Abstract

Dalam konteks era globalisasi, sektor ekonomi kreatif dan industri kuliner, termasuk produk kerupuk puli, mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Di Indonesia, industri kreatif berkembang dengan dukungan budaya lokal, menarik minat masyarakat. Pentingnya etika bisnis Islam juga terlihat dalam menjalankan bisnis yang berorientasi pada kebaikan umat. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi produk kerupuk puli dalam kerangka ekonomi kreatif dan sejauh mana kesesuaian dengan prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Sidoarjo dipilih sebagai fokus penelitian karena perannya dalam ekonomi kreatif kuliner, terutama kerupuk puli. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada penerapan ekonomi kreatif di UD. Viskar Mandiri dan perspektif etika bisnis Islam dalam ekonomi kreatif di perusahaan yang sama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD. Viskar Mandiri menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan ekonomi kreatif dan etika bisnis Islam. Pendekatan ini menggambarkan komitmen perusahaan terhadap inovasi dan keterlibatan komunitas, sambil menjunjung nilai-nilai agama. Dengan memadukan partisipasi komunitas, pemasaran digital, teknologi produksi modern, dan strategi sponsor, perusahaan membentuk dasar yang kuat untuk merek yang berkelanjutan. Di sisi lain, dedikasi UD. Viskar Mandiri terhadap etika bisnis Islam terlihat dalam berbagai aspek. Perusahaan memastikan penggunaan bahan baku yang halal, menetapkan harga yang adil, mengutamakan kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta memegang teguh integritas dan kejujuran dalam seluruh operasi. Pendekatan etis ini tidak hanya menegaskan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan konsumen, membantu UD. Viskar Mandiri meningkatkan potensi pasar global dan domestik produk kerupuk puli.

Abstract

Nowadays, a mother not only plays a role in taking care of the household, but also works. There are several factors that cause a mother to work, one of which is economic matters. From this, researchers want to dig deeper information about the incident. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of working housewives in improving family welfare and Islamic views on this phenomenon. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques by interviewing and literature study. The results of this study are that working housewives can have an impact on the welfare of their families because they can financially support their husbands and their children's education. Even though they work they still pay attention to household matters. So, mothers do not do things that are contrary to what is in the teachings of Islam. Abstract

Waqf is a process of giving assets from someone to the people to benefit from them while still preserving the substance, therefore it is called almsgiving, and waqf is also included in ijtimaiyah worship (social worship).Waqf functions for the wakif as an investment in the world of the afterlife that will never end, and for the people as a source of eternal funds that grow cumulatively for the public interest. Productive management of waqf is still relatively small. As happened in Sari Rogo Village, Sidoarjo Regency. In this village, productive waqf is managed by exploiting the potential that exists in Sarirogo village, where the majority of the community has agricultural land, so a small portion of the community donates their rice fields which is used as additional funds for maintaining the existing waqf. However, all proceeds from the management of the rice fields are only given to the mosque as assets for the welfare of the mosque. For this reason, the potential of rice waqf as a means of empowering the community in Sari Rogo Village has not been managed optimally and empowered optimally. Waqf in the form of rice fields is the focus of this research because rice field waqf is a type of productive waqf which, if managed well, will provide better benefits than consumptive ones. In this research there are several problem formulations as follows: 1 . What is the impact of productive waqf management in improving the welfare of the people? 2. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely describing the manager (nazir), management and allocation of productive waqf proceeds, in this case focused on the productive waqf management strategy in the productive waqf institution of Sari Rogo village, Sidoarjo. The information that the author obtained used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data management is carried out using editing, coding and tabulation methods, then using deductive thinking methods to obtain specific conclusions.

Abstract

Islam encourages its people who are able to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. This research aims to find out and analyze the marketing strategies used in Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah's Hajj savings products. In this research, SWOT analysis was used by looking at the results of existing data so that it was able to increase sales of Hajj savings products. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the marketing strategy implemented is said to provide sufficient effective value in this research. And analysis was carried out in the form of a SWOT analysis resulting in growth in sales of Hajj savings products in safe conditions in terms of market share. This strategy indicates that Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah is quite capable and strong in expanding sales of its Hajj savings products.

Abstract

Kontrak syariah, dalam kerangka keuangan Islam, menawarkan pembiayaan alternatif yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Instrumen-instrumen ini tidak hanya berfokus pada keuntungan finansial tetapi juga menekankan kesetaraan, transparansi, dan keberhasilan bersama. Di era digitalisasi saat ini, penerapan akad syariah dalam pembiayaan UMKM mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar, karena inovasi dapat menjadi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas dan efisiensi operasional dalam pengelolaan keuangan syariah. Namun tantangan dalam mewujudkan akad syariah bagi UMKM ke depan tidaklah ringan. Beberapa tantangan tersebut antara lain perlunya pemahaman produk dan layanan keuangan syariah, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan kerangka regulasi yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung kemajuan fintech syariah. Selain itu, permasalahan terkait kepercayaan dan literasi keuangan di kalangan pemangku UMKM juga menjadi tantangan besar yang perlu diatasi. Investigasi ini berupaya membedakan dan menganalisis strategi efektif dalam mewujudkan akad syariah untuk pembiayaan UMKM di masa depan. Laporan ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan imajinatif dan praktik terbaik yang telah diterapkan di berbagai situasi dan menawarkan rekomendasi berorientasi solusi untuk memfasilitasi kemajuan. Melalui pendekatan ini, kerangka peraturan diyakini dapat dibangun tidak hanya untuk mengatasi tantangan pembiayaan UMKM tetapi juga untuk memaksimalkan potensi teknologi digital dalam memperluas pertimbangan keuangan Syariah. Investigasi ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan komitmen penting untuk penulisan ilmiah dan penerapan praktis, serta menjadi acuan bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam menciptakan metodologi pembiayaan syariah yang berkelanjutan dan komprehensif. Abstract

