Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor risiko kredit (LDR), faktor risiko likuiditas (CR), faktor risiko operasional (ROA) dan faktor risiko kepemilikan terhadap return saham perbankan dan apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh risiko tersebut terhadap return saham sabelum dan sesudah restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilakukan pemerintah tahun 2004. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data return saham  perbankan periode tahun 2002- 2009 untuk semua saham perbankan yang masih diperdagangkan selama periode waktu tersebut di Bursa Efek Indonesia serta indikator ekonomi dan bisnis dari Bank Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh hasil : (1) Loan to deposit ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham perbankan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perhitungan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas (0,013) < 0,05. (2) Current ratio berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap return saham perbankan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perhitungan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas (0,038) < 0,05. (3) Return on asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham perbankan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perhitungan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas (0,490) > 0,05. (4) Risiko kepemilikan saham tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham perbankan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perhitungan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas (0,153) > 0,05. (5) Faktor-faktor risiko saham perbankan saham yang diukur dari LDR, CR, ROA dan kepemilikan antara sebelum dan sesudah restrukturisasi tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari analisis Paired-Samples T Test yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas > 0,05. (6) Return saham perbankan sebelum dan sesudah restrukturisasi tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari analisis Paired-Samples T Test yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas > 0,05.   Kata kunci :  risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas, risiko operasional, risiko kepemilikan, return saham

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze effect of equity capital, debt capital, sales omzet, andutilization of working hours on profitability. This study using the census research with44 respondents were SMEs in Ngarsopuro Market Surakarta. To test our hypothesesusing multiple regression analysis, data processing using SPSS. The results of this studyindicate that (1) equity capital have positive and significant effect on profitability, thushypothesis 1 supported. (2) debt capital have positive and significant effect onprofitability, thus hypothesis 2 supported. (3) sales omzet have positive and significanteffect on profitability, thus hypothesis 3 supported. (4) utilization of working hours havenot significant effect on profitability, thus hypothesis 4 rejected. SMEs in NgarsopuroMarkets Surakarta suggested increasing the efficiency of inventory management,advised to raise working capital through a capital increase itself or seek additionalforeign capital in the form of loans and improve financial and marketing management.Keywords: equity capital, debt capital, sales omzet, utilization of working hours, profitability, SMEs

Abstract

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo shows that the behaviorOCB employee was still low, it can be seen from the behavior of employees who are nothelping colleagues who have difficulty in a situation that is being faced by both the taskswithin the organization as well as personal problems of others. The purpose of this studyare: Analyzing the significance of the organization's commitment and workingenvironments on job satisfaction. Analyze the significance of organizationalcommitment, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenshipbehavior. Analyze the significance of the organization's commitment and workenvironment to organizational citizenship behavior is mediated by job satisfaction. Thisstudy uses survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, thedata source used primary data and secondary data. The study population was allemployees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo as much as 199employees, the number of samples used by 53 respondents, the sampling technique usingproportional cluster random sampling. Method Data collection: questionnaires anddocumentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, and path analysis. In conclusion that: There was a significant effect oforganizational commitment and working environments on job satisfaction. There was asignificant effect of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfactionon organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is now one of the State OwnedEnterprises (SOEs) that have been listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia arerequired to carry out organizational changes in order to improve organizationalperformance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect oforganizational change, organizational culture and job satisfaction to employeeperformance. Analyze the effect of organizational change and organizational culture onemployee performance moderated job satisfaction. This study uses survey method, thetype of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary dataand secondary data. The population in this study were all all employees of PT BankTabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo as many as 199 employees. The number ofsamples in this study as many as 53 employees, the sampling technique usingproportional cluster random sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire,observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity,reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F,coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. In conclusion: There was asignificant effect of organizational change, cultural organization and job satisfaction toemployee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Solo.Job satisfaction moderate the effect of organizational change and organizational cultureon employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch OfficeSolo.Keywords: organizational change, organizational culture, job satisfaction, employeeperformance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze financial performance in terms of theratio of CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, BOPO and NIM in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Period.2012 - 2016. Analyze financial performance in terms of the ratio of CAR, NPL, ROA,LDR, BOPO and NIM on PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) 2012 - 2016 Period. Analyzing thedifference of financial performance is reviewed on a CAR, NPL ratio, ROA, LDR, BOPOand NIM on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) 2012 - 2016Period. Research methods using a case study on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT BankMandiri (Persero), the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data,the source data used the data of skunder. Data analysis technique used is a financialratio analysis and test independent sample t-test. The research results obtainedconclusions that: financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in the period 2012- 2016 seen from the CAR, NPL ratio and healthy category entry BOPO, whereas theratio ROA entered the category of less healthy and the LDR entry category is nothealthy. The financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) in the period of 2012 -2016 seen from the CAR, NPL ratio, ROA, LDR, BOPO and NIM entry of healthycategory. Abstract

