Abstract

Produksi tempe yang bahan dasarnya kedelai akan meninggalkan limbah. Sayangnya hingga saat ini belum banyak yang memanfaatkan limbah ini. Di kelurahan Pakal kecamatan Pakal, Surabaya, terdapat home industri pembuatan tempe. Jumlah pembuat tempe di Kelurahan Pakal ini kuranglebih berjumlah 20 orang, dan menghasilkan limbah cair kedelai sekitar 20 liter perhari, jika dikalkulasi jumlah limbah lebih dari 400 liter/hari. Dengan adanya hal ini, perlu inovasi agar limbah ini dapat lebih berdayaguna dan diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Kami mengajukan ide, limbah tempe ini diolah untuk campuran pakan ternak dan pupuk organic. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan meliputi: sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pelaksanaan program pengolahan limbah cair tempe. Pengolahan ini diharapkan memberikan keuntungan bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Pakal secara materi dan masyarakat Kelurahan Pakal lebih sadar terhadap limbah tempe yang mereka produksi sekaligus dapat memanfaatkannya. Diharapkan pula nantinya masyarakat Kelurahan Pakal dapat memproduksi olahan limbah dan memasarkan ke masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Sun Gede Makmur is a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sumbergede Village, Wringinanom District, Gresik Regency. BUMDes Sun Gede Makmur has a traditional food product, namely Lento with the product name Lento Mbok Gede. The problems faced by partners are (1) not having an online marketing strategy. (2) packaging (Packaging) is less attractive so that sales of Lento Mbok Gede products are less. (3) The production process so far does not yet have a production standard. So Lento Mbok Gede community service at Bumdes Sun Gede Makmur in Sumbergede Village, Wringinanom District, Gresik Regency. Based on this, the method used is Training and Mentoring to provide solutions to partner problems, namely (1) Training and Assistance in creating online shop accounts. (2) new packaging (Upgrade Packaging) which is more attractive for Lento Mbok Gede products. (3) Formulating and producing a Standard Operating Procedure Book (SOP) for the Lento Mbok Gede Production Process to increase production yields that have the same quality. The results of this community service, (1) Sun Gede Makmur already has an online shop account with the name LentoMbok. (2) Lento Mbok Gede has a new packaging with a more attractive appearance, (3) Sun Gede Makmur has a SOP for the Lento Mbok Gede Production Process.

Abstract

Social capital is one of the capitals that can be used for farmers to strengthen their groups. This social capital is one aspect that can make people join so that they can achieve common goals based on the aspect of togetherness, bound by trust, based on norms and values ​​that are upheld and adhered to by the community as well as a good communication network. The aims of this study are: (1) To describe the social and economic conditions of the members of the Dorang Cinta Women's Farmer Group in Surabaya. (2) Analyzing social capital in the Dorang Cinta Women's Farmer Group, Surabaya City. The location of the research was carried out purposively, namely in RT 10 RW 03, Perak Barat Village, Krembangan District, Surabaya City in the Dorang Cinta Women's Farmer Group. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method in this study is a descriptive method using a questionnaire containing a list of questions that have been compiled in the form of a Likert scale. Analyzing social capital consists of several elements, namely: (1) Trust and Norms. The conclusion of this study is that the social capital of members of the Dorang Cinta Women's Farmer Group is included in the high category, namely 3.66. The assessment of each element of social capital which consists of trust and norms is included in the high category.

Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu UKM Tahu Kediri “SRT” yang dimiliki oleh Bapak Suroto yang berdiri sekitar 20 tahun yang lalu. Lokasi mitra terletak di Dusun Banengan Desa Klepek Kecamatan Kunjang kabupaten Kediri. Namun dalam produksi tahu tersebut tentunya menghasilkan limbah padat maupun cair. Limbah padat yang dihasilkan mitra masih bisa dijual walaupun dengan harga yang cukup murah. Sedangkan pada limbah cair langsung dialirkan ke sungai sehingga mengganggu lingkungan terutama berdampak pada area pertanian yang menggantungkan pengairan dari air sungai yang telah tercemar. Sehingga perlu suatu pengolahan limbah sebelum dibuang ke sungai. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu implementasi pengolahan limbah berbasis Eco Friendly Manufacturing dan Green Energy yang berupa pengolahan limbah cair di proses menjadi biogas untuk dijadikan sumber energi alternatif. Implementasi pengolahan limbah cair menjadi biogas tersebut dapat digunakan untuk proses produksi tahu yaitu untuk bahan bakar pemanasan tungku pembakar atau ketel uap, serta untuk mendukung pengolahan limbah padat menjadi produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomis yaitu pembuatan pelet pakan ikan dengan bantuan mesin pelet berbahan bakar biogas. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah melalui workshop, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan implementasi teknologi, serta perbaikan maupun penyediaan fasilitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu menghasilkan green energy (biogas) untuk efisiensi kayu bakar untuk proses pemanasan tungku/katel uap serta menghasilkan produk sampingan berupa pelet pakan ikan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mitra.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the process of cultivating shallots using hydroponic techniques. The location of the study was conducted in Kedamean District, Gresik Regency, precisely Turirejo Village, which has fresh hydroponic Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The determination of the location of the study was carried out purposively, namely carried out on fresh hydroponic MSMEs with a business of cultivating shallot commodities hydroponically without using green houses or shade. The data used by researchers are primary and secondary data. The research method uses a descriptive method that uses survey methods, in-depth interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The results of the analysis of the hydroponic cultivation process of fresh hydroponic MSMEs are cultivating hydroponic shallots with the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) system. It consists of 2 stages including, seedbed installation and enlargement installation. The cultivation process is carried out in an open place, namely the yard of the house or not using a greenhouse. The hydroponic cultivation process in fresh hydroponic MSMEs starts from the preparation of cultivation, the process of cultivating shallot hydroponics and post-harvest handling. Preparation for hydroponic cultivation of shallots includes capital, land, labor and saprodi. The next stage is in the cultivation process, including 1) Seeding seedlings, 2) Transplanting, 3) maintenance: (fertilization embroidery, watering, opt control) 4) Harvesting. Post-harvest handling in the hydroponic cultivation of shallots, namely withering and drying.

