Abstract

ABSTRAKBackground: Eighty percent of maternal breastfeeding at Dina Clinik not successful during the process of breastfeeding that resulted in the low (55%-60%) coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Giving massage oxytosin can increase success of the process of breastfeeding because psychologically enhance attachment and bounding and physiological hormone oxytosin increase releasing`.Research method: Pre-Experiment with the static group comparison design. Research location taken at Dina Mardiana Clinik. Subject of research are postpartum mothers and newborns treated at Dina Clinik. Two hours postpartum mother childbed was given massage oxytosin by a husband with cheklist guidelines on the treatment group. The success of breastfeeding observed on the control and treatment groups with observation instrument MBA Tool. Results: Giving massage oxytosin in the treatment group increased breastfeeding success with an average of 6800. There are massage oxytosin effect to the success of breastfeeding on maternal childbed at Dina Clinik in 2017 with a significant of p = .004.Conclusion: This Study concludes that there are effect of the influence of massage oxytosin against to success of the process of breastfeeding on maternal childbed. Keywords: Oxitosin Massage, Success of Breastfeeding process, Postpartum Mother INTISARILatar Belakang:  Delapan puluh persen ibu menyusui di Klinik Dina tidak berhasil selama proses menyusui yang mengakibatkan rendahnya (55%-60%) cakupan ASI Ekslusif. Tindakan pijat oksitosin dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan proses menyusui karena secara psikologis meningkatkan bounding and attachment dan secara fisiologis meningkatkan pengeluaran hormon oksitosin.Metode penelitian: Pre-Eksperimen dengan desain  static group comparison. Lokasi penelitian diambil di Klinik Dina Mardiana. Subyek penelitian adalah ibu nifas dan bayi yang dirawat di Klinik Dina Mardiana. Dua jam postpartum ibu nifas dilakukan tindakan pijat oksitosin oleh suami dengan panduan Cheklist pada kelompok perlakuan. Keberhasilan proses menyusui diobservasi pada kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan dengan alat observasi MBA Tool.Hasil: Pemberian tindakan pijat oksitosin pada kelompok perlakuan meningkatkan keberhasilan proses menyusui dengan rata-rata 6.800. Ada pengaruh pemberian tindakan pijat oksitosin terhadap keberhasilan proses menyusui pada ibu nifas di Klinik Dina Mardiana tahun 2017 dengan signifikansi p= 0.004.Simpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian tindakan pijat oksitosin berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan proses menyusui pada ibu nifas. Abstract

Latar belakang: Model Pembelajaran merupakan faktor eksternal , sedangkan motivasi faktor internal dalam mem- pengaruhi prestasi belajar. Askeb IV merupakan mata kuliah yg sulit dalam kurikulum kebidanan. Berdasarkan nilai UAS selama tiga tahun, nilai Askeb IV menempati nilai terendah dari lima mata kuliah yang lain. Model pembelajar- an yang digunakan di prodi kebidanan STIKes Karsa Husada Garut masih menggunakan ceramah.Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah askeb IV mahasiswa kebidanan STIKes Karsa Husada Garut tahun 2013.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen randomized static group com- parison. Kelompok perlakuan diberikan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan kelompok kontrol dilakukan pembelajaran ceramah Tanya Jawab. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester III sejum- lah 85 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket dan tes prestasi belajar. Uji hipotesis menggunakan anova dua jalan.Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara mahasiswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan yang diberikan Ceramah Tanya Jawab (CTJ) terhadap prestasi belajar, dengan F sebesar 35,598 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara mahasiswa yang mempunyai motivasi tinggi dan mahasiswa yang mempunyai motivasi rendah terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai F sebesar 10,752 dan p sebesar 0,002. Tidak ada interaksi pengaruh antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah Askeb IV mahasiswa prodi kebidanan Stikes Karsa Husada Garut tahun tahun 2013 dengan nilai F sebesar 1,268 dan p sebesar 0,264.Background: Model of learning is one of the external factors, mean while the motivation is internal factors influ- encing learning achievement. Midwifery Mother care fourth is a difficult subject in the curriculum of the midwifery. Based on the result of the final test of students for three years, the value this subject got the lowest value among