Abstract

The purpose of the Economic Care Day 2024 program at SMK Negeri 1 Merangin is to foster student leadership, creativity, teamwork, and sociopreneurship. Utilizing several interactive training sessions, practical exercises, and realistic business simulations, this program seeks to equip students to become creative and socially conscious entrepreneurs. Four major areas are the program's focus: The first is Leadership Development, which teaches students how to make decisions, solve problems, and manage a team; the second is Creativity Enhancement, which promotes creative thinking and solution-based entrepreneurship; the third is Collaboration Training, which stresses teamwork and good communication; and the fourth is Sociopreneurship Education, which introduces the idea of business models that put profit and social.  Economic Care Day 2024 reaches 146 students as participants aim to equip students with strong social entrepreneurship knowledge, enhanced leadership, teamwork abilities, and an expanded entrepreneurial attitude. Through experiential learning, workshops, case studies, and mentorship, students are equipped to contribute to their communities and the global economy

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi perilaku agresif yang dialami oleh anak- anak KB Serai Serumpun, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru yang mengatakan hal ini terjadi dikarenakan anak sering diejek oleh temannya di kelas ataupun pada saat bermain di luar kelas. Di KB Serai Serumpun terdapat 2 anak KB yang menonjol memiliki perilaku agresif, anak tersebut sering bertengkar dengan temannya, mengeluarkan kata- kata kotor, dan mengejek temannya, serta menirukan gaya tokoh ditelevisi idolanya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah. Mendeskripsikan penyebab anak menjadi agresif pada anak KB Serai Serumpun dan Mendeskripsikan penanganan anak agresif pada anak KB Serai Serumpun. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti temui adalah penyebab anak agresif adalah karena kurangnya perhatian dari oaring tua dank arena anak terlalu dimanja oleh orang tua serta orang tua yang sibuk dengan HPnya saja. Sedangkan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap anak anresif adalah dengan cara mencatat setiap tingkah polah anak dalam buku penghubung dan mendiskusikan nya dengan orang tua dan ketika terjadi pertekaran yang menyebabkan salah satu anak menagis maka ibu guru akan menenangkan anak dengan merangul dan mengajak bercerita sembari menasehatinya. Saranya adalah Bagi Guru : Hendaknya guru di sekolah lebih memperhatikan perilaku anak sehingga anak tidak melakukan tindakan yang merugikan dirinya sendiri, orang lain, maupun lingkungan social. Bagi Peneliti selanjutnya: Diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat menyempurnakan penulisan skripsi yang berkaitan dengan prilaku agresif pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Early childhood education teachers are at the forefront of developing the character and abilities of children at their golden age. So that requires early childhood education teachers who are competent, especially in the field of teaching and learning. This service has the aim of increasing teacher understanding regarding the importance of filling out online rubrics and accreditation forms, and the importance of each school for accreditation. This service method consists of lecture, discussion, demonstration and direct practice methods. The importance of the results of this service is to improve the skills of PAUD teachers, especially when filling out online rubrics and accreditation forms can be carried out gradually. The importance of accreditation is to improve the quality of schools in PAUD teachers' premises. The increase in understanding and ability of early childhood teachers is very significant based on the results of the pre-test and post-test that have been distributed, which has increased in each category, such as the activity category, which has increased. Both the medium core activity category and the medium closing category. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed digital life skill-based DAT learning model. It used development research (R&D). The population of this research was 124 students of grade IV of SDN 106/II Sungai Binjai, Bathin III District, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province, Indonesia, and the sample was 36 students chosen using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were model validation sheets, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The validity of the instrument used in this research was content validity by consulting with experts. The reliability test in this research used a Likert scale. The research results indicate that (1) the debate, analysis, and findings model based on digital life skills improves students' thinking skills, trains students' skills, and can help students analyze learning in depth, 2) through the debate, analysis, and findings model based on digital life skills, the learning takes place more systematically, and significant in improving student understanding, and (3) learning with the debate, analysis, and findings model based on digital life skills can make learning more effective.

Abstract

Apprenticeships are one of the common practices carried out by higher education institutions in Indonesia to improve learning experiences and technical skills among their students. Students who take part in the internship program are not only able to develop their professional attributes but also have the opportunity to gain professional networks and career paths. Apart from the conventional approach of connecting students with real-world work experience for a program, internships can also be applied to specific courses within a program. The article discusses the application of an internship program as a pedagogical approach in providing experiential learning in certain subjects, namely Foundations and Concrete Work. This research involved 51 second year students who were studying in the Education Department at Merangin University, Jambi in the Out-of-School Education Department. Analysis of the impact of apprenticeship experiences shows that apprenticeship programs are an effective pedagogical approach to experiential learning for basic courses and concrete work

Abstract

Limited learning resources, lack of educators' abilities, low student thinking skills, difficulty in training skills, and analyzing materials are serious problems in this study. This study is a development research or Research and Development (R & D). The purpose of the study was to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the DAT learning model based on digital life skills that was developed. The population of the study was 124 students of grade IV of Elementary School 106/II Sungai Binjai. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The sample in the study was 36 students. The trial was limited to 9 students. Data collection techniques were model validation sheets, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The reliability test in this study used a Likert scale. The results showed that the reliability of the instrument was 74, with a percentage of 92.5% (good) by learning model design experts. 63 with a percentage of 78.75% (good) by language experts. 76 with a percentage of 95% (good) by material experts and 2880 with a percentage of 89.51% (strongly agree) by students. For further researchers, it is recommended to pay attention to the limitations of the study, so that they can further refine the model that has been developed.
