Abstract

Environmentally, the company tries to achieve a level of environmental protection as part of the organization's sustainability goals. Meanwhile, socially, companies must also benefit society so that their existence gains social legitimacy. This research examines the influence of Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) towards Masuliyyah Improving Environmental Performance. In its implementation, green intellectual capital consists of Green Structural Capital (GSC), Green Human Capital (GHC), and Green Relational Capital (GRC), which reflect the intangible assets owned by the company, including knowledge, wisdom, experience, and innovation with attention to environmental welfare. This research is related to abstract ideas or theories and is often used to develop new concepts or provide new interpretations of existing theories. Through comprehensive literature analysis, this kind of research can produce research models that can be developed in further empirical research. The role of Masuliyyah green intellectual capital is environmentally friendly sustainability of human capital, the impression felt by organizational elements in their journey to discover and build organizational knowledge and improve the organization's environmental performance by focusing on needs, comfort, and a sustainable environment, but also providing the meaning of learning, innovation, maintaining friendly environment, support and attention to organizational elements to achieve common goals towards masuliyyah improving environmental performance.

Abstract

Kredit simpan pinjam merupakan salah satu kegiatan usaha yang ada di koperasi yang akan menghasilkan SHU. Dapat dilihat pada tingkat SHU koperasi yang semakin menurun bersamaan dengan menurunya pengeluaran kredit. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan kredit simpan pinjam pada Koperasi “Hikmah” Kabupaten Majalengka, bagaimana perkembangan SHU koperasi pada Koperasi “Hikmah” Kabupaten Majalengka, serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kedit simpan pinjam terhadap SHU koperasi pada Koperasi “Hikmah” Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment (r), Determinasi, dan uji t, dalam mengolah data menggunakan program spss 17 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pengaruh kredit simpan pinjam terhadap SHU koperasi pada Koperasi “Hikmah” Kabupaten Majalengka besarnya pengaruh kredit simpan pinjam terhadap SHU koperasi sebesar 82,6 %,

Abstract

(PG Utama Jatiwangi,is a company that sells house tile needs that aims to achieve profit.This study will examine the factors of work motivation and work discipline to improve company performance.Based on the results of the analysis,it is concluded that the motivation of employees at PG Utama Jatiwangi related to the instrumental dimension can be included in the sufficient category,this can be illustrated that in PG Utama Jatiwangi it is sufficient to provide bonuses to its employees,and there are development and improvement efforts in providing incentives for employee welfare.Likewise,work discipline is also positively correlated with company performance,Proportionally from the two aspects of the ability and motivation variables that most influence on employee performance at PG Utama Jatiwangi is employee motivation with an effect on employee performance variations of 45.76%,meaning that motivation contributes 45.76% to each employee performance improvement at PG.Main Jatiwangi.Work motivation and work discipline together have a direct and indirect effect on regional performance(Y) of 70.42%.Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of other variables not included in the study on employee performance (Y) was 29.58%.Thus, work motivation and work discipline of employees at PG Utama Jatiwangi are important aspects in shaping employee performance at PG Utama Jatiwangi. Therefore,PG Utama Jatiwangi needs to pay attention to these aspects and needs to improve them optimally,so that employees at PG Utama Jatiwangi can have optimal performance as well).
