Abstract

This article explained how the existence of corporate sharia bonds (Sukuk) during the pandemic. Sukuk was one of the instruments owned by Islamic financial institutions, namely the Islamic capital market. The existence of the coronavirus had existed for one year. By using the library research method, and using qualitative descriptive, namely the method by describing and interpreting the existence of Islamic bonds (Sukuk) in the pandemic period qualitatively, namely the description and description in words based on library data, journal articles, OJK and related data. The data collection method used the documentation method then the data was processed so that it completes this article. The results showed that the record was the outstanding value of Sukuk from 2016 to January 2021 had increased from 11.88 trillion to 30.25 trillion. Meanwhile, the number of outstanding Sukuk had experienced a good development from 2016-January 2021, namely from 53 to 161. And the accumulated value of Sukuk issuance had also increased, from 2016-January 2021 from 20.43 trillion to 55.15 trillion. Meanwhile, the accumulated number of Sukuk issuances also increased from 102 to 274.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the effects of work environment, leadership and work motivation on the performance of state elementary school principals in Kramat Jati the subdistrict of East Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method with path analysis. The sample size was 59 principals of state elementary schools, by using the simple random sampling technicque.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct effect of the work environment toward work motivation; (2) there is a direct effect of leadership on work motivation; (3) there is a direct effect of the work environment on the performance of the principals; (4) there is a direct effect of the leadership on performance of the principals; (5) there is a direct effect of the work motivation on performance principals. Based on the findings of this research that the performance of state elementary school prinscipals in Kramat Jati the subdistrict of East Jakarta was significantly influenced by work environment, leadership and work motivation. It could be concluded that enhanching performance of principals would be determined by increasing the work environment, leadership and work motivation.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the relationship between principal leadership and teacher satisfaction with the aim of knowing whether there is a relationship between principal leadership and teacher satisfaction at the school. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research instrument was a questionnaire filled out by 15 teachers as a research sample from 18 teachers as a population. From this instrument, it was calculated to obtain the value of the relationship (correlation coefficient) using the product moment correlation formula. Then the coefficient of determination is calculated using the formula (r) 2. After the r value was found, hypothesis testing was conducted by looking at the table of products moment values at the significant level ? = 0.05 by consulting the research results (r count) with the r table value. If r count> r table then Ho is rejected, it means there is a relationship, but if r count <r table then Ho is accepted, it means there is no relationship. Based on the results of the study, the value of r = 0.69 (high correlation) is linked to the product moment value table with a significance level of 5% with n = 15, namely 0.514, which means that the calculated r value is higher than the r table value, meaning that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, the hypothesis alternative (Ha) is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between principal leadership and teacher satisfaction at SDN Jatisampurna VIII of 47.61% (r2 = 0.4761

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Strategi Baznas dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat menunaikan zakat. Seiring terjadinya perkembangan zaman, kemauan dan kesadaran masyarakat muslim untuk menunaikan zakat semakin meningkat, walaupun masih dalam kecepatan yang rendah namun sedikit demi sedikit mampu dikatakan berkembang. Pada dasarnya strategi merupakan bagian kehidupan manusia. Manajemen strategi merupakan serangkaian keputusan serta tindakan fundamental yang dirancang oleh manajemen puncak serta diimplementasikan oleh semua jajaran suatu organisasi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan organisasi tersebut. Peneliti memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Menggunakan pendekatan ini diperlukan penemuan realitas yang bisa dideskripsikan dengan detail, lebih jelas, serta akurat, terutama segala perihal yang berhubungan dengan masyarakat, terkhusus strategi Baznas meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menunaikan zakat. Oleh kerena itu, peneliti memakai pendekatan fenomenologi, yang dibutuhkan bisa membantu dalam hal pengamatannya, ke dua imajinasinya, ke tiga cara fikir yang tak berbentuk, serta ke empat bisa mencicipi atau menghayati kenyataan di lokasi penelitiannya. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Kota Jayapura tepatnya Baznas Provinsi Papua. Akibat penelitian ini berkata beberapa perihal diantaranya tentang strategi baznas provinsi papua dalam kesadaran masyarakat menunaikan zakat.