Manufacturing companies that transform raw materials into finished productsthrough the production process. This research uses the manufacturing companies sectorfor many manufacturing companies causing environmental efects in their productionprocesses. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect of thefinancial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to corporate valueand Good Corporate Governance (GCG) strengthening or moderating financialperformance and CSR on firm value. In conclusion that the financial performancesignificantly influence on firm value, CSR no significant influence on firm value andGCG not moderate financial performance and CSR influence on firm value. The resultsof the analysis of the coefficient of determination is obtained is known that the influenceexerted by the independent variable of financial performance and CSR of the dependentvariable is firm value with a moderating variable is GCG is 24,3% while the rest(100% - 24,3%) = 75,7% influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied.Keywords: financial performance, Corporate Social Responsibility, firm value, GoodCorporate Governance

Abstract

The large number of brands of sanitary napkins that are on the market causing consumers desirability has moved from one brand to another brand. The shift of consumers to other brands is influenced by various factors, including price, product quality, needs looking for variety and product advertising competitors. The purpose of this research was: analyzing the significance of the influence of prices, quality products, needs looking for variety and product advertising a competitor against the decision of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study all Coed Faculty of Economics University of Surakarta Slamet Riyadi force 2012-2015 to ever use sanitary napkins Charm. The number of samples that used as many as 70 students with techniques of sampling using a purposive sampling. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) there is a significant influence on the price of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. 2) there is a significant influence on the product quality of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. 3) there are significant effects needs looking for variation of the displacement of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. 4) there is a significant influence of advertising products of competitors against the decision of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi.Keywords: pricing, quality products, needs looking for variety, advertising products of competitors, brand switching

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of (1) the effect of variable Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions services workshop Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur (2) to analyze the significance of the effect of variable locations on purchasing decisions services workshop Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur (3) to analyze the significance of variables influence the quality of service to the purchasing decision Cahya workshop services Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. The population of this research are all service user at a motorcycle shop and grab a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing. The conclusion of each of these hypotheses indicate that (1) Variable Word of Mouth significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. It is shown with p value 0,021 < 0,05 (2) Variable locations significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. It is shown with p value 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Variable quality of service significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) the effect of service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. (2) the effect of patient satisfaction to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. (3) the effect of patient satisfaction in moderation the service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. Population of this research is all of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong patients during Desember 2015, and taken a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity dan reliability test. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using absolute difference test. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) the service performance does not have a significant effect to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, is proven by probability value of t test result 0,08 > 0,05. (2) patient satisfaction have a significant effect to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, , is proven by probability value of t - test result (0,000) < 0,05. (3) patient satisfaction does not moderated the service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, it is proven by probability value of absolute difference test result 0,155 > 0,05.Keywords: service performance, patient satisfaction, patient loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence on the profitability of banks against NIM Government and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence on the profitability of banks against BOPO Government and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 3) to analyze the significance of the influence of LDR against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 4) to analyze the significance of the influence of the NPL against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 5) to analyze the significance of the influence of NIM, BOPO, LDR and NPL simultaneously against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. Research methods method using case studies, the data type of the data being used is qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the data of seconds. The population in this research is Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange as much as 21 banks, using purposive sampling technique of sampling, namely an amount of 18 banks, methods of data collection used documentation. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) partially known that Net Interest Margin (NIM) significant positive effect towards profitability. 2) partially known that operating expenses/operating income (BOPO) significant negative effect towards profitability. 3) partially known that the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) of significant negative effect towards profitability. 4) partially known that Non Performing Loan (NPL) effect is not significantly to profitability. 5) simultaneously can note that Net Interest Margin (NIM), operating expenses/operating income (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant effect on profitability.Keywords: NIM, BOPO, LDR, NPL, profitability.
