Abstract

The model's ability to optimize student learning, particularly in pencak silat programs, is strongly tied to students' physical education achievement. This study will examine how mastering the bare-handed standard single move affects direct interaction learning model utilization. This study examines direct contact learning model use. A single group was tested pre- and post-testing. This study included elementary school children from Bandung's Soreang District. We randomly selected 80 students as our representative sample in this investigation. According to the results, the direct instruction style improves students' performance on the preliminary and final exams for the bare-handed single stance in pencak silat (4.13>1.73). Keywords: pencak silat, direct instruction model, kujang kencana, bandung regency

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have changed the landscape of the electronics and information technology industries, creating increasingly fierce competition between manufacturers. Apple as one of the leading technology companies continues to innovate in delivering high-quality products with a unique user experience. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand experience, brand satisfaction, and brand trust on brand loyalty on Apple products in the era of technological development. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 142 respondents who use Apple products. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of using Apple products and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that brand experience and brand satisfaction have a significant influence on brand loyalty. But brand trust has a positive and insignificant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid development of industrial education has prompted a growing need for effective Learning Factory (LF) management systems that integrate educational principles with industrial practices. This paper investigates the development of educational information systems tailored to optimize learning factory operations. The study aims to design an innovative information system and e-learning platform that streamlines the operational management of learning factories, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing the educational value of these settings. A mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with industry experts and quantitative surveys from educational institutions, was used to gather data on the needs and effectiveness of current management tools. Additionally, a prototype system was developed using agile software development methodologies. The findings reveal that the proposed system significantly improves the management of resources, enhances the learning experience, and bridges the gap between theoretical education and practical industrial applications. Moreover, the e-learning platform supports continuous knowledge transfer and facilitates real-time decision-making in the factory environment. The study concludes that the integration of tailored information systems and e-learning platforms in learning factories not only optimizes operational efficiency but also enriches the educational outcomes for students. This research offers valuable insights for educational institutions and industries aiming to align their training programs with the latest industrial advancements.

Abstract

Data on new student admissions is always available and owned by all universities, both private and public. One of the private universities that has this data is STITEK Bontang (Bontang College of Technology). This data can be used as a reference or database owned by STITEK Bontang to be used optimally. This utilization is used as strategic information for new student admissions during the pandemic. This study aims to group new student data using data mining techniques. The data mining technique used is the FP Growth algorithm and the Apriori Algorithm. For the research steps using the CRISP-DM methodThis research is used to determine the right Promotion Strategy. Determining the right promotional strategy will be able to reduce promotional costs and achieve the right promotion goals. 1) Fp-Growth and Apriori methods in building a knowledge base from a collection of student databases accepted at STITEK Bontang by showing the relationship between student identity and the study program that the student chooses. 2) Obtained the most entrances with a lift ratio of 2.

Abstract

This study examines the lyrics of the song "Kupu-Kupu Malam" by Titiek Puspa through the lens of Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic theory. By analyzing the song’s lyrics as a system of signs composed of signifiers and signifieds, the research explores how meaning is constructed and how the song reflects the social realities of marginalized women, particularly those engaged in nighttime professions. Data was collected through textual transcription and close reading of the song lyrics.Through qualitative descriptive analysis, the study interprets symbolic elements such as "night butterfly," "smiling through tears," and "black blood" to uncover themes of gender inequality, societal judgment, and emotional duality. The analysis further incorporates paradigmatic and syntagmatic relationships within the lyrics to understand how their structure contributes to broader socio-cultural critiques. The findings reveal that "Kupu-Kupu Malam" not only portrays the complex lives of women stigmatized by society but also serves as a poignant commentary on the tension between personal identity and restrictive social norms. This study demonstrates the relevance of semiotic analysis in uncovering the layered meanings embedded in cultural texts, emphasizing empathy and critical reflection toward social issues that persist in both past and present contexts.
