Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires the teaching and learning process to be carried out from home, by utilizing classroom learning media and zoom meetings. The purpose of the online learning training activities of google classroom and and zoom meetings for school-age children in the village of Huta Padang is to provide teachers with an understanding of how to conduct and develop online learning so that they can do learning from home. The importance of this online learning training is to prepare teachers and schools in the online learning process to run properly. The steps taken in this training are first, implementing the Health protocol before and after implementing the training. Second, introducing online learning to students. Third, explain about Google Classroom and how to use it. And the fourth practice of using google classroom. From the implementation of the activities carried out, it was found that the training participants could understand the training material well and develop online learning in Google Classroom.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan proses belajar mengajar dilaksanakan dari rumah, dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran classroom dan zoom meeting Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan pembelajaran daring google classroom dan dan zoom meeting bagi anak usia sekolah di desa Huta Padang adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru bagaimana cara melakukan dan mengembangkan pembelajaran daring sehingga bisa melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah. Pentingnya pelatihan pembelajaran daring ini, untuk menyiapkan guru dan sekolah dalam proses pembelajaran daring agar berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Adapun Langkah langkah yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pertama, menerapkan protokol Kesehatan sebelum dan sesudah melaksankan pelatihan. Kedua, memperkenalkan tentang pembelajaran daring kepada anak-anak siswa. Ketiga, menjelaskan tentang google classroom dan cara penggunaannya. Dan keempat praktik pengunaan google classroom. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi pelatihan dengan baik dan mengembangkan pembelajaran daring google classroom.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid, students must be able to adapt to changes, be enthusiastic about learning, and care about sustainable development. Therefore, the Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM). A Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving capabilities and communication capabilities for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. The COPRAS method or Combination of Ratio Assessment is a multi-criteria decision analysis method used the alternatives involved in a decision. This research aims to obtain ranking results of outstanding students quickly and objectively without requiring a lot of effort. The results of this ranking will help Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University, especially the Faculty of Engineering, Computer Science Study Program, in selecting outstanding students. From the conclusion above, the student selected to be in first place is A3 in the name of Benny Matondang with a score of 99.972 in first place.

Abstract

Untimely graduation rates have become an important problem in the world of education that can affect the quality of education and cause additional costs for students and educational institutions. This research aims to build a prediction model to predict the acceptance of prospective new students at Graha Nusantara University, especially in the Computer Science study program. In achieving the graduation process, students must meet the requirements including GPA, Gender, Region of Origin, School of Origin. The research results show that the prediction model built using the rule association algorithm in this study had good accuracy, namely 38.3 percent. This research examines the application of data mining methods with the association rule algorithm, to predict student graduation on time at Graha Nusantara University. This research produces findings that this method makes it easier to determine student graduation patterns. Association rule is a data mining technique that finds patterns, dependencies, and connections between items in data. These algorithms can be used to explain patterns in seemingly independent data, such as relational databases and transactional databases.

Abstract

Decision making involving multiple criteria is often a challenge in the selection process, especially when having to choose the best alternative from a number of candidates. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) that is able to assist the selection process of the best candidates objectively, structured, and efficiently. The method used is the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT), which has the ability to handle multi-criteria decision making with a utility approach, where each criterion is weighted based on its level of importance. This system is designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language to present a clear visual representation of the proposed system. The criteria used in the study consist of 5 criteria, namely: Work experience, education, age, status, and web address. Each alternative is assessed based on these five criteria, then the normalization process and calculation of the total utility value are carried out to determine the final ranking. The respondents or samples in this study consisted of 5 students registered in August 2024, from the five samples used, the highest utility result with code A02 in the name of Ahmad Suhery obtained the highest utility value of 0.6893, so that it was determined as the best alternative in the selection process. This system is expected to be a tool to assist in decision making.
