Abstract

This study examines how Sharia economics integration in the MSME business model can be optimized using Majoo POS technology. In the era of globalization and rapidly developing information technology, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the Sharia economy need to continue to develop strategies to expand their markets and improve operational efficiency. MSMEs are the backbone of the national economy, but many face financial management and marketing challenges. The method used is a descriptive qualitative to identify the potential and challenges in implementing this strategy and provide recommendations for MSME actors and related stakeholders. The study results indicate that applying Sharia economics supported by Majoo POS technology can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and positively contribute to the national economy. Majoo POS technology offers features that facilitate transaction recording, stock management, and real-time data analysis, which can improve the operational efficiency of MSMEs. The practical implications of this study are the importance of government and financial institution support in providing access and training related to technology for MSMEs based on the Sharia economy.

Abstract

Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, faced unique challenges and opportunities in an increasingly competitive job market. Skills education programs were one solution to improve the economic competitiveness of this generation. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of skills education programs in preparing Generation Z to compete in the workforce. Through quantitative methods, data were collected from 200 respondents who had participated in skills education programs at various institutions. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between skills education and increased economic competitiveness, with a p-value <0.05. This finding emphasized the importance of investing in skills education programs to prepare Generation Z to face challenges. This finding made a valuable contribution to the formulation of recommendations for future education policy development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh di Laznas PPPA Daarul Qur’an Bandung. Metode yang dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan desain penelitian deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik interview atau wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketauhi bahwa ada strategi yang diterapkan oleh Laznas PPPA Daarul Qur’an Bandung yaitu Menentukan tujuan besarnya nilai penghimpunan dana yang akan dicapai, Membuat rencana kegiatan dan program yang sedang berjalan, Membuat rencana anggaran kegiatan, Membuat kalender kegiatan kerja, Mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber pendanaan, sumber sumber pendanaan bisa berupa, Personal (Retail), UPZ, Zakat Perusahaan/CSR, dan Event Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin, terhadap apa yang telah dikerjakan dan besarnya. Untuk memperoleh dana zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh Laznas PPPA Daarul Qur’an, memiliki 2 strategi yaitu: 1) Secara Langsung (Offline) dengan melakukan, Tellefundraising, Kerjasama program, Fundraising EventMelakukan kejasama dengan lembaga dakwah, Membuka gerai layanan donasi, Membagikan brosur yang berisikan prograng-program yang dimilki oleh Laznas PPPA Daarul Qur’an). 2) Secara Tidak Langsung (Online) yaitu dengan Membuat website yang berisikan kegiatan, amal, penyaluran donasi, dan donasi online Memanfaatkan platform media sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy on employee performance. The subject of this research is civil servant of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon besides lecturer, consisting of 33 female employees and 61 male employees. This type of research is associative research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the influence or also the relationship between two variables or more. Statistical analysis method in this research is descriptive and inferential statistic analysis. The questionnaire refers to Likert scale parameters, consisting of positive statements and negative statements. The test of the instrument in this study is theoretical validity (validity of logic), empirical validity (validity criterium) and reliability test. The statistical assumption test of this research is linearity test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The statistical test in this research is regression analysis and F test. Based on the result of research known that there is a significant influence partially Locus of Control on employee performance, there is partially significant influence of Self-Efficacy on employee performance, there is simultaneously significant influence of Locus of Control and Self -Efficacy to employee performance. Keywords : Locus of Control; Self-Efficacy; Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokus pengendalian dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri sipil IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon selain dosen, yang terdiri dari 33 pegawai wanita dan 61 pegawai pria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian asosiatif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ataupun juga hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode analisis statistik pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Kuesioner mengacu kepada parameter skala Likert, terdiri dari pernyataan positif dan pernyataan negatif. Uji coba instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah validitas teoritik (validitas logika), validitas empiris (validitas kriterium) dan uji realibilitas. Uji Asumsi statistik penelitian ini adalahuji linearitas, uji multikolineritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji statistik pada penelitan ini adalah analisis regresi dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial lokus pengendalian terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan lokus pengendalian dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Jurnal ini mengulas tentang implementasi marketing syari’ah yang diterapkan oleh toko sembako Fatahillah Kota Cirebon dalam mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dari strategi marketing yang dijalankan oleh toko sembako Fatahillah dalam upaya mencapai kepuasan para pelanggannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigm naturalistis. Adapun instrument penelitiannya adalah observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan peneliti sebagai instrument kunci. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara dari pimpinan perusahaan, wakil pimpinan perusahaan, maupun karyawan dari Toko Sembako Fatahillah. Adapun hasilnya adalah proses pelaksanaannya dengan menerapkan SOP yaitu senyum, sapa, dan tawarkan dalam proses melayani pelanggan dampak dari strategi ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih menyenangkan, memotifasi, inspiratif, dan bermakna. Selain itu, pelanggan menjadi terkesan dan tidak bosan untuk kembali berbelanja di toko sembako Fatahillah ABSTRACT This journal reviews the implementation of shari'ah marketing implemented by the Fatahillah basic food store in Cirebon City in achieving customer satisfaction. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the marketing strategy implemented by the Fatahillah grocery store in an effort to achieve customer satisfaction.This type of research is qualitative research with a naturalistic paradigm. The research instruments are observation, interview guides, and researchers as key instruments. The data source for this research is the results of interviews with company leaders, deputy company leaders, and employees of the Fatahillah Grocery Store. As for the result is The implementation process by implementing SOP , namely smile, greet, and offer in the process of serving customers the impact of this strategy is to improve the quality of service that is more fun, motivating, inspiring, and meaningful. Abstract

