Abstract

Bhuju' Geger religious tourism in Bangkalan is an important spiritual destination often visited by the public but does not yet have adequate legal protection. In this context, legal protection for religious tourism areas is needed to ensure this tourism's sustainability, security, and management. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects that protect the Bhuju' Geger religious tourism area and identify challenges in implementing related laws. The contribution of this research is an effort to design a model of legal protection in the management of religious tourism or for tourists visiting religious tourism in Bangkalan Regency. The method used in this study is a normative approach, which analyzes relevant laws and regulations, literature studies, and interviews with related parties. The results of the study indicate that there is a legal vacuum and weaknesses in the implementation of regulations in force in the Bhuju' Geger religious tourism area. This study concludes that a more potent and specific legal policy is needed to protect this area, including strengthening regional regulations and active community participation in managing Bhuju' Geger religious tourism. The involvement of the community is integral to the success of these proposed changes.

Abstract

Based on the provisions of Article 1313 of the Criminal Code that an agreement is binding on both parties like a law, meaning it gives rise to rights and obligations for the parties who make it, because basically every agreement must be kept. One of the agreements that have long existed in the community is a plantation land management agreement in the form of a cooperation agreement implemented in the village of Pragaan Daya, Pragaan District, Sumenep regency for the cultivation of siwalan orchard land. In this journal applies the method of empirical juridical approach, namely legal research that obtains its data from primary data or data or data obtained directly from the public in this study found some applications that have not been in accordance with applicable legal rules where in its application, the form of agreements that should be made in writing but only made orally. This is due to the lack of human resources in the field of employment and the desire of the landowner himself to make a work agreement for a certain time orally, given the existence of this written agreement can certainly provide legal certainty to siwalan workers, especially if later when in the field something happens that can harm them, they can ask for the work Agreement and the result of the violation of the agreement that occurred in the cooperation agreement called default can be resolved amicably, non-litigation or litigation.

Abstract

The socialization of technology-based learning media at SMP Al Hikam Kemayoran aims to improve the capacity of teachers in utilizing website-based media as a learning aid. This activity focuses on introducing new media that can increase the variety and appeal of materials and motivate students to be more active in class. The socialization began with a survey through Mentimeter to find out the media that teachers have used. The results showed that although some common media have been used, there is still a need for more varied media that are in accordance with the digital era. The speaker introduced various application and website-based media, although challenges arose due to school policies that limit the use of digital devices by students. The speaker suggested that the policy on the use of gadgets in class be considered carefully, considering the effectiveness of digital media in increasing student interaction and learning motivation.
