<![CDATA[Legalitas usaha sangat penting bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) karena memberikan berbagai manfaat. Legalitas mencakup izin usaha, perpajakan, dan perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual. Dengan memiliki legalitas yang lengkap, UMKM dapat melindungi keberlangsungan bisnis serta membangun reputasi baik di mata pelanggan, investor, dan mitra bisnis. Legalitas yang lengkap juga mempermudah akses pembiayaan dari pemerintah dan perbankan, serta memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing. Namun, survei menunjukkan banyak UMKM belum memiliki izin usaha. Izin ini penting untuk membuktikan eksistensi dan kesesuaian usaha dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Memiliki izin juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan penjualan dan menarik konsumen. Pasal 25 ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2018 menegaskan bahwa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) adalah identitas usaha yang diperlukan untuk mendapatkan izin usaha dan izin komersial atau operasional. Program "Ayo Legal" bertujuan memudahkan pelaku usaha dalam memperoleh perizinan dan informasi terkait. Dengan pendaftaran legalitas, diharapkan UMKM dapat berkembang dan memperoleh profit dari sumber pembiayaan seperti perbankan dan investor. Melalui dukungan pemerintah dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM, legalitas usaha diharapkan meningkat, memberikan manfaat besar bagi UMKM dan perekonomian nasional secara keseluruhan. Keberadaan legalitas usaha tidak hanya memperkuat posisi UMKM, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT Business legality is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because it provides various benefits. Legality includes business permits, taxation, and intellectual property rights protection. By having complete legality, MSMEs can protect business continuity and build a good reputation in the eyes of customers, investors, and business partners. Complete legality also makes it easier to access financing from the government and banks, as well as expand the market and increase competitiveness. However, surveys show that many MSMEs do not yet have a business license. This permit is important to prove the existence and compliance of the business with applicable regulations. Having a permit also contributes to increasing sales and attracting consumers. Article 25 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 emphasizes that the Business Identification Number (NIB) is a business identity required to obtain a business license and commercial or operational permit. The "Ayo Legal" program aims to make it easier for business actors to obtain permits and related information. With legal registration, it is hoped that MSMEs can develop and obtain profits from financing sources such as banks and investors. Through government support and understanding of MSME actors, business legality is expected to increase, providing great benefits to MSMEs and the national economy as a whole.
