Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the influence of Instagram electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on brand equity, (2) the influence of Instagram e-WOM on purchase intention, (3) the influence of brand equity on purchase intention, (4) the influence of brand equity as an intervening variable between eWOM and purchase intention. This study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in the study was 130 respondents who were Instagram account owners who were friends with the @youtfit__ Instagram account. Data analysis techniques use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Analysis analysis. The results showed that Instagram eWOM affects brand equity, Instagram eWOM affects purchase intention, brand equity affects purchase intention, and brand equity acts as an intervening variable between Instagram eWOM and purchase intention on Youtfit.

Abstract

Kegiatan  pengabdian  pada  masyarakat  melalui  Pengabdian  Program  Kemitraan  Masyarakat  Internal Universitas  Halu  Oleo  (PKMI  UHO)  ini  dilaksanakan  dalam  bentuk  pelatihan/workshop  dan  bimbingan teknis serta pendampingan  metode/cara dalam perencanaan berbasis data.  Berdasarkan permasalahan dan justifikasi program PKMI bersama Mitra, yaitu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 4 Kendari, maka solusi yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pendampingan berbasis data. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar semakin banyak dunia  pengelola  pendidikan  yang  memahami  rapor  pendidikan,  sehingga  mampu mengidentifikasi  permasalahan,  mencari  akar  masalah,  dan  memberikan  solusi  penyelesaian  masalah melalui  Perencanaan  Berbasis  Data.  Melalui  kegiatan  ini,  diharapkan  SMK  Negeri  4  Kendari  dapat meningkatkan  mutu  pendidikan  dan  melaksanakan  program  "link  and  match"  dengan  industri  sebagai langkah dalam menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap kerja. Workshop ini menjadi langkah penting bagi penguatan soft skill guru serta keterampilan teknis dalam merencanakan program pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas dan berorientasi pada data. Masalah yang didapatkan di lapangan adalah masih minimnya pengetahuan  guru  dalam  hal  pengolahan  data  dengan  software.  Dengan  pelaksanaan  Workshop  ini diharapkan  untuk  menambah  ilmu  pengetahuan  dan  memberi  arahan  ataupun  hal  terkait  dengan Perencanaan Berbasis Data demi untuk penguatan soft skill guru, operator, dan yang berkepentingan.Kata Kunci: Basis data, Rapor Pendidikan, Service Learning, Soft skill, dan Workshop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the SWOT Analysis of the Furniture business at UD Teak Mandiri Furniture in Kapu Jaya Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency and to find out how the Islamic economic perspective on the SWOT Analysis of the Furniture business at UD Teak Mandiri Furniture in Kapu Jaya Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with SWOT analysis (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) using internal and external factors of the company. The results showed that the weighted value of the internal evaluation factor (IFE) matrix was 1.725 while the external matrix of the evaluation factor (EFE) was 1.11 which indicated that the development strategy that can be used by UD Mebel Jati Mandiri is the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, which combines the strengths and opportunities that exist for the company. The first SO strategy that UD Mebel Jati Mandiri can use is to continue to establish good relationships with customers, provide special discounts to existing customers who make repeat purchases, improve the skills of employees to be able to produce all forms of the latest models and maintain and continue to improve service quality. SWOT analysis on UD Mebel Jati Mandiri from the perspective of Islamic economics, aims to understand how sharia principles can be applied in business strategies to improve business competitiveness and sustainability. In this analysis what is analyzed are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Each element of SWOT is analyzed according to Islamic principles, such as honesty, fairness, efficiency, and sustainability.