Sistem pengupahan berbasis bagi hasil merupakan manifestasi konkret integrasi nilai ekonomi syariah ke dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang menawarkan mekanisme kompensasi berkeadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan integrasi antara literatur keuangan syariah dan Islamic Human Resource Management (Islamic HRM) terkait sistem pengupahan bagi hasil periode 2010–2025. Menggunakan protokol PRISMA, penelitian ini menganalisis 242 publikasi ilmiah terseleksi dari database Scopus dan Google Scholar yang diolah menggunakan VOSviewer dan Publish or Perish. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pola pertumbuhan bifasik dengan fase akselerasi tertinggi pada rentang 2015–2018, diikuti fase konsolidasi riset. Pemetaan bibliometrik mengidentifikasi lima kluster intelektual utama: fundamental keuangan Islam, mekanisme bagi hasil, Islamic HRM, keadilan distributif, serta tantangan implementasi praktis. Temuan krusial mengungkapkan adanya kesenjangan metodologis signifikan, di mana studi longitudinal (3%) dan eksperimental (6,6%) masih sangat minim, serta fokus sektoral yang terlalu terpusat pada industri perbankan (42%). Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyusun peta jalan riset masa depan, merekomendasikan pergeseran dari studi konseptual menuju pembuktian empiris, serta perluasan konteks ke sektor non-keuangan untuk memperkuat teori kompensasi berbasis syariah.

Abstract

Amid Indonesia's ambition to escape the middle-income trap, the anomaly between productivity growth and wage welfare at the regional level has become a critical structural barrier requiring profound attention. This disparity is not merely a statistical issue but a socio-economic reality that determines the future stability and resilience of the national economy. This study aims to analyze the persistence of labor market disparities in Indonesia, focusing on the dynamics of regional productivity and wages during the 2018–2023 period. Adopting a quantitative descriptive-comparative approach using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics across 34 provinces, this research examines the elasticity of wages relative to productivity in leading sectors. The results indicate persistent inequalities between Java and non-Java regions, where regional wage growth often lags behind productivity surges, particularly during the post-pandemic economic recovery phase. This phenomenon suggests that the wage-productivity transmission mechanism is still hindered by wage policies that are not yet fully adaptive to local performance realities and agglomeration advantages. Theoretically, this research contributes to the labor economics literature by modeling the wage-productivity interaction within the economic transformation of a developing nation. Practically, this study formulates strategic recommendations for policymakers to design performance-based regional wage systems to narrow inter-regional economic gaps and create a more inclusive labor market across Indonesia.