the five other subject . Model of learning is used convensional model.Objective:The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the learning model and motivation on learning achievement of midwifery mother care fourth subjects midwifery students STIKes Karsa Husada Garut in 2013.Methods: The study design used is a randomized experimental design experiments with static group comparison. The treatment group is given the learning Problem Based Learning and the control group is given convensional model. The population in this study of all students of third semester is 85 students consisting of 2 classes. Sampling was done randomly. Data were collected by using questionnaires and achievement tests. Data analyzed by using two ways ANOVA.Result: The results of this research showed that significant there was difference among students given learning model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and the one who was given convensional model on learning achievement, with t value = 5,835 and p value = 0.000 (p <0,05). There is a significant difference among students with high mo- tivation and students with low motivation on student achievement with t value = 3,533 and p value = 0.002. There is no interaction effect between the model of learning with motivation on the learning achievement of midwifery mother care fourth subjects midwifery students Stikes Karsa Husada Garut year in 2013 with the F value of 1.268 and p equal to 0.264.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sekitar 10-14% wanita takut melahirkan. Tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin semakin meningkat dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19. Tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin berdampak pada semakin lamanya persalinan pada kala I. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin dan memperpendek lama persalinan kala I adalah melalui penerapan program hypnobirthingTujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh hypnobirthing terhadap lama persalinan kala I secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan melalui tingkat kecemasan.Metode: Penelitian merupakan penelitian kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu melahirkan di BPM Bidan Dina Garut. Sampel sejumlah 60 ibu bersalin diambil dengan menggunaan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi untuk hypnobirthing dan lama persalinan kala I, dan Anxiety Assessment Scale for Pregnant Women in Labor (AASPWL) untuk tingkat kecemasan. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah regresi dan path analisis dengan Sobel test.Hasil: hypnobirthing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin, dengan t-hitung sebesar -2,934 dan p sebesar 0,005 (p<0,05). Hypnobirthing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama persalinan kala I, dengan t-hitung sebesar -2,016 dan p sebesar 0,048 (p<0,05). Tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama persalinan kala I, dengan t-hitung sebesar 2,832 dan p sebesar 0,006 (p<0,05). Hypnobirthing berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap lama persalinan kala I dengan dimediasi oleh tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin, dengan Sobel’s Z sebesar -2,0360 dan p sebesar 0,0417(p<0,05).Kesimpulan: hypnobirthing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama persalinan kala I secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan melalui tingkat kecemasan.Saran bidan hendaknya dapat membuat suatu SOP persalinan dengan memasukkan hypnobirthing dalam prosedur penatalaksanaan persalinan. Kata kunci: Hypnobirthing, Lama Persalinan Kala I, Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Bersalin. ABSTRACT  Background: About 10-14% of women are afraid of giving birth. The level of anxiety of pregnant women and mothers giving birth has increased with the Covid-19 pandemic. The level of maternal anxiety has an impact on the length of first stage labor duration. One of the efforts made to reduce maternal anxiety levels and shorten first stage labor duration is through the application of the hypnobirthing program.The Purpose: To know the effect of hypnobirthing on first stage labor duration, directly or indirectly through the level of anxiety.Methods: This research is a causal research. The population in this study were mothers giving birth at BPM Midwife Dina Garut. A sample of 60 maternity mothers was taken using purposive sampling. Data was collected by observing for hypnobirthing and first stage labor duration, and the Anxiety Assessment Scale for Pregnant Women in Labor (AASPWL) for the level of anxiety. The analysis technique used is regression and path analysis with Sobel test.Result: hypnobirthing has a significant effect on maternal anxiety level, with t-count of -2,934 and p of 0.005 (p<0.05). Hypnobirthing has a significant effect on first stage labor duration, with t-count of -2.016 and p of 0.048 (p<0.05). The level of maternal anxiety has a significant effect on first stage labor duration, with t-count of 2.832 and p of 0.006 (p<0.05). Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: The labor process does not run smoothly if it is not handled properly. Hypnobirthing is an alternative to speed up the labor process. This technique aims to make the mother have a calm spirit with positive energy, which helps relieve pain and anxiety during contractions which have an impact on weakening the uterine contractions and causing the labor process to take a long time. Hypnobirthing can eliminate fear of women during childbirth so that the uterine muscles relax. This will make labor easier and lead to a stress-free delivery.Purposes: To find out the comparison of the length of the second stage of labor in mothers who apply hypnobirthing and do not apply hypnobirthing, as well as to analyze the effect of hypnobirthing on the duration of the second stage of labor at the Midwife Practice Dina Garut.Methods: This research is a quasy experiment, with posttest only with control group design. The research was conducted at the Practical Midwife Dina Garut. The sample was selected by purposive sampling, as many as 20 pregnant women for each sample group. Data collection was carried out by observation using the observation sheet for the duration of second stage labor. The data analysis used was the independent sample t test.Results: The results showed that the average of second stage lenght of labor in the experimental group was 20.24 minutes and the standard deviation was 3.0758. The average of second stage lenght of labor in the control group was 20 - 45 minutes and the standard deviation was 7.3045. Independent sample t test results obtained t of -8.746 and p of 0.000 (p <0.05), so hypnobirthing affects the length of second stage of labor. Conclusion: Hypnobirthing influences the length of second stage of labor in primigravida mothers at BPM Midwife Dina Garut.Suggestion: BPM Dina in particular and in general all midwives in the Garut area, in order to be able to apply to all pregnant women regarding hypnobirthing at an affordable cost, and apply to the entire delivery process Keywords: Hypnobirthing, the length of second stage of labor ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Proses persalinan tidak berjalan lancar jika tidak ditangani dengan benar. Hypnobirthing menjadi alternatif untuk mempercepat proses persalinan. Teknik ini bertujuan agar ibu memiliki jiwa yang tenang dengan energi positif, yang membantu menghilangkan rasa sakit dan kecemasan selama kontraksi yang berdampak pada melemahnya kontraksi rahim dan menyebabkan proses persalinan berjalan lama.  Hypnobirthing dapat menghilangkan rasa takut pada wanita saat melahirkan sehingga otot rahim menjadi relaksasi. Hal ini akan mempermudah proses persalinan dan menyebabkan persalinan yang bebas stres.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbandingan lama persalinan kala II pada ibu yang menerapkan hypnobirthing dan tidak menerapkan hypnobirthing, serta menganalisis pengaruh hypnobirthing terhadap lama persalinan kala II di Bidan Praktik  Dina Garut.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan quasy eksperimen, dengan posttest only with control group design. Penelitian dilakukan di Bidan Praktik Dina Garut. Sampel dipilih dengan purposive sampling, sebanyak 20 wanita hamil untuk setiap kelompok sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi dengan menggunakan lembar observasi lama persalinan kala II. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t sampel independen.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata lama persalinan kala II pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 20,24 menit dan standar deviasi adalah 3,0758. Rata-rata lama persalinan kala II pada kelompok kontrol adalah 20 - 45 menit dan standar deviasi adalah 7,3045. Hasil uji t sampel independen diperoleh t sebesar -8,746 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p <0,05), sehingga hypnobirthing berpengaruh terhadap lama persalinan kala II.Kesimpulan: Hypnobirthing berpengaruh terhadap lama persalinan kala II pada ibu primigravida di BPM Bidan Dina Garut.Saran Bidan Praktik Dina khususnya dan secara umum seluruh bidan yang ada di wilayah Garut, agar dapat menerapkan kepada seluruh ibu hamil mengenai hypnobirthing dengan biaya yang terjangkau, dan menerapkan pada seluruh proses persalinan Kata Kunci: Hypnobirthing, Lama Persalinan Kala II