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance the managerial capacity of micro-scale fishing enterprises in Bokori Village, Konawe Regency, through training in simple financial recordkeeping. Limited understanding and lack of habit in maintaining financial records remain major obstacles in business management. The program employed a participatory approach combining a three-day face-to-face workshop with intensive post-training mentoring. The training adopted andragogical and experiential learning principles, emphasizing hands-on practice. Results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of basic financial recording concepts. Fishermen began separating business and household finances, leading to greater efficiency and higher income. Success was supported by continuous mentoring via a WhatsApp group and involvement of community leaders. Main challenges included maintaining consistency in recording small transactions and generational differences in comprehension. The program demonstrates the effectiveness of a blended learning approach and highlights the importance of strengthening local institutions through cadre formation to ensure sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the economic empowerment based on ecoprotection and the implementation of the ecoprotection economic system at the Tahfidz Baitul Qur'an Al Askar Kendari Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through interview methods, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions collected by the author for the purpose of solving a problem or to answer research questions. The findings of this investigation show that the Tahfidz Baitul Quran Al Askar Kendari Pesantren has empowered the pesantren economy by creating several business units according to the needs of the students by implementing three types of economic empowerment patterns applied by the pesantren, namely economic efforts centered on kyai, economic efforts of the pesantren to strengthen operational costs and economic efforts for students. The implementation of the ecoprotection economic system in the business unit of the Tahfidz Baitul Quran AL Askar Kendari Pesantren by not allowing external institutions or communities outside the Pesantren to carry out economic activities in order to provide students with both religious instruction and entrepreneurship skills or knowledge, all business units inside the Pesantren are exclusively owned by the school and run by the students themselves. The Pesantren community's welfare and its own economy can both benefit from the installation of this ecoprotection system

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at bank of syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. This study used a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample totaling 18. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS version 20 statistical application. The results of this research show that 1. Work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance in BSI. 2. Work motivation partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance in BSI. 3. Work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance in BSI. The conclusion of this research is that the higher the work motivation, the greater the resulting employee performance, as well as the higher the work discipline, the greater the employee performance will be.

Abstract

Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian yang menganalisis strategi bisnis menggunakan SWOT analyse pada PT. Pertamina EP Asset 5 Balikpapan. Tujuan dari penelitian yakni untuk menganalisis dan mengendalikan faktor-faktor yang termasuk dalam lingkungan internal dan eksternal dalam menentukan beberapa alternatif strategi bisnis dan untuk menentukan strategi bisnis yang menjadi rekomendasi prioritas untuk digunakan oleh PT. Pertamina EP Cabang Balikpapan yang menggunakan QSPM berdasarkan strategi prioritas dari hasil analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 karyawan dan  sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 7 orang karyawan PT. Pertamina EP Asset 5 Balikpapan yang terdiri dari  1 orang General Manager Asset 5, 1 orang Planning and Risk Management Manager, dan 5 orang karyawan Asset 5 Planning and Risk Management. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi SO yang muncul dari hasil SWOT pada penelitian ini yakni peningkatan teknologi untuk mendukung penyediaan produk yang berkualitas tinggi, menurunkan harga jual, memperhatikan kinerja HSE pengelolaan migas, melakukan pelatihan terhadap para karyawan, dan menjunjung tinggi kepercayaan dan integritas. Adapun yang menjadi prioritas pertama berdasarkan QSPM yakni pengembangan teknologi pengeboran yang harus segera dilaksanakan sebagai strategi bisnis PT. Pertamina EP Asset 5 Balikpapan.

Abstract

Profit Distribution Management penting untuk dilakukan oleh manajer bank syariah karena deposan akan selalu memperhatikan tingkat bagi hasil yang diterimanya. Apabila tingkat bagi hasil yang diterima oleh deposan rendah dibandingkan bank konvensional maka tingkat kepuasan deposan juga akan menurun sehingga penting untuk dilakukannya PDM tersebut. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan untuk meneliti mengenai profit distribution mangement baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Profit Distribution Managemet. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi variabel independen dari penelitian ini yaitu Capital Adequacy Management, Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional, Proporsi Dana Pihak Ketiga, Net Operating Margin dan Ukuran Perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di BI periode triwulan I tahun 2012 sampai dengan periode triwulan II tahun 2017. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang bersifat historis yaitu laporan keuangan triwulanan yang telah diterbitkan oleh bank yang bersangkutan selama 2012-2017 dari periode triwulan I tahun 2012 sampai periode triwulan II tahun 2017. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui website Bank Indonesia, website dari Bank Syariah yang menjadi sampel dan website Badan Pusat  Statistik. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel yaitu menggunakan pengujian regresi serta pengaruh antar variabel atau dalam hal ini kinerja keuangannya dengan menggunakan pengujian korelasi Korelasi Pearson, dilakukan pula secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Capital Adequacy Ratio dan PDPK,  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profit Distribution Management. Sementara itu, BOPO berpengaruh negative signifikan, NOM berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Profit Distrbution Management.
