Abstract

In simple terms the word vision refers to an ideal, desire, wishful thinking, fantasy and ideal dream to be achieved in the future which is formulated in a simple, brief, solid and clear way but contains a broad, distant and meaningful meaning. Visionary leadership is a pattern of leading by determining a shared vision in accordance with the demands of change in society then giving instructions to people within the organization to work according to the vision that has been set together so that the results of the work realized will be in accordance with the vision. Educational mission is something that must be carried out as an elaboration of the vision that has been set within a certain period of time to be a reference for program preparation and to provide flexibility and space for the development of educational unit activities, based on input from all members of the education unit. The mission can be reviewed and reformulated periodically in accordance with developments and challenges in the community

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis religius semakin penting di tengah kompleksitas masyarakat yang meningkat. Kasus pelanggaran etika menunjukkan perlunya perhatian serius pada pembentukan karakter yang kuat. Dalam pendidikan, kebutuhan ini semakin mendesak, dengan banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis religius efektif mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Integrasi ajaran agama dalam kurikulum membantu siswa memperoleh pengetahuan akademis dan pemahaman mendalam tentang nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang penting untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang implementasi, efektivitas, tantangan dan dampak dari program penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis religius di SDIT Baiturrahim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendeskripsikan secara rinci karakteristik, proses, dan dampak dari program tersebut. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan implementasi dan efektivitas program Tiga PIN di SDIT Baiturrahim dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter religius. Program ini terdiri dari Tahfizh Al-Quran, Puasa Sunnah, dan Teladan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Tahfizh berhasil meningkatkan hafalan Al-Quran siswa serta memperdalam pemahaman mereka terhadap ajaran Islam. Puasa Sunnah juga berdampak positif pada disiplin dan pengendalian diri siswa. Teladan dari guru dan staf administrasi membantu memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Tantangan dalam implementasi meliputi konsistensi program dan dukungan eksternal yang terbatas. Langkah-langkah untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut mencakup penguatan pengawasan dan evaluasi, pengembangan sistem penghargaan yang terstruktur, peningkatan partisipasi orang tua, dan penerapan ekstrakurikuler berbasis religius. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan karakter siswa melalui pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan sekolah dan komunitas.Kata kunci— Program, Pendidikan Karakter,  Religius. Abstract Religious-based character education is increasingly important amidst the increasing complexity of society. Cases of ethical violations show the need for serious attention to the formation of strong character. In education, this need is even more pressing, with many studies showing that religious-based character education effectively addresses the challenge. The integration of religious teachings in the curriculum helps students acquire academic knowledge and a deep understanding of moral and ethical values that are essential for daily life. This study aims to provide a better understanding of the implementation, effectiveness, challenges and impact of the religious-based character education strengthening programme at SDIT Baiturrahim. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which allows researchers to describe in detail the characteristics, processes and impacts of the programme. This research reveals the implementation and effectiveness of the Tiga PIN programme at SDIT Baiturrahim in strengthening religious character education. This programme consists of Tahfizh Al-Quran, Sunnah Fasting, and Exemplary. The results showed that the Tahfizh programme succeeded in improving students' Quran memorisation and deepening their understanding of Islamic teachings. Sunnah fasting also had a positive impact on students' discipline and self-control. Role models from teachers and administrative staff help strengthen moral and ethical values in students' daily lives. Challenges in implementation include programme consistency and limited external support. Measures to overcome these challenges include strengthening monitoring and evaluation, developing a structured reward system, increasing parental participation, and implementing religious-based extracurriculars. The results show that the programme was successful in improving students' character through a holistic approach involving the school and community.Keywords— Programme, Character Education, Religion.

