Abstract

Having a company, it comes with the opportunities to prosper or the risk of falling. Any company needs to go through this moment for it to keep on growing. The purpose of this paper is to examine the rise and fall of Alibaba throughout its success. The study used mostly known factors from other research results on Alibaba Company and analyze those factors effect on ups and downs of Alibaba. Some of the factors including Jack Ma's relation with investors and customers, business model, integrated ecosystem, and such. This study improves the understanding of circumstances that a company will have to go through which can be utilized by top management to strategize their plan.

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya air pada DAS Kali Lamong sering kali terganggu dikarenakan terdapat beberapa wilayah yang terdampak kekeringan. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka untuk mengantisipasi kejadian kekeringan pada DAS Kali Lamong diperlukan perhitungan indeks kekeringan menggunakan metode Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) dan metode Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) untuk pembuatan peta persebaran kekeringan. Untuk dapat menghitung indeks kekeringan serta penggambaran peta sebaran kekeringan maka dibutuhkan data yang meliputi data curah hujan bulanan selama 15 tahun di DAS Lamong, data curah hujan satelit CHIRPS, serta peta DAS Lamong yang digunakan untuk membuat peta sebaran stasiun hujan. Dari analisa menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara curah hujan bulanan pada titik stasiun hujan pengukuran dan pada titik koordinat CHIRPS memiliki hubungan yang sudah memenuhi. Hasil perhitungan pada indeks kekeringan meteorologi pada DAS Kali Lamong dengan menggunakan metode Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) memiliki nilai indeks kekeringan terparah dengan nilai -5,581 pada periode defisit 3 bulanan di tahun 2010. Pada penggambaran peta persebaran kekeringan menggunakan metode Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW), tahun 2009 dan tahun 2019 adalah tahun yang mengalami kejadian kering paling sering dibandingkan dengan tahun yang lainnya.
