Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze community-based marketing strategies and partnerships undertaken by Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution engaged in goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing in Central Java. Using a qualitative approach through case studies, this research explores the role of local communities and strategic partnerships in expanding markets and increasing product sales. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The results show that community-based marketing is effective in strengthening local community involvement and increasing product acceptance in the market. Partnerships with cooperatives and educational institutions also contributed significantly in supporting product marketing and distribution. However, some challenges such as coordination among partners and limited resources need to be addressed to improve the success of the program. This study provides practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to leverage the power of community and partnerships in marketing strategies. In addition, the findings also have implications for the development of sustainable marketing policies in the livestock and fisheries sectors. Abstract

This research was conducted using quantitative methods, specifically observational analytical studies aimed at analyzing the correlation between variables, namely good corporate governance represented by independent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committees, firm size, and leverage on company performance assessed by Return On Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. This study focuses on 87 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as the population, and by using purposive sampling technique, 56 samples were obtained. The data used is sourced from the annual reports of energy companies from 2021 to 2024. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and firm size affect company performance (ROA), while independent commissioners, managerial ownership, audit committees, and leverage do not affect company performance (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of school management in SD Negeri Mulia, Puncak Jaya, Central Papua Province, with a focus on aspects of leadership, curriculum and learning, teaching quality, facilities, financial management, parent participation, student achievement, student welfare, continuous evaluation, and community relations. The research approach used by the researcher is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique begins with reducing the data, followed by presenting the data, and finally draws conclusions. The results of the study show that the participatory leadership applied by the principal, Mrs. Maria Wanggai, has succeeded in creating a collaborative work environment, despite budget and infrastructure constraints. The curriculum used is in accordance with national education standards, but its implementation is hampered by limited resources. Teachers are highly committed and experienced, but require more professional training. School facilities, including classrooms, libraries, and computer labs, require repairs and additions to equipment. Financial management is carried out transparently, but the available budget is often insufficient. Parents are actively involved in their children's education and value better communication with the school. The academic performance of students is quite good, especially in the fields of science and mathematics. The health and hygiene program is running well, but some facilities such as toilets need to be improved. Community support is strong, and partnerships with NGOs help in improving educational facilities and programs.
