In order to increase road service, the road organizer needs to improve road network system by improving road condition and constructing toll roads. The Medan-Binjai toll road which has been planned by the government passes plantation area of PTPN (PT Perkebunan Nusantara) II. Therefore, it is necessary to coordinate with the party concerned about land clearing and about compensation on the land and asset of PTPN II which have the impact of the toll road construction. The research problems were as follows: how about the implementation of the renunciation of rights of the leasehold land of PTPN II for the Medan-Binjai toll road construction, how about the compensation of the land acquisition for the Medan-Binjai toll road construction, and how about legal protection for PTPN II in the renunciation of rights for the Medan-Binjai toll road construction. The frequent issues encountered in the palm oil processing process at PTPN 3 Sei Daun primarily involve electrical disruptions in the hoisting crane control panel. These damages have adverse repercussions for the company, resulting in production halts. The objective of this research is to analyze the root cause of the issue and subsequently determine maintenance and efforts to anticipate these disruptions. One of the problems that often occurs is a damaged contactor, which results in it stopping the operation of the hoisting crane itsel. The expected outcome of this research is to minimize the occurring damage, optimize maintenance, and prevent breakdowns, allowing the company to optimize its palm oil processing.

This study aims to examine the implementation of quality management at SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 4 Babalan and its impact on improving the competence of students. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed three main findings. 1) In quality management planning, SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 4 Babalan conducts customer identification by emphasizing the importance of leaders who understand the needs of internal and external customers for the success of educational programs. 2) The implementation of quality management focuses on customers through periodic meetings with teachers, staff, and parents to evaluate the program and hear feedback related to customer satisfaction. 3) The principal's total involvement in communication and cooperation with stakeholders, including teachers, staff and parents, has been proven to improve the quality of education and learners' competencies. Overall, the implementation of quality management at SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah 4 Babalan has succeeded in creating an educational atmosphere that supports the optimal development of learners' competencies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis multiple Intelligence pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di kelas VIII MTss Zending Islam Indonesia Medan serta pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis multiple Intelligence mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, kreativitas, dan prestasi belajar siswa. Guru menerapkan berbagai metode sesuai kecerdasan dominan siswa, seperti diskusi kelompok, presentasi, permainan peran, serta penggunaan media visual dan musikal. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, waktu, dan pemahaman guru dalam mengakomodasi seluruh kecerdasan siswa. Secara keseluruhan, strategi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses dan hasil belajar Akidah Akhlak di MTss Zending Islam Indonesia Medan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui dampak metode pembelajaran role playing terhadap yang akan terjadi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas VII serta VIII di MTsS Ulumul Qur’an Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik yg ditimbulkan sang penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi sehingga peserta didik cepat merasa bosan dan kurang memahami materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen. Sampel penelitian artinya seluruh siswa kelas VII serta VIII yg berjumlah 60 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang akan terjadi belajar siswa selesainya diterapkan metode role playing, yg ditunjukkan menggunakan kenaikan homogen-rata nilai pretest dari 67,66 sebagai homogen-rata nilai posttest sebesar 79,53. dengan demikian, metode role playing terbukti efektif pada meningkatkan yang akan terjadi belajar serta keterlibatan aktif siswa pada proses pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada MTsS Ulumul Qur’an Medan.
