Abstract

Penyakit diare masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di negara berkembang seperti di Indonesia, karena morbiditas dan mortalitas-nya yang masih tinggi. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pontianak angka kejadian diare pada tahun 2012 di Siantan Hilir Pontianak Utara yaitu 1593 jiwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Siswa Tentang Teknik Mencuci Tangan Yang Benar Dengan Kejadian Diare di SDN 01 Pontianak Utara pada bulan Mei 2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa-siswi kelas 4 dan 5 di SDN 01 Pontianak Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 74 responden diambil secara probability sampling . Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, analisa data dilakukan menggunakan uji rank of spearman dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (39,2%) responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang teknik mencuci tangan yang benar dan yang mengalami kejadian diare tinggi yaitu (51,4%) responden . Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai rho spearman yaitu -310** dengan pvalue = 0,007 , artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan (bermakna) dengan korelasi yang lemah dan negatif maksudnya hubungan yang berlawanan arah antara tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang teknik mencuci tangan yang benar dengan kejadian diare di SDN 01 pontianak utara. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin kurang tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang teknik mencuci tangan yang benar maka kejadian diare semakin tinggi. Untuk itu diharapkan siswa-siswi untuk menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat dengan selalu disiplin melakukan praktek mencuci tangan yang benar guna meghindari terjadinya resiko diare.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah, setiap bidang tanah harus didaftarkan dimana bukan saja pada saat memperoleh tanah tetapi juga terhadap hapusnya hak atas tanah. Oleh Karena itu peneliti tersebut untuk meneliti tanah yang hapus akibat abrasi pantai di Desa Sengkubang Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir. Adapun masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah Pemegang Hak Atas Tanah di Desa Sengkubang Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir telah melaksanakan Pendaftaran Hak Atas Tanah yang tanahnya hapus akibat abrasi ? Sedangkan tujuan Penelitian ini adalah : 1. Untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi tentang Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah yang hapus akibat abrasi di Desa Sengkubang. 2. Untuk mengungkapkan factor penyebab pemegang hak atas tanah tidak melaksanakan pendaftaran tanah yang hapus akibat abrasi. 3. Abstract

Bustan Tsamrotul Qolbis (BTQ) School is located in Sidodadi Ramunia Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. BTQ is an Integrated Islamic School that upholds Islamic values, including cleanliness. However, based on the results of the observations made, many students still do not understand the concept of PHBS and do not care about the cleanliness of their classrooms. Thus, service regarding PHBS was carried out for BTQ students. The method of approach carried out in conducting community service is interactive lectures and discussions with the school community, such as teachers, students, and canteen managers at BTQ schools. The activity began by filling out the participant attendance list, distributing pre-tests, delivering materials, playing videos and discussion sessions, distributing post-tests, giving a gallon of taps and stacking shelves, as well as group photos and healthy snacks. The results of statistical analysis of measurements showed that the average pre-test score of a total of 40 participants was 14.53 with a standard deviation value of 2,944. Meanwhile, the average score of the post-test is 17.40 with a standard deviation of 2.134. Furthermore, the results of the Paired Sample t-test obtained a p-value of <0.001, then H0 was rejected. This means that there is an influence between the implementation of the training and the level of knowledge of students. Thus, it is hoped that community service participants can apply PHBS in their daily lives and can maintain the handwashing facilities that have been provided by the service team.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a major influence on the development of learning, one of which is by providing educational videos which are carried out at MIN 7 Medan City. The purpose of this article is to reveal how to implement educational videos in social studies learning with the following focus. First, how to plan educational video media in social studies learning at MIN 7 Medan City. Second, make the implementation and student learning outcomes of the use of educational videos. Third, what are the obstacles in implementing educational videos in social studies learning and the solutions to these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the method of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, to ensure the validity of the data is used through triangulation. The research results obtained as follows. First, in planning lessons using educational video media, it is the duty of the principal and teacher to plan learning in class according to the RPP and develop it. Second, in the implementation of the lesson, it has displayed videos obtained from Youtube in the form of videos of short duration ± 10 minutes when learning is in progress. Third, there are still obstacles felt by teachers and students related to learning such as managing time and teacher skills in designing videos. However, solutions are carried out by teachers such as intense discussions between teachers and students, sharing video selection, and learning innovations. So it can be concluded that the implementation of learning using educational videos is very helpful for teachers and students as a learning support tool in the ongoing learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of the role of madrasah supervisors in improving the quality of learning and academic supervision with a focus on the Directorate General of Islamic Education of the Central Ministry of Religious Affairs. The research uses a case study method based on library research with data sources in the form of scientific journals, books, official policies of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and relevant academic articles. The results show that madrasah supervisors have a strategic role in coaching, mentoring and evaluating teachers, which has direct implications for improving the quality of learning. Supervisors' professionalism needs to be strengthened not only from technical aspects, but also professional ethics, integrity and moral commitment. Effective academic supervision must be humanist, collaborative and utilize digital technology to be more transparent, fast and have a real impact on teacher competence. On the other hand, policy support and institutional structures from the Central Ministry of Religious Affairs are crucial to ensure the sustainability of the academic supervision program. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of transforming supervision from merely administrative to continuous professional development for the sake of improving the quality of Islamic education.
