Abstract

PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang Wire Harness sepeda motor yang berkomitmen untuk memberikan kinerja bisnis yang berkualitas bagi para pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran quality untuk menjaga kualitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam perspektif islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia sangat memperhatikan kualitas produk dalam proses produksi demi memastikan kepuasan pelanggan. PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia menggunakan metode quality inspection untuk menjaga kualitas dan standar produk. Kepuasan pelanggan tergantung pada sejauh mana produk memenuhi harapan Perusahaan. Dalam konteks ekonomi islam, kepuasan pelanggan juga terkait dengan konsep qana’ah, yang mencerminkan kepuasan secara lahiriah dan batiniah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan termasuk kualitas produk, harga, situasi, dan faktor personal. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini, PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan membangun kepercayaan pelanggan.

Abstract

In-depth religious knowledge and an incomplete understanding of education will make a person not think logically, and be apathetic. Therefore, it is very important for a person to learn a thorough understanding of religion accompanied by a balanced education. This research aims to analyze the thought of KH Ahmad Dahlan and its implications for the development of education, morality and religion in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting data descriptively. The results of the study explain that religion and education must go hand in hand in order to achieve good akhlaq. KH. Ahmad Dahlan emphasized that Islamic education must be able to adapt to the needs of the times. Education is not only to fulfill spiritual needs but also physical, then KH. Ahmad Dahlan tried to combine religious education with general education.

Abstract

Religion as a way to get to God makes people have different perspectives. This perspective does little to make humans have exclusive characteristics in religious life. This study aims to describe Muhammad Abduh's thoughts about the role of religion and education in national life. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature (library research). Data collection techniques in this study used descriptive analysis methods by reading, understanding, studying and analyzing Muhammad Abduh's thoughts. The results of the study show that Muhammad Abduh places reason in its true position, namely reason is the main capital in carrying out religious and national life. As well as methods for developing good and right minds, one of which is through the educational process. So in the context of education, Muhammad Abduh gave an idea to adjust the fulfillment of learning material between the needs of the mind and the soul so that it becomes balanced and can obtain happiness in this world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

In the midst of the enjoyment of technological developments that are all digitalized and automated today, a clear, coherent and systematic mindset is needed. One of them can be found in the thought of Ibn Rushd. This research aims to develop the role of Islamic religious education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the perspective of Ibn Rushd's thought. This research uses a literature study approach (library research) with the research method using content analysis, namely by analyzing, examining and observing the thoughts of Ibn Rushd and their relevance to Islamic religious education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The results of the study show that explicitly the thought of Ibn Rushd rests on a rationality that is reason or ratio that is able to find divine truth. Ibn Rushd's thinking related to education is theoretical and practical and in its implementation is adjusted to the learning model. Ibn Rushd's thought has relevance to Islamic religious education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, it can be seen from the object of his philosophical study of the development of science both exact and metaphysics which has no limit in finding a truth.

Abstract

Moral education has become very important amid rapid advances in technology and information. Moral decline can be seen in the prevalence of hate speech, hoaxes, and so on. One connection to moral improvement and development can be found in the concept of education developed by philosopher Muhammad Iqbal. This study aims to explore Muhammad Iqbal's concept of Islamic education and its relevance to moral education. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using library research as the data collection method. The data analysis techniques involve reading, understanding, analyzing, identifying, and comparing Muhammad Iqbal's educational concepts and their relevance to moral education. The results of the study indicate that Muhammad Iqbal's concept of Islamic education is to produce a person of perfect moral character (insan kamil), that is, a person who embodies divine attributes within themselves. This aligns with the purpose of moral education in Islam, which is that the best of humanity is the one with the best moral character.
