Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of how the motivation of the State Civil Apparatus at the Forestry Service of Central Sulawesi Province. There were 5 informants in this study and one key informant. Data analysis techniques as usual qualitative research, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: in the drive for achievement, employees strive to achieve the highest achievement, the problem is still the lack of fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure where operational vehicles are not adequate, as well as awards in the form of additional income and bonuses. In addition to the aspect of the drive to power, employees have the motivation to influence, the aspect that often occurs is the placement of positions that are not in accordance with their educational background or level of competence. Then from the aspect of encouragement to affiliate, namely with good cooperation, problems with the lack of closeness between superiors and subordinates or fellow co-workers and communication factors

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kenaikan harga tiket pesawat sangat memberatkan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Masyarakat merasa terbebani dengan mahalnya harga tiket pesawat sehingga mereka berfikir jika ingin kembali ke kampung halaman mereka. Di pihak pebisnis travel agen juga merasakan hal yang sama, mereka terbebani dengan mahalnya harrga tiket pesawat yang menyebabkan kurangnya pemasuka yang mereka dapat disebabkan oleh masyarakat yang membatalkan paket wisata yang telah mereka pesan sebelumnya. Pemerintah pun mengalami permasalahan yang sama, sebab dengan mahalnya tiket pesawat mengakibatkan pariwisata Indonesia mengalami penurunan dan hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijalankan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata yang mana ia ingin meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang memilih destinasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Palu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta analisis statistik parametrik dan non-parametrik (uji T) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kepemimpinan maupun lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan kepemimpinan dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja kondusif untuk meningkatkan motivasi serta kinerja aparatur sipil negara

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of civil servant resources at the Palu City Regional Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The type of data uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant drawing technique uses purposive. Data analysis used is the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model, namely data collection, data presentation, data condensation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research that has been done, there are recommendations that can be given to improve the effectiveness of civil servant resource development at the Palu City Regional Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. These recommendations are compiled by considering field findings on the dimensions of training, education, and development according to Nadler's theory (1990), Increasing the Frequency and Equity of Training needs to increase the number of technical training and technical guidance every year, with an even distribution to all ASN so that each employee has the same opportunity to develop skills, Preparation of More Relevant Training Materials Training materials should be compiled based on job needs analysis (training needs analysis) so that the training output directly impacts performance improvement according to each employee's duties. Expanding Access to Formal and Non-Formal Education: Regional governments are expected to increase budgetary and policy support for civil servants (ASN) to participate in further studies, seminars, and workshops, so that strategic competency development can be equitably distributed. Strengthening the Career Development System: Talent pools, job rotations, and leadership development programs need to be expanded to encompass more employees, so that they are not solely focused on specific individuals but provide equal opportunities for all potential ASN. Measurable Post-Program Evaluation at the Civil Service Agency: Human Resource Development needs to establish a post-training, education, and development evaluation mechanism, both in terms of performance and employee behavioral changes, to ensure that implemented programs truly deliver the desired impact.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis tren, pendekatan, dan temuan penelitian terkait administrasi dan supervisi pendidikan Islam di era Society 5.0, dengan fokus pada transformasi digital, kepemimpinan, dan mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional dan internasional dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data ilmiah bereputasi dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang jelas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa era Society 5.0 mendorong lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam sistem administrasi dan praktik supervisi secara adaptif dan humanis. Kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam berperan strategis dalam mengelola perubahan, memperkuat budaya organisasi, serta menjamin mutu pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan SDM digital dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi isu utama. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan konseptual bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik administrasi serta supervisi pendidikan Islam yang relevan dengan tuntutan Society 5.0.