Abstract

As we know, Sharia Banking in Jayapura faces various challenges in an ever-changing global market such as awareness and understanding, regulations, competition, product and service development, and human resources. However, with the right product innovation, Sharia banking can remain competitive and even lead in the banking industry. By focusing on product diversification, Sharia-based technology, financial inclusivity and education, Sharia banking can continue to respond to global market challenges and serve society better. Product innovation is key to achieving goals and ensuring sustainable growth of Sharia banking in the future. The Sharia banking market is facing increasingly tight competition with conventional banks. Conventional banks are increasingly adopting Sharia banking principles in their products, thereby increasing competition in the market. Changes in sharia banking regulations continue to develop in Jayapura, and these changes can affect Sharia banking operations and products.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions for Mixue products in Jayapura City. This research uses qualitative methods to understand social phenomena and people's perspectives on these topics. Mixue is a franchise company that sells soft ice cream and tea drinks, originating from China and has expanded to Indonesia. Mixue's marketing strategy includes low prices, targeting lower market segments, and social marketing via social media. Mixue has also expanded to Papua by opening several branches there. The conclusions of this research are written carefully, fairly and honestly, based on the facts of existing research findings, and being careful if there are attempts at generalization. The sources used cover various topics related to marketing management, integrated marketing communications, consumer behavior, and product innovation. This research provides insight into how online marketing strategies can influence consumer purchasing decisions, especially Mixue products in Jayapura City.

Abstract

The low motivation to learn and students' knowledge about population and the environment affects students' concern for the environment and population problems. So, a solution is needed to improve students' attitudes, namely through effective learning methods. This study aimed to test the differences in population knowledge and environmental awareness using discussion teaching methods and lecture teaching methods to students with high learning motivation and those with low learning motivation. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a 2x2 factorial design. The study's subjects were a group of 80 students consisting of 40 students with high learning motivation and 40 with low learning motivation for grade 12. Data on population knowledge and environmental awareness was collected using an objective test instrument with the answer choices True (B) with a score of 1 and False (S) with a score of 0. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using two-way variance analysis and the Tukey test. The results of the study revealed that there are significant differences between the two teaching methods, where the discussion teaching method is more effective than the lecture teaching method, the lecture teaching method is better used in learning groups with high learning motivation, the discussion teaching method is better used in learning groups with low learning motivation, there is an interaction effect between teaching methods and learning motivation on population knowledge and environmental awareness, where high learning motivation, the lecture teaching method is better used than the discussion teaching method, but there is a reverse tendency for low learning motivation.

Abstract

In countries with a majority Muslim population, Islamic banks have the ability to easily develop rapidly, including Indonesia and Malaysia. Therefore, it cannot be denied that Indonesia and Malaysia are countries that are highly focused on the development of Islamic banking. It can be seen in terms of asset growth which is increasing every year, which is proof that Islamic banks in Malaysia and Indonesia have succeeded in achieving positive performance which affects the bank's profitability. This research aims to analyze the influence of mudharabah and murabahah financing on the profitability of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia banks partially or simultaneously. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The type of data obtained from this research is secondary data based on the annual reports of Indonesian and Malaysian Sharia Banks for the period 2016 to 2020. By using a purposive sampling technique, 17 Islamic banks were sampled. This research uses data analysis tests of classical assumptions and hypotheses. The research results show that partial mudharabah financing has no effect on the profitability of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia banks. Murabahah financing partially influences the profitability of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia banks. Meanwhile, mudharabah and murabahah financing simultaneously influence the profitability of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia banks.

Abstract

This article discusses the impact of Islamic microfinance on the welfare of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The research aims to examine how sharia-based financing schemes contribute to the development and sustainability of MSMEs. This qualitative-descriptive study used literature review and documentation methods. Findings indicate that Islamic microfinance through contracts such as murabahah and mudharabah significantly enhances business productivity and financial independence of MSME actors. It also strengthens ethical business behavior and local economic growth. However, implementation challenges remain, particularly in terms of financial literacy and institutional outreach. The study recommends broader digital-based Islamic financial inclusion to reach underserved communities. These results are relevant for stakeholders interested in sustainable economic empowerment through sharia finance.
