Abstract

Imunisasi merupakan salah satu upaya preventif yang menjadi prioritas agar dapat mencegah kesakitan dan kematian anak. Namun, cakupan imunisasi yang belum mencapai target nasional membuktikan bahwa program pelaksanaan imunisasi belum berjalan dengan baik, dan penerimaan imunisasi pada anak berkaitan dengan lingkungan anak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh karakteristik ibu terhadap status imunisasi pada anak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah populasi yaitu jumlah sampel 3.363 anak usia 12-23 bulan responden pada data SDKI 2017. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik sederhana pada uji bivariat dan regresi logistik berganda pada uji multivariat. Hasil penelitian tentang cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak sebesar 59,60%. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik dari karakteristik usia (p=0,006; AOR=1,400; 95%CI=1,101-1,781), pendidikan (p<0,001; AOR=1,340; 95%CI=1,148-1,564), status ekonomi (p<0,001; AOR=1,402; 95%CI=1,196-1,645) dan jumlah anak (p<0,001; AOR=0,681; 95%CI=0,586-0,790) terhadap status imunisasi dasar lengkap. Sedangkan pekerjaan ibu (p=0,513; AOR=0,954; 95%CI=0,827-1,100) tidak signifikan mempengaruhi status imunisasi Dasar lengkap. Perlu adanya edukasi dan promosi imunisasi yang dapat diakses secara gratis di Puskesmas, posyandu atau menggunakan BPJS kesehatan di beberapa tempat pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

The development of science and technology (Science and Technology) has an impact on all aspects of life. In addition to rapid development, changes are also happening rapidly. Therefore, humans need to adapt to obtain, manage and utilize science and technology (Science and Technology) proportionally. One of the media that can be used is the KIT media trainer. Trainer Kit is a tool (object) used to demonstrate certain facts, concepts, principles or procedures to make it look more real / concrete so that it can make it easier for students to understand the material taught. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the benefits of KIT media trainers. This type of research is a literature study, researchers review several articles and books related to KIT trainet media in their contribution to increasing student independence and understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the parenting style applied by parents and its influence on the social- emotional development of children aged 4–5 years at PPT Mutiara Bunda, Wonokusumo Village, Semampir District, Surabaya City, in the 2024–2025 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this study consisted of three students along with their parents who applied an authoritarian parenting style. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, using a triangulation approach to validate the data from various sources. The data analysis technique refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes three main stages: (1) data reduction, which involves sorting, summarizing, and focusing raw data into relevant categories such as social- emotional indicators; (2) data display in the form of observation tables and field notes to illustrate children's behavior in aspects such as empathy, cooperation, and emotional control; and (3) conclusion drawing/verification based on consistent patterns found in the field. The results of the study show that the parenting style applied at PPT Mutiara Bunda is authoritarian, characterized by strict rules and control without allowing children to express their opinions. Children raised in an authoritarian environment tend to exhibit hindered social- emotional development, such as fearfulness, low self-confidence, lack of initiative, poor decision-making skills, and social withdrawal.
