Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study is to determine the influence of the distribution of funds of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the reduction of poverty in Punggolaka, Puwatu district, Kendari City, on poverty reduction from the perspective of Maqashid al-Sharia'ah. Qualitative research is a methodology used by using data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of the study show that the aid funds of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Kelurahan Punggolaka, which began in 2018-2023, have been distributed fairly and evenly in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Social Affairs. The aid funds are distributed continuously through cooperation with the post office and the BRI Bank. Based on Makashid Shariah, the concept of PKH has been able to fulfill the concepts of makashid shariah such as guarding religion, soul, reason, descendants, and property. Thus, the PKH concept has been in accordance with the Islamic Sharia. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh pendistribusian dana Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di kelurahan Punggolaka, Kecamatan Puwatu, Kota Kendari, terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan dari sudut pandang Maqashid al- Syari'ah. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metodologi yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dana bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kelurahan Punggolaka, yang dimulai pada tahun 2018–2023, telah didistribusikan secara adil dan merata sesuai dengan peratruran kementrian sosial. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa program PKH berjalan dengan baik di Kelurahan Punggolaka, Kecamatan Puwatu Kota Kendari, baik diberikan kepada keluarga miskin atau rumah tangga yang kurang mampu. Dana bantuan didistribusikan secara nontunai melalui kerja sama dengan kantor pos dan Bank BRI. Berdasarkan maqashid syariah, konsep PKH sudah dapat memenuhi konsep-konsep maqashid syariah seperti menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta benda. Dengan demikian, konsep PKH sudah sesuai dengan syariat islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi pemasranInayah Laundry dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan denganprespektif pemasaran syariah. Tekhnik pengumpulan data pada penelitianini menggunakan metode wawancara. Wawancara yang digunakan adalahwawancara semi terstruktur. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mencakup prosesreduksi, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukanbahwa dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, Inayah Laundry telah menerapkannilai-nilai kejujuran sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah melalui delapanstrategi pemasrannya, yakni; a) memberikan informasi yang jelas danlengkap tentang produk-produk di Inayah Laundry; b) mengunggah atau menyebarkan jasa Inayah Laundry; c) menyediakanlayanan jemput yang dapat dipesan melalui Facebook, WhatsApp, Telepon,dan SMS; d) menukaran barang apabila barang yang dilaundry mengalamicacat; e) menyediakan layanan pengiriman yang cepat dan gratis; f)mempertahankan kualitas hasil laundry yang terjamin dan terjaga; g)menawarkan diskon untuk anggota; h) menampung keluhan dan sarankonsumen serta berusaha mencari solusinya.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority is an independent institution and free from interference from other parties that have functions, duties, authorities as regulation, supervision, and protection. The consumer protection function of the Financial Services Authority is contained in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 concerning Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector, Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2014 concerning Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions, as well as Consumer Service and Complaint Resolution to Financial Service Institutions contained in the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Number 2 / SEOJK.07 / 2014. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of implementation of consumer protection based on an Islamic economic perspective carried out by the Financial Services Authority of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in handling consumer complaints in the Islamic banking sector. Research methods are qualitative methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the research, it is known that the Implementation of the Financial Services Authority in Consumer Protection in the Sharia Banking Sector has been well implemented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the application of principles in accordance with consumer protection in an Islamic economic perspective according to Alimin's theory.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Hanasui products among IAIN Kendari students, (2) the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and (3) the effect of promotional strategies on the same. The research employs purposive sampling with 100 student respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that product quality, price, and promotion each have a significant positive effect on students' purchasing decisions regarding Hanasui products. Moreover, when considered simultaneously, all three variables exert a significant influence on purchase behavior. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, and Purchase Decision