Abstract

Otimalization of Human Resource Management for Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sjech M. Djamil State Islamic University, Bukittinggi. This study aims to explain the management of lecturer human resource management, analyze patterns of optimizing the performance of lecturer human resources, transform challenges in managing lecturer human resource management, and describe the constraints/obstacles in managing human resource management for lecturers of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) UIN Bukittinggi. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Lecturer HR management was carried out through several stages, namely the planning stage, the organizing stage, the actuating stage, and the controlling stage. 2) Patterns of Optimizing the Performance of Human Resources for Lecturers of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University include: optimizing the pedagogical competency aspect, optimizing the personality competency aspect, optimizing the social competency aspect, and optimizing the professional competency aspect. 3) Challenges affecting lecturer HR in optimizing organizational performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University. The research results have a positive impact, namely 1) Lecturers and Education Staff can evaluate organizational performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University. 2) Forming solidarity between lecturers, educational staff, and leaders of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University. 3) Optimizing the performance of lecturers' human resources in managing higher education institutions. The negative impacts are 1) There are still difficulties in optimizing facilities and the welfare of lecturers due to a lack of funding, and 2) it is still in the development stage where lecturers still need a lot of guidance and support. 3). some lecturers need time to adapt after the performance evaluation

Abstract

penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan program pengabdian alumni STAI As Sunnah terhadap teknologi informasi berbentuk  web aplikasi  yang berfungsi sebagai sistem informasi yang komprehensif, yang memuat informasi dan data tentang program pengabdian alumni. Program pengabdian alumni di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam As Sunnah Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, telah berjalan selama 6 tahun. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program pengabdian alumni STAI As Sunnah Deli Serdang berbasis IT yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Pengembangan program ini menggunakan teknologi informasi dengan menghasilkan aplikasi web yang didesain sesuai dengan Pedoman Pengabdian Alumni STAI As Sunnah Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research dan Development  dengan model SDLC atau Software Development Life Cycle waterfall, melalui tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi, dan implementasi, yang menghasilkan produk pengembangan berupa aplikasi web. Pengujian aplikasi web hasil penelitian pengembangan ini telah sesuai dengan standar kelayakan perangkat lunak berdasarkan ISO atau IEC. Uji kelayakan meliputi Aspek Kesesuaian Fungsional  dengan kategori sangat layak, Aspek Ko-eksistensi dengan kategori sangat layak, Aspek Kebergunaan  dengan kategori sangat layak, Aspek Kebahasaan dengan kategori sangat layak, dan Aspek Materi dengan kategori sangat layak. Validitas penilaian dari lima ahli yang dihitung menggunakan rumus validitas Aiken menghasilkan nilai V nol koma delapan puluh sembilan, menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memiliki validitas yang sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, hasil perhitungan tersebut membuktikan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti layak digunakan

Abstract

The background of this research is that problems were found in the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences carried out by Fiqh teachers. Based on the results of the pre-observation, it was found that many Fiqh teachers still found students who were less active in the learning process, even though the teacher had implemented a learning strategy based on multiple intelligences. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences in class VII Fiqh subjects at MTs Hubbulwathan, Mandau subdistrict, Bengkalis district, Riau. To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences in class VII Fiqh subjects at MTs Hubbulwathan, Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at MTs Hubbulwathan, Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau. The informants in this study were Fiqh teachers and class VII students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, the results show that: learning strategies based on multiple intelligences implemented by Fiqh teachers are using tests, observing student activities inside and outside the classroom, collecting and understanding student documentation data and planning the learning process. In the implementation carried out by Fiqh teachers, the intelligence developed is linguistic intelligence, bodily-kinestic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence. In its implementation students are facilitated by methods that are in accordance with student intelligence. So it can be concluded that of the five implementations of the learning strategies used by Fiqh teachers in class only fulfill two points of implementation, this is the reason why Fiqh teachers still find students not active in the learning process. Supporting factors for the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences are facilities and infrastructure that are almost complete so as to support the learning process using learning strategies based on multiple intelligences. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences are the lack of learning time and incomplete facilities.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the 21st century has greatly affected education. In education, technology has become very important to support the teaching and learning process. Teachers play an important role in this, and they must have strong skills to make students want to learn. However, many teachers at SDN 03 Pakan Kurai still have difficulty using learning technology, which ultimately hinders the learning process. The focus of this descriptive qualitative research is how technology is used in learning in grade 5 of SDN 03 Pakan Kurai and how the digital school programme is assessed. This research uses the CIPP evaluation method with a descriptive qualitative approach oriented towards case studies. The results show that technology has been used well in learning overall. However, there are some major barriers. These include unstable internet networks, teachers' inability to use technology, and lack of variety in the use of learning applications. As a result, some students lack motivation to learn, which impacts on their learning outcomes.

