Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi kepemimpinan dan kolaborasi stakeholder dalam mencapai akreditasi A di PAUD KB Muslimat Islamiyah, Kabupaten Malang, yang berhasil meraih akreditasi tinggi meskipun memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 8 informan (kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan pengurus yayasan), observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah yang ditandai dengan pendekatan partisipatif, visi jelas, dan pemberdayaan guru menjadi faktor kunci. Selain itu, kolaborasi efektif dengan berbagai stakeholder melalui kontribusi dana, partisipasi aktif, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal berperan penting dalam memenuhi standar akreditasi. Temuan ini memberikan model praktis bagi PAUD lain dalam mengoptimalkan kepemimpinan dan kemitraan lokal untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of Intructional leadership in establishing a quality culture. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and the research design was a case study. The research was carried out at SD Insan Amanah in Malang City, which is a private elementary school with an A accreditation and has achieved various academic and non-academic achievements. Conclusions drawn from data analysis are: (1) the profile of Intructional leadership focuses on overall quality improvement in various areas and continuous improvement; (2) the strategies of Intructional leadership in establishing a culture of quality involve shared perception and creating a harmonious work environment; (3) the forms of quality culture include school culture and Islamic culture, six dimensions of Pancasila student profiles, and a reward and punishment system; (4) the supporting factors of Intructional leadership in establishing a quality culture involve the participation of all school members and collaboration; and (5) the inhibiting factors include demotivated staf, less enthusiastic students, unsupportive community, excessive administrative burden, and simultaneous school programs. However, the headmaster has implemented various measures to address these issues, such as promptly solving problems, conducting weekly reflection activities, periodic monitoring and guidance, coaching clinics, and maximizing the role of guidance and counseling teachers.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of science and technology (Iptek) in the digital era requires educational institutions to focus not only on academic achievement but also on strengthening students’ faith and piety (Imtaq). However, previous studies have predominantly emphasized cognitive development without systematically integrating spiritual dimensions into educational programs. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Islamic Boarding School (IBS) program as an effort to enhance Imtaq and Iptek in developing students’ spiritual potential at MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the IBS program is implemented through curriculum integration combining Islamic and digital literacy values, habitual religious activities, and additional services that support spiritual and intellectual formation. Teachers and IBS supervisors play crucial roles not only as educators but also as character facilitators and coordinators of religious activities. Supporting factors include parental involvement, a conducive school environment, and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors stem from gadget use, student fatigue, and peer influence. This study concludes that the IBS program significantly contributes to balancing Imtaq and Iptek development and enriches the model of spiritual-integrated education in Islamic schools. Theoretically, the study reinforces the concept of holistic pesantren-based education that remains relevant in the digital context

Abstract

The role of madrasah teachers is crucial in guiding students to achieve quality learning. In the digital era, technological developments, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT, have had a significant impact on education. While ChatGPT can positively contribute to the teaching and learning process, it also poses new challenges in the form of declining interest in literacy, reduced critical thinking skills, and an increased risk of academic plagiarism. Therefore, madrasah teachers' strategies in anticipating the negative impacts of technology are urgently needed for research. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Malang City. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that madrasah teachers implement various preventive strategies, such as multiliteracy-based pedagogical planning, the implementation of open-ended question-based assessments, and the use of AI-based writing detectors. The discussion of this research elaborates on these strategies by linking them to literacy theory, constructivism, and previous literature reviews. The findings of this study confirm that madrasah teachers' strategies have a significant contribution to efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal 4 regarding quality education.
