Abstract

Daily activities of farmers can show time, working load of a person and their families. It is useful to analyzeand to compare daily activities of groups or ethnics. Dominant ethnics in Deli Serdang and Langkat are Javanese,Tapanuli/Toba, Mandailing, Malay, and Karo. Assessment pattern was not unique, but completed with other studies(PRA and observation), previous assessment, and secondary data. The study was conducted in the villages of HinaiKiri, Kebun Kelapa, and Sungai Ular (Secanggang) (1999), Sidomulio, Sambirejo, Sendangrejo (Binjai) (2000 -2001), Purwobinangun, Namuterasi Pasar 8 (Sei Bingei) (2000 - 2001) (Langkat Districts); Sumberejo, SukamandiHulu, Sukamandi Hilir (Pagar Merbau) (2000), Tanjung Rejo, Tanjung Selamat (Percut Sei Tuan) (2002) (DeliSerdang Districts). Results showed that settlement segregation were based on ethnics. Job segregation was correlatedwith historical aspect. Productive working women of Tapanuli, Karo and Mandailing ethnics as the main incomefamilies’ earners were found more in their original home villages. It was different with those in Langkat or DeliSerdang where ethnic heterogeneity tended to change their daily activities. Social and cultural factors, patriarchalreligious values, or structure and jender ideology tended to create unequal jender.Key words : daily activity, jender, ethnicAktivitas harian petani akan memperlihatkan waktu, beban kerja seorang dan keluarga, berguna untukanalisis dan perbandingan pola kegiatan rutin keluarga, kelompok atau etnis. Etnis-etnis dominan di Deli Serdang danLangkat adalah Jawa, Tapanuli/Toba, Mandailing, Melayu, dan Karo. Pola kajian tidak khusus, mendampingi kajianlain dengan data primer (PPSP dan pengamatan), hasil kajian sebelumnya dan data sekunder. Kajian dilakukan di desaHinai Kiri, Kebun Kelapa, Sungai Ular (Secang`gang) (1999), Sidomulio, Sambirejo, Sendangrejo (Binjai) (2000 -2001), Purwobinangun, Namuterasi Pasar 8 (Sei Bingei) (2000 - 2001) (Kabupaten Langkat); Sumberejo, SukamandiHulu, Sukamandi Hilir (Pagar Merbau) (2000), Tanjung Rejo, Tanjung Selamat (Percut Sei Tuan) (2002) (KabupatenDeli Serdang). Hasil kajian menunjukkan segregasi pemukiman ditemukan berdasarkan etnis. Adanya segregasipekerjaan tidak terlepas dari aspek historis. Kegiatan produktif perempuan pada etnis Tapanuli, Karo atau Mandailingdi daerah asalnya cukup besar (tulang punggung ekonomi keluarga). Hal ini berbeda dengan yang ada di Langkat atauDeli Serdang, heterogenitas etnis cenderung merubah pola aktivitas harian mereka. Faktor sosial budaya, nilai religiyang cenderung patriarkhi, atau struktur dan ideologi jender yang melekat, cenderung menciptakan ketidaksetaraanjender.Kata kunci : aktivitas harian, jender, etnis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari interaksi antara sistem pengolahan tanah dan jarak tanam terhadap produktivitas rumput Gajah kerdil (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott).  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap pola Faktorial 3 x 4  yang masing masing diulang sebanyak 3 kali.  Faktor I (pengolahan tanah) yang terdiri dari P0 : tanpa olah tanah; P1 : tanah diolah minimum (diolah 10-15 cm) dan P2 : tanah diolah intensif (diolah lebih dari 20 cm).  Faktor II (jarak tanam) terdiri dari  J1 : jarak tanam  50 cm x 50 cm; J2 : 50 cm x 60 cm;  J3 :  50 cm x 70 cm dan J4 : 50 cm x 80 cm. Jumlah petak percobaan sebanyak 36 petak dengan ukuran 2 m x 2 m. Peubah respon yang diukur meliputi tingi tanaman (cm), produksi segar (ton/ha) dan produksi bahan kering (ton/ha).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi sangat nyata (P<0,01) antara faktor sistem penanaman (pengolahan tanah dengan jarak tanam) terhadap produktivitas rumput Gajah kerdil. Sistem penanaman dengan kombinasi P2J1 (tanah diolah intensif dengan jarak tanam 50 cm x 50 cm) mempunyai produktivitas rumput Gajah kerdil tertinggi dibandingkan kombinasi perlakuan lainnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini hendak membahas terkait sejarah madrasah sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan yang paling maju di zaman keemasan Islam, dinasti Abbasiyah. Sebelum Dinasti Abbasiyah, pusat kegiatan Dunia Islam selalu bermuara pada masjid. Masjid dijadikan centre of education. Pada Dinasti Abbasiyah inilah mulai adanya pengembangan keilmuan dan teknologi diarahkan ke dalam ma'had. Lembaga ini kita kenal ada dua tingkatan yaitu maktab/kuttab dan masjid serta tingkat pedalaman. Pada perkembangan selanjutnya mulailah dibuka madrasah-madrasah yang dipelopori Nizhamul Muluk yang memerintah pada tahun 456-485 H. Lembaga inilah yang kemudian berkembang pada masa Dinasti Abbasiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kajian Pustaka. Yaitu sebuah penelitian yang mengkaji suatu objek pembahasan berdasarkan literatur pustakayang didapatkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan: 1) Motivasi yang mendasari kelahiran madrasah, yaitu selain motivasi agama dan motivasi ekonomi karena berkaitan dengan ketenagakerjaan, juga motivasi politik. 2) Meskipun madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran di Dunia Islam baru timbul sekitar abad ke-4 H. Ini bukan berarti bahwa sejak awal perkembangannya Islam tidak mempunyai lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran. Pada periode awal telah berdiri beberapa madrasah yang menjadi cikal bakal munculnya Madrasah Nizhamiyah. 3) Perhatian kaum Muslimin terhadap pendirian sekolah di segala penjuru negeri, menunjukkan betapa tinggi peradaban mereka. Umat Islam memandang bahwa ilmu merupakan asas setiap kemajuan.

