Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Muslim-friendly tourism has become a significant attraction in several Asian countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the potential strategies for Muslim-friendly tourism and identify effective development strategies. The methods used include descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques involved documentation, observation, and interviews with informants selected based on predetermined sampling criteria. The results indicate that the involvement of various parties in the development of Muslim-friendly tourism is focused on fulfilling their respective roles and functions, particularly in terms of regulations, policies, and the provision of halal-certified food and hotels that meet Muslim-friendly tourism standards. However, the destination lacks adequate standards to become a leading Muslim-friendly tourism destination. Abstract

Hipertensi adalah kondisi di mana tekanan darah sistolik hampir mencapai atau lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik hampir mencapai atau lebih dari 90 mmHg Hipertensi bisa terjadi di berbagai tahap kehidupan, termasuk selama kehamilan. Hipertensi dalam kehamilan termasuk dalam faktor utama penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas untuk ibu ataupun janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan pada ibu hamil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cohort retrospektif dengan populasi Wanita hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas Talise Kota Palu dan Sampel sebanyak 91 sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usia ibu hamil, paritas ibu hamil tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Namun riwayat hipertensi pada ibu hamil memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan. untuk mengatasi hipertensi dalam kehamilan perlu dilakukan pemantauan ibu hamil yang memiliki Riwayat hipertensi dan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan tekanan darah secara teratur dan kontrol Kesehatan bagi ibu hamil. Hypertension is a condition in which systolic blood pressure almost reaches or more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure almost reaches or more than 90 mmHg Hypertension can occur at various stages of life, including during pregnancy. hypertension in pregnancy is included in the main factors causing morbidity and mortality for the mother or fetus. this study aims to determine the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy in pregnant women. the research method used was retrospective cohort with a population of pregnant women in the working area of the Talise Health Center, Palu City and a sample of 90 samples using Purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the age of pregnant women, parity history of pregnant women did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy. However, the history of hypertension in pregnant women has a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy. to overcome hypertension in pregnancy, it is necessary to monitor pregnant women who have a history of hypertension and counseling about the importance of regular blood pressure checks and health control for pregnant women.
