Abstract

The purpose of this study was to deteminate the influence of work overload on job performance the mediating of emotional exhaustion. The population of this study is employees of PT. Royal Kotindah Purbalingga. A total samples is 96 employees, and used proportionate random sampling. Methods of data collection used documentation and quetionnaires. Methos of data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, and path analysis. Data analysis used SPSS softwere for windows version 21. The result of this study show that work overload and emotional exhaustion have a negatiff significant effect on job performance. In addition, the result also show that work overload have a positive significant on emotional exhaustion. Futhermore, this study finds that emotional exhaustion mediates the relationship work overload on job performance.

Abstract

Chandra Talo Building Store is one of the building shops located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. The store sells various kinds of building materials, from cement, paint, nails, wood, and others. So far, the management of data on materials, starting from recording inventory and selling goods, is still done manually through bookkeeping and notes, because there is no specific application that can help manage this data. The Goods Sales Forecasting Application at the Chandra Talo Building Store is built on an Android basis which can be accessed via an Android smartphone. The Goods Sales Forecasting application at the Chandra Talo Building Store was made in order to assist the Store in determining the amount of building materials to be restocked, by analyzing the time series on building material sales data that occurs every month which will produce a forecast or estimate of the amount of building materials to be restocked. Based on a comparative analysis of the Linear Regression Method and the WeightMovingAverage Method through the MAPE Method and the MSE Method, the results of the Linear Regression Method have a smaller error value than the WeightMovingAverage Method. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the goods sales forecasting application at the Android-based Chandra Talo Building Store has been running well and can provide output reports on the results of forecasting sales of goods.

Abstract

 Peran orang tua sangat penting dalam proses belajar dan memotivasi siswa untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang sesuai dengan harapan. Adanya sikap saling mempercayai, saling membantu dalam membimbing anak dan berkomunikasi antara orang tua dan guru, akan membuat anak merasa memiliki kebebasan berkreativitas guna pengembangan potensi dirinya, sehingga bisa meningkatkan kreativitas dan mencapai keberhasilan dalam belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam memotivasi dalam proses belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan mendokumentasikan dan mereview artikel yang terkait dengan peran orang tua dalam memotivasi proses belajar guna menunjang hasil belajar siswa yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 2012-2021. Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanya 30 artikel nasional yang diperoleh dari googel cendekia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa peran orang tua sangat berpengaruh penting untuk memotivasi anaknya dalam proses belajar sehingga mendapatkan hasil dan prestasi belajar yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative-descriptive research. The aim is to describe the implementation of classroom management principles and explain the impact towards 2nd grade students’ learning motivation in SD Inprees 6/80 Kawerang. the participant of this study are 34 students and 2 teachers. Analytical data technique that used in this study is Interactive data analytic. Based on the analytic, concluded that classroom management in SD Inprees 6/80 Kawerang implemented properly suitable with the classroom management principles, there are: (1) teacher’s gesture like enthusiastic, warmness, and intimateness. (2) challenging learning. (3) various learning activities. (4) teacher’s suppleness in every actions. (5) positivity instruction on the students. (6) discipline instruction on the students. Through classroom management implementation, students become motivated and indicate behaviors like: (1) active in the class. (2) willing to try difficult things. (3) desire to succeeded learning. (4) willing to start from themselves. (5) survive when facing learning difficulties. (6) pay attention to the teacher. Therefore, the conclusion is classroom management principles affected students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal, penelitian ini didasari oleh keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas IV C SD Negeri Ledug yang masih tergolong rendah. Dengan demikian, penelitian tindakan kelas ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas IV C SD Negeri Ledug. Analisis tersebut dilakukan dengan mengamati dampak penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning/PBL) pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang berlandaskan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Peserta didik kelas IV C SD Negeri Ledug, berjumlah 12 siswa, menjadi subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas dua pertemuan. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kriteria keberhasilan ditetapkan pada pencapaian ketuntasan keterampilan kolaborasi minimal 75% dari seluruh siswa. Studi ini membuktikan efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning/PBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi siswa kelas IV C SD Negeri Ledug pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata keterampilan kolaborasi dari skor 77 di siklus pertama menjadi 84 di siklus kedua. Secara signifikan, persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan juga meningkat, dari 71% di siklus I menjadi 88% di siklus II.