Abstract

An orphanage is a social institution that is a place for children who need education, affection, attention and example. Because basically the orphanage is a place to prosper orphans, orphans, the poor, and so on. According to the information obtained, there are several problems that occur in foster children such as undiscipline, rude words, disrespectfulness, and disrespect for coaches. This is the background of researchers in the Formation of Foster Children's Morals through Coaching Programs in Orphanages. The implementation of good moral formation follows the pattern of orphanage education. and the overwhelming evidence of orphanage alumni who have an important role in society. The purpose of the orphanage is to mold people so that they are not abandoned and have proper education and have no attention to their families. This study aims to determine the moral formation program of foster children, the implementation of the foster child moral development program, supporting factors (internal and external) and inhibiting factors (internal and external), as well as the impact that occurs in the formation of foster children's morals through moral development programs in orphanages. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach related to the method. The data collection method is through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, with triangulation analysis techniques. The results showed that the moral formation program has a fairly good impact in improving noble morals, this is shown by improving: 1). discipline, 2). honesty

Abstract

This study discusses the leadership role of female principals towards moral development in elementary schools in learning, especially moral creed. Principals are required to have the ability to influence their subordinates, which means leadership is a process of influencing a person or group to want to carry out their duties voluntarily so as to achieve the goals of the institution that oversees it. The principal is one of the most important roles in an educational institution, because the principal is the main driving force in every educational activity, with the hope of improving the quality of the educational institution he leads. This study aims to determine the leadership style, leadership strategies of female principals in developing the quality of education in schools. Leadership is an attitude of influencing others to achieve a goal. Leadership is always synonymous with the role of a man even in the world of education. But along with the times women also have equal rights and abilities. Female madrasah principals are able to balance men in leading an educational institution so that the institution has good quality and can compete in the market. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the 2013 curriculum Aqidah Akhlak subject in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum is one of the Islamic Religious Education subjects directed at preparing students to recognize, understand, believe, appreciate, and practice praiseworthy morals, which then become the basis for their outlook on life (way of life) through activities of guidance, teaching, practice, use of experience and habituation. Aqidah Akhlak learning in Madrasahs today is inseparable from the curriculum that has been set by the government, namely using the 2013 Curriculum. The Education Curriculum in Indonesia is always dynamic. The implementation of the 2013 Curriculum currently aims to prepare Indonesian people to have the ability to live as individuals and citizens who are faithful, productive, creative, innovative, and affective and able to contribute to the life of society, nation, state, and world civilization. The data collection method in this research uses three ways, namely: Interview method, observation method and documentation method. Qualitative data analysis is inductive where the analysis is based on the data obtained, then certain relationship patterns are developed. In the 2022/2023 academic year, 5th grade students of MI Raudlatut Thalabah have been introduced and have also practiced the learning process in accordance with the 2013 curriculum through a scientific approach with five learning steps, namely observing, questioning, collecting data, reasoning and communicating.