Abstract

This examine targets to identify the development of corn manufacturing, examine mapping, market cost chain evaluation of corn and broaden techniques for strengthening corn production in Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The kinds and assets of records used in this study used kinds of records, particularly number one statistics and secondary records. The method of collecting statistics is purposive sampling, that is meant to make it less difficult for researchers to get facts related to analyze goals. The data evaluation used is cost chain evaluation. The results of this have a look at have been (1) manufacturing of composite maize via farmers in Kedamean District become able to attain production of 5-6 heaps per ha, whilst hybrid corn became capable of attain eight-10 lots in line with ha. The maize price chain in Kedamean District entails three (three) main actors, particularly: (1) Farmers (2) creditors (three) traders. the advertising chain above shows that the most important brought price is obtained via collectors and buyers. The advertising channels are marketing Channel I: Farmers – conventional markets – consumers, marketing Channel II: Farmers – provincial buyers – nearby/export clients, advertising Channel III: Farmers – district investors – provincial investors – local/export clients. advertising Channel IV: Farmers – collectors – district traders – provincial buyers – nearby/export purchasers.Keywords: corn, marketing value chain, marketing channel.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Peranan GAPOKTAN dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota, (2) Peran GAPOKTAN untuk mengubah cara berpikir petani, (3) Peran GAPOKTAN sebagai perantara pemenuhan kebutuhan modal usahatani anggota, (4) Peran GAPOKTAN sebagai perantara pemenuhan kebutuhan modal usahatani anggota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pengurus GAPOKTAN, anggota GAPOKTAN, kepala desa dan masyarakat yang tidak menjadi anggota GAPOKTAN. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti merupakan instrument utama dalam melakukan peneliti yang dibantu oleh pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang dilakukan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Peranan GAPOKTAN dalam meningkatkan pegetahuan melalui pertemuan pengurus kelompok tani dari GAPOKTAN Kedanyang, (b) Pertemuan kelompok tani yang dihadiri oleh pengurus GAPOKTAN dan PPL sebagai nara sumber. (2) Peranan GAPOKTAN dalam merubah pola pikir anggota GAPOKTAN adalah study banding, Pelatihan Ketrampilan, (3) GAPOKTAN mengkoordinasi kebutuhan anggota gapoktan melalui kelompok tani untuk mendapatkan saprodi dan Gapoktan bekerjasama dengan LKM-A untuk memfasilitasi petani yang membutuhkan modal. (4) Usaha GAPOKTAN dalam mengkoordinasi hasil atau produksi pertanian agar mendapatkan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi antara adalah dengan bekerjasama dengan KUD dan pedagang untuk membeli hasil tani dengan nilai jual yang memberikan keuntungan kepada petani,Kata kunci: sosial, ekonomi, pekerja, produktifitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost structure of hydroponic vegetable business in Sonokwijenan village, to determine business revenue and also to determine the advantages and efficiency of hydroponic vegetable business in Sonokwijenan village. The study was conducted from June to July 2020. The results showed that (1) The percentage of total fixed costs to the total cost of each vegetable commodity ranged from 60-71 percent, while the percentage of total variable costs to total costs ranged from 29-38 percent . Fixed costs consist of land rent, nursery greenhouse depreciation, enlargement greenhouse depreciation, irrigation facilities depreciation, equipment depreciation, permanent labor, electricity, distribution. The variable costs incurred consist of daily labor costs, costs for using seeds, rockwool, nutrition, and packaging. The highest fixed cost components are fixed labor costs and distribution costs, while the highest variable cost components are daily labor costs. (2) The calculation of the revenue received by a business is influenced by the selling price of the commodity and the amount that can be sold or the value obtained from the commodity. The largest total revenue obtained by the Sonokwijenan sub-district, Surabaya is kale with a total revenue of 126,350,000. (3) hydroponic water spinach commodity is the most efficient and profitable commodity compared to other hydroponic vegetables with an R/C ratio value of 2.42, this is because kale uses the gravel substrate method which can save more costs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Mekarsari Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the production and sale of white oyster mushrooms in the Semolowaru area, Sukolilo District, Surabaya. White oyster mushroom is a product that is increasingly in demand in local and regional markets because of its health benefits and distinctive taste. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with MSME owner Elok Mekarsari and a number of 3 workers. Meanwhile, data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to Elok Mekarsati UMKM workers or members. The results showed that the Mekarsari UMKM marketing system used 2 marketing channels, namely channel 1 consisting of white oyster mushroom producers, final consumers while channel 2 marketing channels consisted of white oyster mushroom producers, wholesalers, final consumers. the marketing system that has been implemented 5P (Marketing Mix) product, price, place, promotion, people includes promotions through social media, trade shows, and cooperation with restaurants and supermarkets local. Apart from that, they also provide special offers for loyal customers to increase customer retention. However, even though there have been marketing efforts made, there are still several obstacles faced by Elok Mekarsari's MSMEs. Some of these obstacles include intense competition with other white oyster mushroom producers, difficulties in accessing export markets, and limited capital for wider promotion.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pendapatan ibu-ibu PKK RT 01 RW 02 Desa Cagakagung, Kecamatan Cerme, Gresik, melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan lahan terbatas untuk ketahanan pangan, kurangnya keterampilan dalam pengolahan sampah menjadi pupuk cair, serta administrasi keuangan PKK yang masih sederhana. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam urban farming menggunakan metode hidroponik, pembuatan pupuk cair, serta pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara langsung. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan keterampilan urban farming sebesar 50%, peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan sampah menjadi pupuk cair sebesar 50%, peningkatan kemampuan administrasi keuangan PKK sebesar 50%, dan peningkatan pendapatan PKK sebesar 30%. Dampak dari program ini mitra mampu mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga dan memperkuat perekonomian lokal.
