Abstract

Abstrak Pengarsipan data kinerja guru di UPTD SMPN 5 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru yang belum dilakukan sesuai dengan syarat arsip yang baik berdasarkan administrasi perkantoran. Hal ini terlihat dari pelaksanaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, masih menggunakan kertas dan peralatan tulis sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mencari data jika diperlukan dan biaya yang lebih besar, sehingga mempersulit kepala sekolah dan pihak yang berkepentingan dalam pencarian data jika diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mencoba membantu pihak sekolah dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi pengarsipan berbasis web dalam mengurangi masalah perihal pengarsipan bank data kinerja guru di sekolah tersebut. Metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R & D) dengan menerapkan model perancangan berbasis web yaitu model SDLC Incremental  yang terdiri dari tahapan Requirement, Spesification, Arthitecture Design, Analisis, Design, Code dan Test. Ada tiga pengujian yang dilakukan yang dilakukan dalam perancangan aplikasi bank data kinerja guru ini yaitu uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen ahli teknologi informasi dan computer, dimana diperoleh nilai rata-rata validasi yaitu 0,776 dengan kategori valid. Kemudian uji praktikalitas yang dilakukan oleh sepuluh orang guru UPT SMPN 5 yang melakukan pengisian angket sehingga diperoleh nilai praktikalitas sebesat 87% dengan kategori praktis. Dan uji efektivitas yang dilakukan oleh guru dan kepala sekolah serta kepala tata usaha diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 91,65 dengan kategori yang tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi bank data kinerja guru yang dirancang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah untuk meningkatkan proses pengarsipan data-data guru di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Perancangan, Aplikasi, Bank Data, Arsip, Kinerja Guru   Abstract Archiving of teacher performance data at UPTD SMPN 5 Pangkalan Koto Baru District which has not been carried out in accordance with good archival requirements based on office administration. This can be seen from the implementation which is still carried out manually, still using paper and writing equipment, so it takes a long time to search for data if necessary and costs more, making it difficult for school principals and interested parties to search for data if necessary. Therefore, the researcher tried to help the school by designing a web-based archiving application to reduce problems regarding archiving teacher performance data banks in the school. The design method used is Research and Development (R & D) by applying a web-based design model, namely the Incremental SDLC model which consists of the Requirement, Specification, Architecture Design, Analysis, Design, Code and Test stages. There were three tests carried out in designing the teacher performance data bank application, namely the validity test carried out by two lecturers who were experts in information technology and computers, where an average validation value was obtained, namely 0.776 in the valid category. Then the practicality test was carried out by ten UPT SMPN 5 teachers who filled out the questionnaire so that a practicality score of 87% was obtained in the practical category. And the effectiveness test carried out by teachers, school principals and heads of administration obtained an average score of 91.65 in the high category. So it can be concluded that the designed teacher performance data bank application can be used to help schools improve the process of archiving teacher data in schools. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the bilingual flagship program at SD IT Brilliant School Bukittinggi. The bilingual program was adopted as a strategy to enhance students’ foreign language proficiency from an early age. A responsive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis for data collection. The findings reveal that the program has a positive impact on language skill acquisition, particularly in speaking and listening. Teachers adopted active learning methods such as storytelling and role-play. However, inconsistencies in implementation across subjects were observed. Overall, both students and parents responded positively to the program, although challenges such as language anxiety and limited teaching materials were identified. The study concludes that while the bilingual program is fairly effective, improvements are still needed. These include enhanced teacher training, strengthened bilingual curriculum, and greater parental involvement. Periodic program evaluations are recommended to ensure the program’s sustainability and quality improvement.

Abstract

The digital era has brought great changes in the world of Islamic religious education, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of educational activities with the presence of digital devices. However, another significant challenge is the threat of radicalism that can influence students' thinking and attitudes. Therefore, Islamic education must be able to equip students with a moderate and tolerant understanding of religion to prevent the spread of extreme views. This research aims to provide a clear picture of the challenges and opportunities facing Islamic education in the modern era, as well as present the characteristics of effective planning in facing the future. Thus, this research is expected to be a reference for stakeholders in designing Islamic education strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing times, so as to produce a generation that is characterized, knowledgeable, and ready to face various global challenges. This research uses library research method to collect and analyze information from various written sources relevant to the topic discussed. The results show that Islamic education must be set on fundamental values such as tawhid, imitating the Prophet, and making the Qur'an and Sunnah the main sources of learning. In order to advance Islamic education, all parties-including educators, parents, communities and governments-are expected to play an active role. Active participation and collaboration between various stakeholders will ensure that Islamic education is not only relevant but also able to withstand future challenges. Based on the findings of this study, several policy recommendations can be proposed. By following these recommendations, it is hoped that Islamic education can continue to grow and make a positive contribution to society and the nation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah, sekolah, dan orang tua dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, serta bagaimana sinergi di antara ketiga pihak tersebut dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan informan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua siswa, dan pengawas dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Padang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan uji keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah berperan dalam pembinaan, pengawasan, dan penyediaan regulasi pendidikan; sekolah bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, manajemen kurikulum, dan pembinaan karakter; sedangkan orang tua berperan dalam pengawasan belajar di rumah serta dukungan moral dan material. Sinergi yang terjalin di antara ketiga pihak menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang kolaboratif dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu, meskipun masih terdapat kendala komunikasi dan keterbatasan partisipasi sebagian orang tua. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kemitraan tripusat pendidikan sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan berkelanjutan.