Abstract

Background Pregnant women are a group of people prone to anemia which is characterized by a decrease in hemoglobin levels, one of the causes of which is iron deficiency in the body. Low absorption of iron in the body can be caused by poor diet, frequency of meals, and amount and type of food consumed. Adequate consumption of animal and plant foods can increase iron intake in the body. One chicken egg contains 6.3 mg of iron in the yolk and 0.2 mg in the egg white. This study aims to determine differences in hemoglobin levels in third-trimester pregnant women before and after consuming boiled chicken eggs. Methods The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design method with a one-group pretest post-test design approach. The results showed that the average hemoglobin level before consuming boiled chicken eggs was around 11.5 g/dL and the hemoglobin level after finishing boiled chicken eggs was 12.7 g/dL and based on the t-test results, the p-value < 0.001 means differences in hemoglobin levels before and after consuming boiled domestic chicken eggs in third-trimester pregnant women. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka kematinan ibu dan angka kematian bayi di Indonesia masih tinggi. Partus lama menjadi penyebab 31% kematian ibu. Adapun kematian bayi 27,4% disebabkan karena asfiksia. Asfiksia dapat dideteksi dengan melalui pengukuran skor Apgar. Pemberian hypnobirthing dan teknik rebozo dipercaya dapat mempercepat lama persalinan kala II dan meningkatkan skor Apgar.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo terhadap lama persalinan kala II dan skor Apgar.Metode: Penelitian merupakan quasy experiment, dengan desain posttest only with control group design, di mana kelompok eksperimen diberikan hypnobirthing dan rebozo dan kelompok kontrol hanya diberikan hypnobirthing. Populasi adalah ibu melahirkan di BPM Bidan D di Garut pada periode November – Desember 2021. Sampel masing-masing kelompok sejumlah 20 ibu melahirkan, diambil dengan purposive sampling. Pengukuran lama persalinan kala II digunakan stopwatch dan pada skor Apgar digunakan tes Apgar. Analisis data digunakan uji t sampel independen  apabila data penelitian distribusi data normal, dan uji Mann Whitney apabila data penelitian tidak distribusi data normal.Hasil: Hasil pengujian Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo berpengaruh terhadap lama persalinan kala II, ditunjukkan dari nilai Z sebesar -4,420 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo tidak berpengaruh terhadap skor Apgar, ditunjukkan dari nilai Z sebesar --0,284 dan p sebesar 0,776 (p>0,05).Kesimpulan:  Pemberian hypnobirthing dan rebozo berpengaruh terhadap penurunan lama persalinan kala II, dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap skor Apgar.Saran:  hendaknya bidan membuat suatu video pembelajaran teknik hypnobirthing dan rebozo, agar ibu hamil dapat menerapkan teknik hypnobirthing selama masa kehamilan, dan sebagai pembelajaran bagi bidan agar dapat membantu ibu bersalin dalam melakukan teknik rebozo. Kata kunci: Skor Apgar, Hypnobirthing, Lama Persalinan Kala II ABSTRACT Background: Maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia are still high. Long parturition is the cause of 31% of maternal deaths. The 27.4% infant mortality was caused by asphyxia. Asphyxia can be detected by measuring the Apgar score. Giving hypnobirthing and rebozo technique is believed to speed up the duration of the second stage of labor and increase the Apgar score.Purpose: To determine the effect of hypnobirthing and rebozo on the duration of the second stage of labor and the Apgar score.Methods:  This research is a quasi experiment, with a posttest only design with control group design, where the experimental group was given hypnobirthing and rebozo and the control group was only given hypnobirthing. The population is mothers giving birth at BPM Midwife Dina Garut in the period November – December 2021. The sample of each group is 20 mothers who give birth, taken by purposive sampling. The measurement of the duration of the second stage of labor was used a stopwatch and the Apgar score was used for the Apgar test. Data analysis used the independent sample t test if the research data was normally distributed, and the Mann Whitney test if the research data was not normally distributed.Result: The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that hypnobirthing and rebozo had an effect on the duration of the second stage of labor, indicated by the Z value of -4.420 and p of 0.000 (p<0.05). giving hypnobirthing and rebozo had no effect on Apgar score, indicated by Z value of -0.284 and p of 0.776 (p>0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of hypnobirthing and rebozo had an effect on decreasing the length of the second stage of labor, and had no effect on the Apgar score.Suggestion: Midwives should make a video learning the hypnobirthing and rebozo techniques, so that pregnant women can apply the hypnobirthing technique during pregnancy, and as a lesson for midwives so they can help mothers in childbirth in doing the rebozo technique. Keywords: Apgar Score, Hypnobirthing, Second Stage Labor Duration

