Kelas Baca anakku sayang didirikan sebagai solusi bagi anak usia sekolah yang memiliki keterlambatan dalam membaca, menulis dan berhitung dengan menggunakan metode suku kata dan diperdalam penanaman karakternya melalui dongeng. Di era digital saat ini kecenderungan anak-anak untuk menggunakan gadget seperti laptop atau smartphone dalam intensitas yang tinggi. Beberapa metode dan teknik pembelajaran coba dilakukan untuk mengalihkan anak-anak dari efek ketergantungan gadget, salah satunya melalui dongeng. Metode utama yang digunakan adalah perancangan video game pembelajaran untuk menciptakan dan meningkatkan reputasi Kelas Baca Anakku sayang di era digital. Pencitraan merek internet ditawarkan untuk membuat sistem yang terdiri dari situs web yang akan dihubungkan dengan media sosial untuk mendapatkan beberapa crowdfunding. Hasil program kemitraan masyarakat diharapkan mampu membangun video game pembelajaran metode suku kata sekaligus mampu membangun mitra merek secara digital dan mempublikasikan Kelas Baca Anakku sayang ke komunitas yang lebih luas..

Sistem informasi menggunakan basis data MySQL merupakan tempat menyimpan data dan informasi-informasi dengan topik tertentu. Database MySQL dan aplikasi PHP dapat mendukung kegiatan di Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Batam dalam hal ini pendataan arsip Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah Dan Bangunan. Sistem informasi ini pendataan mendata arsip. Sistem informasi pendataan arsip dibuat berbasis pemograman PHP dan MySQL dan aplikasi ini mendukung aplikasi browser dan perancang sistem dengan tahapan System Developmnent Life Cycle. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Batam dan dapat mengurangi kelemahan-kelemahan dalam sistem penginputan data dan proses dilakukan secara online di dalam jaringan internet

Considering that rice acts as the main food ingredient, the availability of rice plays a key role in achieving national food security. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence rice yields through literature studies. This research was carried out by reading relevant sources to obtain the necessary data. The data used in this research is secondary data which is analyzed and related to research variables. The research results show that the factor that greatly influences rice harvest is the land area variable. Meanwhile, the influencing variables is labor. Urea fertilizer, capital, experience and production are considered to have quite an influence on rice yields.

Agricultural extension is undeniably very important for farmers in improving rice cultivation because it provides them with the information and activities needed to increase rice productivity and farmers' food independence. This study aims to analyze the level of competence of extension workers in improving food security. The competencies possessed by extension workers in this regard consist of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Food security in this study is examined from the aspects of availability, access, and safety quality. The research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi District, Riau Province, which has high rice production and adequate agricultural extension services for rice cultivation. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, resulting in fifty-eight extension workers being chosen. The Spearman Rank correlation test was used to assess the relationship between the competence of extension workers and food security in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results reveal that all variables of the extension workers' competence (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) have a significant relationship with the food security of farmers, in terms of food availability, access, and safety quality. Extension workers indirectly play a crucial role in enhancing the food security of farmers’ households by sharing information and innovations that help improve rice production and overall household food security. Future researchers can develop sustainable, professional models and technology-based training modules to further improve the competence of extension workers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan bimbingan orang tua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 102 Lappa-lappae Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Ex Post Facto. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 18 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil statistik inferensial dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Corellation Pearson menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi bertanda “+” dan Sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara bimibingan orang tua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 102 Lappa-lappae Kabupaten Pinrang.

This study aims to analyze the application of direct marketing strategies in the leasing of non-transportation assets by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) through the Unit Commercialization Non-Transportation (KNA) in Operational Area 6 Yogyakarta. Direct marketing is conducted through various media such as direct mail, internet amd telemarketing. This study examines how direct marketing strategies can increase the leasing of non-transportation assets such as kiosks, company-owned houses, and commercial spaces owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The results show that the implementation of direct marketing is effective in increasing non-transportation revenues and expanding market reach, particularly through targeted direct mail and digital promotion via websites and social media. Challenges include the suboptimal intensity of promotion and the need to enhance the use of various marketing channels. This research highlights the importance of personalization and market segmentation in direct marketing strategies, as well as the significant impact of digital media in promoting the company’s non-transportation assets.

This research examines the impact of digitalization on innovation and collaboration in the Novo Club organization, an initiative of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation that focuses on youth development. Based on Manuel Castells' theory of network society, this research explores how digitalization affects operational performance, member interactions, and the value of novelty generated. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collected through field observations and in-depth interviews with Public Relations staff at Novo Club Regional 8. The results showed that digitalization improves operational efficiency, facilitates access to information, and strengthens collaboration and innovation. Digital platforms used by Novo Club, such as social media, Zoom, and YouTube, enable better coordination and dynamic exchange of ideas, accelerate the innovation process and expand the community network. The findings enrich the literature on the implementation of digital technologies in youth-focused organizations and provide new insights into the role of technology in improving organizational performance and innovation.

The implementation of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum in the D3 Accounting Study Program is an effort to prepare graduates with skills relevant to the current job market needs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the OBE curriculum in the program, focusing on skills that support job readiness, such as critical thinking, effective communication, collaboration, and creativity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. The research results indicate that the implementation of the OBE curriculum has increased the relevance of learning to the demands of the workforce, but still faces challenges such as limited resources and the need to expand collaboration with external parties. These findings indicate that the OBE curriculum is effective in equipping students with the practical skills needed in Industry 5.0, while also developing their academic and professional potential. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions in implementing the OBE curriculum, particularly in the D3 Accounting Study Program.bstract also written in English containing key issues, objectives, methods and results. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the charger and inverter manufacturing industry for electric cars. PT. XYZ has implemented a label validation system in one of its operational activities to ensure the quality and compliance of its products. However, the company has not yet applied proper information technology governance in managing and monitoring this system. Until now, there has been no comprehensive analysis conducted to evaluate the extent of control or supervision performed by PT. XYZ over the label validation process. The purpose of this study is to assess the capability level of control in the label validation system and to determine how effectively it supports the company's operational performance. This research utilizes the COBIT 5 Framework as a methodological basis, specifically focusing on the MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance) and MEA02 (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess the System of Internal Control) domains. The results of this study are presented in the form of an improvement strategy and recommendations aimed at enhancing the governance and control of the label validation system at PT. XYZ, so that it aligns more closely with organizational objectives and IT best practices.
