Abstract

Digital banking is a technology application developed to make customer transactions easier. Nowadays, millennials have become the market targetting of the banking sector, especially for using digital banking, since they prefer to something modern and instant. This research purposed to examine the determinants of Muslim millennial customer in adopting digital banking with the implementation of the model of technology acceptance (TAM) which includes two predictors including the perceived ease of use and perceived of usefulness. The method was a quantitative method using primary data collected by using questionnaires to 100 Muslim millennials as respondents in Jayapura City, the eastern region in Indonesia. Data collected analyzed wiith multiple liniear regressions. The results showed that both the independent variables, i.e the perceived ease of use and perceived of usefulness significantly affect the intention of Muslim millennials customers in using digital banking partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study discusses the Muslim consumer behavior in the pandemic of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The study is a quantitative research using an online survey with a questionnaire to collect the data. The sample is 100 respondents in Jayapura, the capital city of Papua Province, Indonesia. There are 20 items of statements built related to consumer behavior in the questionnaire. Data analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to construct Muslim consumer behavior during COVID-19 pandemic. The result found that there are six consumer behaviors shaped from the extraction of the 20 variables, namely Changes in Needs and Consumption Patterns, More Selective and Well-Informed before Purchasing Goods, Adopting Digital Application in Purchasing Goods, Hoarding Behavior, Oriented to Priority, Brand and Quality, and Consult Doctor Online. These findings suggest the retailers to maintain the production for the essential products needed in the Pandemic, and for the governments to set a regulation for balancing the demand and supply of the essential products during the pandemic, and for the Muslim consumer itself to comply with the Islamic ethical consumption to achieve well-being both in the world and hereafter.Keywords:  Consumer Behavior, COVID-19, EFA. AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas mengenai perilaku konsumen Muslim ditengah pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei online berupa kuesioner dalam mengumpulkan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden di Jayapura, Ibu Kota Provinsi Papua, Indonesia. Dalam kuisioner, terdapat 20 item pernyataan yang dirancang terkait dengan perilaku konsumen yang harus dijawab oleh responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk menyusun perilaku konsumen Muslim selama masa pandemi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat enam perilaku konsumen yang terbentuk dari ekstraksi 20 variabel yaitu Perubahan Pola Kebutuhan dan Konsumsi, Penelusuran Informasi Produk dan Lebih Selektif Sebelum Membeli Barang, Penggunaan Aplikasi Digital dalam Pembelian Barang, Perilaku Menimbun Barang, Berorientasi pada Prioritas, Merek, dan Kualitas, serta Penggunaan Jasa Konsultasi Dokter Online. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan para produsen untuk mempertahankan produksi barang-barang yang penting selama masa pandemi, dan kepada pemerintah agar menetapkan kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk menjaga keseimbangan permintaan dan penawaran barang selama pandemi, serta kepada konsumen Muslim agar dapat menerapkan etika konsumsi sesuai dengan ajaran Islam agar tercapai kesejahteraan baik di dunia maupun di akhirat.Kata Kunci: Perilaku Konsumen, COVID-19, PUS.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to determine and analyze the effort of the Honai Prosperous Micro Waqf Bank in Papua in increasing community income in Heram District, Jayapura, Papua Province. Micro Waqf Bank is one of the government programs for low-scale communities.Method - This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Primary data are collected from several informants who have related duties and functions such as managers, boarding school leaders, and customers from the Honai Sejahtera Micro Waqf Bank.  While secondary data includes data from documents, literature, and academic studies and research.  The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using a field analysis approach from Miles and Huberman.Result - The results of this study indicate that Honai Sejahtera Micro Waqf Bank improve the communities' income in Heram District by providing a loan for business capital using the Qardh. Besides that, the community felt the positive impact of their existence.Implication - Local Governments need to work together with LKMS to empower communities to escape poverty.Originality- This research focuses on increasing people's income through Islamic Microfinance Institution (LKMS) in Papua Province which has never been studied previously.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze Ngudi Tentrem's savings practices from the perspective of fiqh muamalah in 4th Neighborhood, 2nd Hamlet, Ongan Jaya Village, Yapsi District, Jayapura Regency. This research also discusses the management's efforts to resolve the bad credit problems experienced by Ngudi Tentrem's savings practice. This study is qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the phenomenological paradigm approach. The results of this study indicate that Ngudi Tentrem's savings practices in Ongan Jaya Village are carried out under the pillars and conditions of al-wadi'ah yad adh-dhamanah which involve the contract of two people who have faith, the existence of goods entrusted, and also ijab and qabul. The effort is restructuring which the management will provide interest relief and extension of time to creditors to save trouble to fulfill his obligations. The other way to resolve the bad credit problem is to settle with deliberation peacefully. The phenomenon of the survival of Ongan Jaya village savings is the culture of mutual aid which is still very thick in rural areas. Sense of solidarity and trust make this savings can be borne from its inception in 1997 until now, even though it does not have an official legal entity. The absence of collateral in these savings also adds to the value of its uniqueness, so, the people of Ongan Jaya village, especially, 4th Neighborhood, 2nd Hamlet prefer to choose Ngudi Tenrem savings practice.

