Abstract

This research while belakangi by problems the high the drop out rate the education of children in the village Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai Kabupaten Merangin, It is in thought closely related to economic conditions family. The purpose of this research is to express influence foster pattern and condition of the economy of a family against children dropping out of school in the village Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai Kabupaten Merangin. Methods used in this research is the type of correlational , with samples from 43 people from parents who had children dropping out of school , in the village Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai Kabupaten Merangin. Technique data collection used the technique documentation and chief , while technique analysis data using distribution the frequency and pearsont product moment . The results of the study showed that: is the significant between pattern foster and condition of the economy of a family against children dropping out of school in the village Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai Kabupaten Merangin by the value rhitung 0,493 With standard trust 5% unknown to thitung > ttabel which is 3,629>1,682.

Abstract

To be able to grow and thrive in running operations, companies require assets and substantial sales. Therefore, companies are faced with the problem of how to manage these assets and generate sales. Effective management and efficient assets will generate large sales, which will affect the rate of return on assets of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine how much asset management, sales and return on assets produced by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, as well as asset management and sales effect on the return of assets at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, with the period of 2005 through 2014. The results showed that PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. produced the highest and more stable Total Assets Turnover (TATO). The same amount of assets that can increase the sales volume of its assets when turnover increased or enlarged. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk also has a fairly steady increase in sales from year to year compared to PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Additionally Return on Assets (ROA) is best produced by PT. Mayora Indah Tbk which in 2009 amounted to 11.5%, a positive ROA shows that from the total assets used to operate, PT Mayora Indah Tbk. able to generate profits. The higher of ROA, the better, because this ratio indicates that the company performs its operations effectively and resulting in notable returns. The simultaneous test shows that the asset management and sales on the return of assets have no significant effect

Abstract

ABSTRACTDemocratic party this time the main attraction for the emergence of new political parties. The most phenomenal party NasDem. Given, this party is the only party that pass the verification as a new participant in the 2014 election as a new political presence NasDem certainly reasonable if it raises a lot of questions and doubts about efforts to win legislative elections 2014. It’s still not strong mass base owned by NasDem . Therefore NasDem struggled to garner support to parts of the country, including in Central Java. Central Java Central Java NasDem as a new political party will offer what? whether it offers it is something new, or something old that ever offered by other parties. Abstract

The recruitment process for programmers at the Tanah Datar District Communication and Information Office remains manual. Candidate evaluations are frequently performed without structured decision-making protocols, resulting in potential errors in identifying the most suitable applicants. This study seeks to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) employing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology for the selection of programmers at the Tanah Datar District Communication and Information Office, by amalgamating hard-skill and soft-skill competencies. This study employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique, comprising four phases: requirements planning, user design, building, and cutover. During the requirements planning phase, system needs are collected via interviews, documentation, and observation. This phase establishes the criteria, which encompass interviews (C1), application creation and design proficiency (C2), database and installation competencies (C3), and problem-solving skills (C4). During the user design phase, the system design is executed, followed by system development with PHP and MySQL in the building phase. In the cutover phase, system testing was performed utilizing the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) technique, yielding an average score of 86.74, which signifies that the system possesses commendable usability quality and is highly regarded by users. The research findings indicate that the AHP-based Decision Support System is successful in facilitating the selection process, expediting decision-making, and aiding agencies in identifying the most suitable applicants who fulfill the established criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi perilaku agresif yang dialami oleh anak- anak KB Serai Serumpun, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru yang mengatakan hal ini terjadi dikarenakan anak sering diejek oleh temannya di kelas ataupun pada saat bermain di luar kelas. Di KB Serai Serumpun terdapat 2 anak KB yang menonjol memiliki perilaku agresif, anak tersebut sering bertengkar dengan temannya, mengeluarkan kata- kata kotor, dan mengejek temannya, serta menirukan gaya tokoh ditelevisi idolanya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah. Mendeskripsikan penyebab anak menjadi agresif pada anak KB Serai Serumpun dan Mendeskripsikan penanganan anak agresif pada anak KB Serai Serumpun. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti temui adalah penyebab anak agresif adalah karena kurangnya perhatian dari oaring tua dank arena anak terlalu dimanja oleh orang tua serta orang tua yang sibuk dengan HPnya saja. Sedangkan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap anak anresif adalah dengan cara mencatat setiap tingkah polah anak dalam buku penghubung dan mendiskusikan nya dengan orang tua dan ketika terjadi pertekaran yang menyebabkan salah satu anak menagis maka ibu guru akan menenangkan anak dengan merangul dan mengajak bercerita sembari menasehatinya. Saranya adalah Bagi Guru : Hendaknya guru di sekolah lebih memperhatikan perilaku anak sehingga anak tidak melakukan tindakan yang merugikan dirinya sendiri, orang lain, maupun lingkungan social. Bagi Peneliti selanjutnya: Diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat menyempurnakan penulisan skripsi yang berkaitan dengan prilaku agresif pada anak usia dini.
