Abstract

Keterampilan mengelola kelas adalah suatu usaha yang dengan sengaja dilakukan guru untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan guru kelas dalam pengelolaan kelas di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, Hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi guru dalam pengelolaan kelas di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, serta bagaimana solusi guru dalam mengatasi pengelolaan kelas di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Penelitiann ini bertujuan mengungkapkan kemampuan guru kelas dalam pengelolaan kelas di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam pengelolaan kelas di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, serta solusi guru dalam mengatasi hambatan pengelolaan kelas di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 6 orang guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya data diolah secara deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan guru kelas dalam mengelola kelas khusunya didalam pengelolaan menyangkut dengan siswa di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh ada sebagian guru (dua guru) yang belum sepenuhnya menerapkan keterampilan mengelola kelas dalam proses belajar mengajar sedangkan guru lainnya (empat guru) sudah menerapkannya keterampilan pengelolaan kelas khususnya dalam pengelolaan menyangkut dengan aspek the warmth and enthusiasm, challenges, varies, flexibility, emphasis on the positive, and self-discipline. Jadi guru di SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh telah mampu menggunakan keterampilan mengelola kelas dengan baik dan nilai rata-rata 86%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari indikator pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas khususnya pengelolaan didalam mengelola siswa secara umum dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Vehicles have now become an essential basic need for society. Cars are one of the transportation tools that can be chosen for activities because they can accommodate more than one passenger and offer comfort while driving, eliminating concerns about bad weather during outdoor activities. When purchasing a car, consumers are faced with numerous criteria that influence the selection of the car they want, which makes it difficult for consumers to choose the right car. Several car specifications that consumers consider include the car's weight, passenger capacity, engine size, maximum power, and price. This study discusses the process of recommending the most suitable and needed cars for consumers. By using the fuzzy Tahani method, the processed car data will generate outputs in the form of recommended cars for consumers. This research is expected to assist prospective car buyers in determining the car that best matches their chosen criteria.

Abstract

Overclaim occurs when business actors convey excessive or factual information in product promotions, thus misleading consumers and violating the principles of transparency and honesty in trade. In the skincare industry on e-commerce platforms, this practice is increasingly widespread along with high market competition. Consumers are often disadvantaged because they do not have adequate ability to verify the truth of product claims. This study aims to examine the form of legal protection provided to consumers, as well as to examine the responsibilities of business actors based on the provisions of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The method used is qualitative with a normative legal approach, which focuses on literature studies and analysis of relevant laws and regulations. The findings in this study indicate the need to strengthen the legal protection system, both preventively through advertising monitoring mechanisms, and repressively through the application of strict legal sanctions. The active involvement of e-commerce platforms is also key to creating effective consumer protection in the digital space.
