Abstract

Posyandu is a basic health service to monitor the growth and development of baluita. In the implementation of posyandu, there are cadres who help. Posyandu cadres play a role in helping optimize the function of posyandu to monitor toddler nutrition so that toddlers do not experience stunting. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of posyandu cadres in reducing stunting rates in Tunggak Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. The focus of this research is the role of posyandu cadres, namely as innovators, pioneers, modernizers and stabilizers. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use theory from Miles, Huberman (2014). The results showed that the role of posyandu cadres in Tunggak Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency was good. The innovator indicator carried out by posyandu cadres are good enough, but there are still gymnastics programs for pregnant women that have not been implemented optimally. The pioneer indicator, cadres have become pioneers of good health but there are still parents of toddlers who do not routinely bring their toddlers to posyandu. Modernizer indicator, the role of posyandu cadres as modernizers is good, cadres are able to utilize technology to provide important information to parents of toddlers. Stabilitator indicator, the role of cadres as stabilizers is good, posyandu cadres have received socialization about stunting handling so that cadres can also socialize it to parents of toddlers to anticipate toddlers being stunted and cadres also monitor the growth and development of toddler nutrition.

Abstract

One of the growing tourism trends is tourism villages. The beginning of Sumberbulu Tourism Village, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency, was formed from the existence of tourism opportunities to make Sumberbulu Tourism Village included in the top 50 of the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI) and won 1st place in the souvenir category. Welcomed by high community participation is the basis for building cooperation in tourism development. Based on the title presented above, the problem in this research is the form of community participation in the development of Sumberbulu Tourism Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using indicators put forward by Josef Riwu Kaho (2007: 127) namely participation in decision making, participation in implementation, participation in benefit taking and participation in evaluation. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative analysis model using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model, namely by (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Condensation, (3) Data Presentation and (4) Conclusion Drawing. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that community participation in the development of Sumberbulu Tourism Village, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency was considered very good. This can be seen from the active participation of the community in the development of tourist villages, starting from the community participating in making the stages of planning, participating in implementing development activities through organized trainings, taking advantage of the development of tourist villages in the form of increased economic welfare and program evaluation activities that have been implemented. Abstract

The Sragen Regency Government plays a role in efforts to prevent conflicts between mass organizations in its territory so that it requires the role of the National Unity and Political Agency in providing guidance to community organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the role of the National Unity and Political Agency in fostering community organizations in Sragen Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research with a field research approach. The location of this research is at the Sragen Regency National and Political Unity Agency Office. Data collection used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis. The results showed that the role of Kesbangpol in carrying out the facilitator function in fostering mass organizations in Sragen Regency is in providing facilities and infrastructure to mass organizations in the form of assistance for building rehabilitation as well as providing financial assistance. The role of Kesbangpol in carrying out the legislator function in fostering mass organizations in Sragen Regency is to implement Law No. 16 of 2017 and the role of Kesbangpol in carrying out the catalyst function is to provide guidance on national insight and administrative system guidance to mass organizations in Sragen Regency once a year which aims to ensure the harmony of all mass organizations can be well established. Abstract

Tourism object development is a process that emphasizes how to develop or advance a tourist village, this has an impact on improving the economy of the community in Ponggok Tourism Village. The purpose of this research is to describe the development of Umbul Ponggok Tourism Object in an effort to improve the economy of the Ponggok Village community. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The theory used is Cooper's theory with the dimensions of Attraction, Accecibility, amenity, and anciliary. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique. The technique of determining this informant uses Purposive Sampling technique. The informants of this research consisted of BUMDes Marketing Manager, MSME players, and visitors to Umbul Ponggok Tourism.The results of this study indicate that the development of Umbul Ponggok with an attraction to Walker Ponggok is successful, road accessibility is actually good, but if it intersects with large trucks it is a little difficult to pass, supporting facilities are actually complete but need to be improved again, and supporting institutions that are given good training on services, have had a positive impact on improving the community's economy.Keyword : Tourism development, tourism village, economic improvement

Abstract

This research aims to describe the quality of service in creating population administration. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were (1) interviews (2) observation (3) documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the quality of service in making Population Administration based on the 5 indicators proposed by Parasuraman, et al, namely the tangible dimension is adequate and has satisfied the applicant. Meanwhile, there are still shortcomings in the ease of accessing services, namely that there are still many people who do not know that services are online. Based on the Responsiveness dimension, it is quite good in responding to applicants, but there are some applicants who do not respond well due to miscommunication between employees and applicants, and also online facilities and infrastructure are not responded well because errors often occur and applicants have to contact the Population Service for action. continued and took quite a long time. Judging from the reliability dimension, assurance dimension and empathy dimension, it has been implemented well and the public is satisfied with the services provided by the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Service. Researchers provide recommendations for improving or updating online service procedures, improving the quality of the online registration application/web so that there are no frequent errors when operated by the public and promoting the official Surakarta City Dispendukcapil website to the public. Abstract