Latar belakang: Komunikasi antara orang tua dan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi penting dilakukan, untuk menghindari perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat. Namun mengalami berbagai kendala dan faktor yang mempengaruhi, sehingga orang tua tidak berkomunikasi dengan anak terkait kesehatan reproduksiTujuan: Mengetahui determinan perilaku komunikasi orang tua dengan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi, dengan mengacu pada Health Belief Model.Metode: Penelitian adalah penelitian kausal. Populasinya adalah orang tua siswa kelas IX SMP di Kota Garut. Sampel sebanyak 200 responden, diambil secara proporsional random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM..Hasil: Persepsi kerentanan kesehatan reproduksi berpengaruh positif terhadap ancaman masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja, dengan t-statistik 8,521 dan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05). Self-efficacy (t-statistik 3,961 dan p-value 0,000), dan persepsi manfaat terkait komunikasi orang tua remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku komunikasi orang tua dengan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Ancaman (t-statistik 0,576 dan p-value 0,565), hambatan (t-statistik 1,133 dan p-value 0,258), dan isyarat untuk bertindak (t-statistik 0,987 dan p-value 0,324) tidak berpengaruh pada perilaku komunikasi orang tua dengan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Religiusitas tidak memoderasi pengaruh cues to act terkait komunikasi orang tua remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi terhadap perilaku komunikasi orang tua dengan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi (t-statistik 0,280 dan p-value 0,780)Kesimpulan: Kerentanan persepsi tentang kesehatan reproduksi berpengaruh positif terhadap ancaman masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Penentu perilaku komunikasi orang tua-remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi adalah efikasi diri, dan persepsi keuntungan yang berhubungan dengan komunikasi orang tua remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Self-efficacy (t-statistic 3.961 and p-value 0.000), and perceived benefits related to adolescent parents' communication about reproductive health affect parents' communication behavior with adolescents about reproductive health. Threats (t-statistic 0.576 and p-value 0.565), barriers (t-statistic 1.133 and p-value 0.258), and cues to action (t-statistic 0.987 and p-value 0.324) had no effect on parents' communication behavior with adolescents about reproductive health.   Religiosity does not moderate the effect of cues to act related to adolescent parents' communication about reproductive health on parents' communication behavior with adolescents about reproductive health (t-statistic 0.280 and p-value 0.780)Conclusion:  The perceived vulnerability about reproductive health has a positive effect on the threat of adolescent reproductive health problems. Abstract

One of the competencies that must be mastered by midwives graduating from Diploma Midwifery is the skill to provide Antenatal Care (ANC) services, so prospective midwives are required to be truly skilled in pregnancy examination practicum. Midwife education institutions must have the right learning strategies and methods for pregnancy examination practicum, so that students can meet the competency standards of midwives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using video media on student skills in pregnancy examination practicum. This study used a Quasi Experimental research design with Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The study population was 3rd semester students of D3 Midwifery Study Program at Karsa Husada College of Health Sciences Garut Academic Year 2022/2023. The sample consisted of 60 students who were divided into 2 groups, 30 respondents for the video group and 30 respondents for the demonstration group. The statistical test results showed a value of p less than 0.05. There is an effect of using video media on student skills in pregnancy examination practicum