To determine how the pricing and halal labeling of Ice Cream & Tea Mixue drinks, one of the new items imported into Indonesia since 2020, affect the decision-making of the country's mostly Muslim citizens on the halal content of the products they eat. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how pricing and halal labelling affect consumers' choices to buy Ice Cream & Tea Mixue beverage goods at the same time. This study employs quantitative procedures, which are ways of doing research that utilize test apparatus to generate quantitative data—primary data—obtained using statistical computation tools. The samples used in this survey were taken over a period of ten days from fifty participants. Every inquiry is assessed using a Likert scale. By requesting friends to serve as samples, the sampling approach employs probability snowball sampling, which starts with a tiny sample and keeps going until the number of samples rises. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 was used to compute the multiple linear regression techniques, reliability tests, validation tests, determination tests, T tests, and F tests that were used to assess the data that was gathered using Google Form. The findings of this study demonstrated that, with a significance value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05, The Halal label has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision variable for Ice Cream & Tea Mixue beverage goods. Because the price variable of 0.000 is less than 0.05, it has a substantial and favorable impact on consumers' choices to buy Ice Cream & Tea Mixue beverage goods. Price and halal labeling have a big impact on consumers' choices to buy ice cream and tea mixue drinks, both concurrently and in part.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk Muslim terbesar sebagai mayoritas, lebih dari 87 persen dari populasi 258 juta jiwanya mengidentifikasi diri mereka sebagai Muslim. Dalam ajaran Islam terdapat kegiatan ibadah yang sangat dianjurkan yaitu wakaf. Kondisi wakaf di Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian dari berbagai pihak, apalagi wakaf yang ada di Indonesia pada umumnya berbentuk benda yang tidak bergerak dan tidak dikelola secara produktif dalam arti hanya digunakan untuk masjid, musholla, pondok pesantren, sekolah, makam dan sebagainya. Inovasi wakaf baru ada wakaf yang berbentuk tunai (cash) atau wakaf benda bergerak yang manfaatnya untuk kepentingan pendidikan, riset, rumah sakit, pemberdayaan ekonomi lemah dan lain-lain. Jumlah penduduk muslim yang besar merupakan salah satu potensi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menerapkan peran wakaf demi menciptakan keadilan sosial dengan tujuan muwujudkan kesejahteraan umat dan mengentaskan kemiskinan yang saat ini masih menjadi permasalahan utama di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya dalam kegiatan berbagi membutuhkan sikap karakter filantropi. Era digital merupakan perkembangan teknologi informasi dengan segala konskuensinya sedang tumbuh dan berkembang sangat deras. Peradaban ini, menurut Toffler (1980) membawa gaya baru terhadap hampir semua aspek kehidupan manusia. keadaan tersebut menarik penulis untuk menciptakan sebuah program bagi masyarakat yang bernama GEMAFIL (Gerakan Masyarakat Filantropi). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat nasabah yang menabung di Bank Syariah dengan adanya sistem Bagi Hasil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan mengambil studi kasus Dosen dan Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam An Najah Indonesia Mandiri Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa 7 responden SETUJU dengan adanya sistem Bagi Hasil di Bank Syariah dan 1 responden TIDAK SETUJU dengan adanya sistem Bagi Hasil di Bank Syariah. Kata Kunci : Nasabah yang menabung di Bank Syariah, Sistem Bagi Hasil.

Abstract

Innovativepreneur is one form of uniqueness in entrepreneurship. This is because there is a lot of competition in the world of business and industry, so it demands for the book of Jesus to provide something different to be able to attract consumer interest.STAINIM, which has a campus motto, Religious Entrepreneur, must be able to produce students who are able to create their own business opportunities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method based on the contributions of researchers as lecturers and activists, as well as with students. Abstract

In achieving our good financial dreams in the future, of course we can't just rely on the funds sitting in our savings accounts. Apart from not providing high profits, it can also cause the value of our money to be eroded by inflation. Therefore, it is recommended by financial experts to divert it to investment instruments. But there is a dilemma that Muslims might feel about contemplating whether the investments they are currently making are in accordance with Islamic law. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, by reviewing investments that are correct and in accordance with what was taught by Rasulullah SAW and its relevance in this modern era. So that people no longer hesitate to invest and can also improve their economy in the future.
