Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the attacking process of the Indonesian U23 national team competing in the 2024 Asian Cup U23 with the intention of analysing the attacking process of the Indonesian U23 national team. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method with the population of the entire Indonesian U23 national team match. With the research technique observing video recording of the match. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the average process of attacking the U23 Indonesian national team through combinative attacks as many as 116 times with a percentage of 38% and direct attacks as many as 110 times with a percentage of 36% and counter attacks 21 times with a percentage of 7% and fast attacks 56 times with a percentage of 19%. The success rate of attacking is seen from attacks that lead to the opponent's goal. The total shots of the Indonesian U23 national team to the opponent's goal were 79 attempts including 21 times on target and 56 times off target. These results can be used as evaluation material for the Indonesian national team to implement an objective attacking process in the next championship. In conclusion, the process of attacking the U23 Indonesian National Team is divided into 4, namely combinative attack, direct attack, counter-attack, and fast attack. Abstract

The lack of athletic competitions in Jember Regency, causing a decrease in achievement. Therefore, Madrasah Islamic Competition (MIC) cooperates with PASI (Indonesian Athletics Association) Jember Regency to organise competitions, one of which is athletic sports, especially running numbers. Madrasah Islamic Competition (MIC) is a competition event held by MAN 2 Jember to facilitate the talents and potential of junior high school / middle school students throughout Besuki Prefecture. One of the branches contested is the 100 m and 400 m run. Talent screening in this athletic sport is the main focus, with the aim of identifying and developing the potential of young athletes who can represent their schools and regions in larger competitions. This service activity aims to make it easier for PASI (All Indonesian Athletics Association) Jember Regency to choose athletes who are eligible to compete in the PORPROV (Provincial Sports Week). This service method uses several stages including; (1) Preparation Stage, (2) Implementation Stage, (3) Evaluation and Reporting Stage. This service activity aims to facilitate the coaches and administrators of PASI (All Indonesian Athletics Association) Jember Regency in selecting athletic athletes to be prepared for the PORPROV (Provincial Sports Week) event. So that students have the motivation to be selected to join the Jember Regency contingent in facing the event.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu program pengabdian masyarakat yang berkontribusi dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk dibidang pendidikan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dikalangan pelajar Desa Papringan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara, berbagai pemasalahan yang ditemukan seperti rendahnya minat belajar siswa, kurangnya motivasi dari orang tua, tingginya angka pernikahan dini yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan. Dengan berbagai permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa mengimplementasikan sejumlah program kerja seperti mengajar di lembaga pendidikan formal dan non formal, pelatihan baris berbaris (PBB), sosialisasi tentang 3 dosa besar pendidikan (bulyying, kekerasan seksual, dan sikap intoleransi), serta pengecatan lembaga TK dan SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan. Teknik pelaksanaanya melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu observasi dan wawancara, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Mahasiswa KKN berhasil memberikan manfaat yang dapat dirasakan oleh siswa, guru, dan masyarakat setempat, dengan menciptakan susasana belajar lebih efektif dan dinamis, meningkatkan kemauan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Keterlibatan mahasiswa KKN tidak hanya diperbantukan tetapi juga sebagai tenaga pengajar yang langsung menghadapi siswa-siswi tersebut sehingga membuka peluang membuat perubahan berkelanjutan dalam  sistem pendidikan di Desa Papringan. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi contoh bagi program KKN lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah lainnya.