Elections are one of the main pillars of democracy that function as a means for the community to legitimately determine leaders and deputy leaders. The voting process in elections has a very crucial role in ensuring fairness, transparency, and legitimacy of election results. One of the latest innovations implemented by the KPU is the use of Sirekap, a digital platform that functions to digitize the vote recapitulation process from polling stations (TPS) in real-time. However, this innovation has several obstacles such as data security issues, accuracy and vote recapitulation, availability of technological infrastructure, and limited digital skills of election officers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the recapitulation information system (sirekap) in the 2024 presidential and vice presidential elections and legislative institutions at the KPU of Surakarta City. This study uses the theory of effectiveness according to James L. Gibson, namely productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, satisfaction. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The informant determination technique was purposive sampling. Based on the research conducted, the effectiveness of the use of recapitulation information (sirekap) is considered quite effective, although there are still several obstacles in its implementation. There are several improvements that have emerged in the implementation of this sirekap, such as internet networks, mobile devices, server power, and also in terms of human resource capacity. This is proven based on the results of interviews conducted according to research informants, namely the Head of Section and Head of Sub-Section of the Technical Division of the Surakarta City KPU, PPK Members, PPS Members, and KPPS.

Abstract

In order to organize quality public services based on innovative smartphones, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency made an innovation in the form of the Telunjuk Sakti application for applications for population administration document services. This study aims to describe the application of the Telunjuk Sakti application in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the acceptance of the Telunjuk Sakti application among managers and users has fulfilled two perceptions of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), namely perceived usefulness and perceived convenience. Based on the perception of usefulness, it makes work faster, improves performance and increases work productivity. While based on the perception of user convenience, it can bee seen that the Telunjuk Sakti application is easy for users to use, including easy to learn and become proficient, controllable, clear and understandable.

Abstract

The Community Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) plays an important role in improving access to clean water and sanitation in rural areas. Kamal Village, Bulu District, Sukoharjo Regency faces the problem of limited clean water due to unfavorable geographical conditions, especially during the dry season. The PAMSIMAS program comes as a solution with a community empowerment based approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe community empowerment in the PAMSIMAS program in Kamal Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Sutrisno's (2005:18) community empowerment theory was used to assess the success of the program based on five main indicators: bottom up planning, participation, sustainability, integration, and social and economic benefits. The results showed that community involvement was quite active in the planning and construction stages of the facilities, but declined in the maintenance stage. The main obstacles faced are limited funds and low community awareness in maintaining clean water infrastructure. Nevertheless, the PAMSIMAS program in Kamal Village has had a positive impact by increasing access to clean water and providing social and economic impacts for the community. Although there are still obstacles in implementation, the PAMSIMAS program in Kamal Village has demonstrated a fairly good management structure, positive community involvement in the early stages, and coordination between the community and stakeholders. Therefore, further efforts are needed to increase community awareness and participation in facility maintenance so that the program can run optimally and sustainably. Abstract

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Sukoharjo Regency is one of the public service agencies responsible for infrastructure, such as public roads. However, it still faces a number of problems when carrying out its duties. This can be seen from the many complaints or complaints from the public or criticism made by the public regarding the lack of response or action related to damage to district roads. Therefore, it is important to see how responsive the apparatus of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Sukoharjo Regency is in handling public complaints so that the services provided are in accordance with what the public expects. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the responsiveness of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Sukoharjo Regency in handling public complaints regarding road damage. The method used in the study is descriptive qualitative. The focus of the analysis in this study uses five indicators of responsiveness theory according to Agus Dwiyanto (2017), namely, the presence or absence of public complaints, the attitude of the meeting in responding to complaints, the use of complaints as a reference for improving services, the actions of officers to provide service satisfaction, and the placement of the community in the applicable service system. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive technique. While the data analysis technique used in this study was the Interactive Model data analysis from Miles Huberman and Saldana. The results of this study indicate that based on the five indicators of responsiveness according to Agus Dwiyanto's theory (2017), the responsiveness of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Sukoharjo Regency can be said to be unresponsive in handling complaints about damage to district roads, there are several things that are still obstacles in resolving them. This can be seen from the fact that not all public complaints can be responded to quickly because they have not been included in the budget agenda and the availability of a limited budget, then there are still obstacles that need to be optimized such as the lack of information about SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) regarding the complaint flow and its handling.