Abstract

The background of this research is the high level of public interest in product of sharia gold pawn so that the risk management is the main focus to be carried out. The most common risk is the risk of loans, especially gold pawn loans. The risk of goal pawn loans becomes the main focus on the Islamic Pawnshop. This is based on the limitations of employees of PT. Pegadaian Syariah Jayapura, especially UPS Heram, in screening data for funding applications. These limitations lead to several stages of loans that are not intentionally or deliberately by passed to accelerate the loans process. This research used qualitative approach with the case study method. It used primary and supporting data. The information from primary data sources in qualitative research can generally be explored through observation and interview techniques. This research shows that PT. Jayapura Syariah Pegadaian (UPS) Heram in managing gold pawning risk can be from the risk management process, namely risk identification, risk measurement, and risk management. The mitigation of gold pawn transactions include the risk mitigation of the accuracy of the gold assessment, the risk mitigation of a decline in the price of gold, the risk mitigation of storing gold. The minimizing of the risks that might occur use monitoring, guidance and supervision of internal risks.

Abstract

Ibadah umrah merupakan salah satu ibadah di dalam Islam yang memiliki dua dimensi, yaitu dimensi duniawi dan dimensi akhirat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengeksplor pola konsumsi masyarakat muslim dalam membelanjakan hartanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, salah satunya ibadah umrah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur terdahulu yang relevan, disesuaikan dengan fakta di lapangan dan kemudian disusun secara ilmiah dan dilanjutkan pada pembahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ibadah umrah memiliki dua dimensi, yaitu dimensiduniawi berupa gaya hidup dan dimensi akhirat yaitu ibadah. pola konsumsi masyarakat muslim dalam membelanjakan hartanya untuk ibadah umrah sejalan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan dharuriyyat, hajiyyat, dan tahsiniyyat. Meskipun dalam kategori ibadah, umrah masih lekat dengan bisnis dan gaya hidup yang tidak mungkin dipisahkan antara keduanya.

Abstract

Strategi Pemasaran Produk Gadai di Kantor Pegadaian Syaraiah Unit Pasar Baru Abepura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi yang dilakukan dan kendala yang dihadapi Pegadaian Syariah Unit Pasar Baru Abepura untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang digunakan mampu menarik minat masyarakat terutama di produk gadai emas (rahn) yang merupakan salah satu allternatif pendanaan yang tidak menyulitkan nasabah untuk mendapatkan pinjaman uang. Pegadaian syariah tidak menekankan pada pemberian bunga. Namun, pegadaian syariah sendiri memperoleh keuntungan dari biaya penitipan jasa (barang) yang digadaikan. Promosi yang dilakukan dengan cara pembagian brosur, melalui media sosial, dan juga pemasangan pamflet. Strategi tempat yang dinilai sangat strategis karena berada dipinggir jalan mampu memberikan kemudahan masyarakat untuk tidak terlalu susah mencari outlet di Pegadaian Syariah sendiri. Para pegawai yang sudah mahir serta ramah dan sopan serta proses peminjaman yang cepat dan juga fasilitas yang membuat nyaman para nasabah. Kendala yang dihadapi seperti cuaca yang menghambat dalam pembagian brosur namun untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut mereka juga memasarkan kepada para nasabah yang datang ke outlet atau kantor.

Abstract

Berkembangnya waktu pada saat ini PT. Pegadaian Syariah telah menunjukkan perkembangannya secara signifikan, dengan selalu mengoptimalkan motivasi nasabah dalam bertransaksi rahn. PT. Pegadaian Syariah dalam menghadapi persaingan yaitu dengan menyediakan produk gadai yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di masa yang akan datang, dengan menyediakan produk gadai sertifikat, alat elektronik, BPKB dan emas yang merupakan layanan gadai dengan fasilitas titipan dan harga yang terjangkau. Latar belakang penelitian ini adanya persaingan ketat antara lembaga keuangan pegadaian syariah terutama terhadap pegadaian konvensional, sehingga pegadaian syariah lebih mononjolkan segi positif produknya dari pegadaian konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memotivasi nasabah dalam bertransaksi rahn dan untuk mengetahui yang dilakukan oleh pegadaian untuk memotivasi nasabah bertransaksi rahn. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memotivasi nasabah dalam bertransaksi rahn diantaranya dari pemasaran produk rahn melalui sosialisasi, brosur, pamflet atau spanduk dan minat nasabah bertransaksi rahn untuk kebutuhan. Keunggulan produk bertransaksi rahn yaitu tidak ada bunga, lebih cepat, lebih murah, biayanya rendah dan motivasi nasabah dalam bertransaksi rahn dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak, modal usaha dan biaya sekolah. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pegadaian dalam memotivasi nasabah bertransaksi rahn diantaranya pemasaran produk rahn melalui sosialisasi, event, siaran radio, televisi, brosur, pamflet atau spanduk. Adanya minat nasabah terhadap produk rahn yaitu untuk menambah modal, mengajukan kredit mikro dan biaya sekolah. Adanya pelayanan yang baik kepada nasabah tidak ada bunga, dan motivasi bertransaksi rahn didasari pada kebutuhan.

Abstract

Every woman has a role in life. The stigma of women who are limited to “mattress, kitchen, and well” slowly needs to be changed. In the economic context, women become a partner for their husbands in meeting the needs of life. There needs to be a sustainable way to empower women, including Papuan women. Women need to be allowed to be empowered and have an economic impact on their families. This paper tries to examine the role of the Islamic Microfinance Institution (LKMS) in this case is the Honai Sejahtera Papua Micro Waqf Bank in carrying out community empowerment programs around pesantren towards women as the objects. The efforts taken include assisting, providing marketing facilities, and providing working capital loans. The presence of the Honai Sejahtera Papua Micro Waqf Bank certainly can have a positive impact on the community, especially on Papuan women. The desire to change lives through economic activities is the main goal of Papuan women to take part in the program.
