18. Sedangkan, jika maskapai PT. XXX menggunakan loan part, maka hanya mengeluarkan total biaya sebesar US$ 5.227,31 tanpa kehilangan daily revenue.

Abstract

Diharapkan terapi ini dapat diterapkan secara mandiri oleh pasien maupun keluarga sebagai bagian dari manajemen nyeri holistik pasca persalinan.\   Pain is a common complaint experienced by post-cesarean section mothers, often caused by the effects of epidural anesthesia and surgical incisions. If not properly managed, pain can interfere with recovery, hinder breastfeeding, and reduce postpartum quality of life. A preliminary study at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa showed that 80% of post-cesarean mothers experienced moderate pain but were unfamiliar with non-pharmacological therapies such as foot massage. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of foot massage relaxation techniques in reducing pain intensity in post-cesarean mothers. The research employed a descriptive case study design involving two subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used was a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain observation sheet. The intervention was conducted over three days, with foot massage administered twice daily for 20 minutes. Results indicated a reduction in pain levels: subject I experienced a decrease from scale 6 to 2, and subject II from scale 7 to 3. These findings suggest that foot massage is effective as a non-pharmacological therapy in reducing pain intensity. The therapy was most optimal when performed one hour after analgesic administration. It is recommended that this intervention be practiced independently by patients or family members as part of a holistic postpartum pain management strategy.

Abstract

The level of maternal anxiety has an impact on the length of labor in the first stage. Anxiety and fear can have an impact on the onset of severe pain and result in decreased uterine contractions, so labor takes longer. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women during childbirth with hypnobirthing therapy. The methods in this activity are: Dividing antenatal classes for pregnant women in the I, II and III trimesters, making implementation schedules, socializing, conducting pretests on Hypnobirthing. By taking anamnesis, determining the distress scale, determining the learning channel and starting the hypnobirthing session, the first session and at the end of the session were given the task of making positive affirmations about pregnancy and childbirth, conducting a posttest on hypnobirthing and providing labor dance techniques and comfort techniques while the mother was in labor observation. Especially for the third trimester class, the endorphin massage method is given to provide comfort and reduce anxiety for pregnant women facing childbirth. Based on the results of the pretest, the average value of pregnant women about hypnobirthing is 35, which means that the knowledge of pregnant women about hypnobirthing is low. After the pretest was carried out, all pregnant women participated in hypnobirthing activities according to gestational age. The conclusion is that after the socialization of pregnant women's knowledge about hypnobirthing increased and attitudes towards hypnobirthing activities became positive, initially they were hesitant and afraid to do hypnobirthing, became enthusiastic about wanting to do it again and anxiety about pregnancy and childbirth decreased after hypnobirthing was carried out.