Abstract

Character education is education that helps and facilitates students to develop into perfect human beings and human beings. This study aims to determine the strategies and obstacles faced by Islamic religious education teachers in building the disciplinary character of students at SMA N 1 IV Koto. This type of research is the author's. used is field research (field research) which aims to describe, an accurate picture of the facts of the phenomenon that is being stalled. The key informants in this study were students at SMA N 1 IV Koto and PAI teachers, school principals, and colleagues as supporting informants. The results of research conducted at SMA N 1 IV Koto show that the strategies of PAI teachers in shaping the disciplinary character of students at SMA N 1 IV Koto with direct education include: example, advice, training, competition, and habituation. While education indirectly, including: prohibition, correction, supervision and punishment. The obstacles found in the formation of student discipline character are the lack of student interest, lack of understanding of student and family knowledge.

Abstract

Problematika hasil belajar merupakan suatu bentuk masalah yang berkenaan dengan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemui yaitu nilai rendah yang diperoleh oleh siswa. Nilai rendah ini dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh oleh siswa di akhir pertemuan, guru mengujikan kembali materi yang telah dipelajari. Dari penilaian itu maka didapatkan ada 10 orang yang nilainya di bawah KKM sedangkan 7 orang lagi nilainya di atas KKM. KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu 75. Tujuan penelitian ini ada untuk mengetahui apa saja problematika hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Candung, dan apa faktor penghambat hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Candung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah menggunakan observasi langsung ke sekolah dengan cara melihat evaluasi belajar di SMAN 1 Candung dan juga wawancara langsung kepada siswa, dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sampai pada pengolahan data, maka didapatkan ada beberapa problematika hasil belajar siswa diantaranya siswa kurang fasih dalam membaca Al-Qur’an, kesulitan menghafal ayat dan hadis yang berkaitan dengan materi, siswi yang kurang benar dalam menggunakan jilbab, dan juga kurang dalam menghargai guru. Selain itu pula ditemukan faktor penghambat hasil belajar siswa yaitu berasal dari siswa dan juga guru. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam masalah problematika hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Candung ada beberapa masalah yang ditemukan dan ini sangat berkaitan dengan nilai rendah yang didapatkan siswa. Seperti kurang fasih dalam membaca Al-Qur’an, dan juga kesulitan dalam menghafal ayat dan hadis. Dan juga ada faktor yang penghambat dan pendukung diantaranya motivasi siswa rendah, keaktifan siswa kurang dan metode guru yang monoton.

Abstract

The acquisition of children's language at the phonological level in psycholinguistic studies is very interesting to be discussed by experts and researchers. The study of language acquisition in the field of phonology is important in the field of phonology in children. This research was conducted to analyze children's language acquisition. This research is qualitative because it is appropriate to systematically, factually, and accurately describe language acquisition. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were children aged 2 to 4 years. The data collection method in this study is observation. Observation or direct observation of the research object is intended to get a clear picture of the existence of the research object and the activities carried out. After the data is collected, a discussion is carried out using the distribution method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The data were analyzed based on the forms and functions in the language of children aged 2-4 years. The study results are that children's language acquisition at the age of 2-4 years is different for each child, but this is considered reasonable because the language acquisition that occurs in each child is not the same. Children aged 2-4 years can use the sound of pronouncing words and sentences in consonant acquisition; children aged 2-4 years can pronounce vowels; while in acquiring syntax, children aged 2-4 years can use the best words and sentences.

Abstract

Agar berhasil dan efisien mencapai tujuan pendidikan atau sekolah, kepemimpinan pendidikan adalah kapasitas untuk membujuk, mengatur, dan memobilisasi mereka yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan dan pertumbuhan pendidikan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif diperlukan agar tujuan sekolah dapat tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Kepemimpinan yang efektif oleh seorang administrator sekolah memiliki tujuh kualitas: memiliki tujuan yang jelas, menetapkan standar kinerja yang tinggi, membuat program, memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif dan positif, mengedepankan manajemen waktu, menggunakan berbagai sumber belajar, mengawasi kemajuan siswa baik secara individu maupun individu. dalam kelompok, melakukan evaluasi, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan adalah tujuh langkah pertama dalam proses tersebut. Peran penting yang dimainkan administrasi dalam arah dan pertumbuhan kelompok individu yang bekerja sama adalah peran koordinator kegiatan. Suatu pemerintahan yang mampu menciptakan dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan juga diperlukan dalam ranah pendidikan.
