Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilakukan dengan dua tahapan siklus yaitu siklus I dan II. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VI SDN 03 Pancor berjumlah 28 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan Pada siklus I, dari total siswa dikelas yang berjumlah 28 orang, terdapat 13 orang siswa (46%) sudah terlihat maksimal dalam menerapkan keterampilan kerjasama dalam proses pembelajaran ketika mengerjakan tugas secara berkelompok yang diberikan guru. Sedangkan 15 orang siswa (54%) masih belum maksimal. Berdasarkan hasil post test siklus I, diperoleh data dari 28 orang siswa terdapat 16 orang siswa (57%) sudah mencapai hasil sesuai KKM, 12 orang siswa (43%) belum mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada siklus II, dari 28 orang siswa, terdapat 25 orang siswa (89%) sudah terlihat maksimal dalam menerapkan keterampilan kerjasama dalam proses pembelajaran ketika mengerjakan tugas secara berkelompok yang diberikan guru. Sedangkan 3 orang siswa (11%) masih belum maksimal. Dari hasil post test pada siklus II, diperoleh data dari 28 orang siswa terdapat 26 orang siswa (93%) sudah mencapai hasil sesuai dengan KKM, sedangkan 2 orang siswa (7%) masih dibawah KKM. Ini artinya bahwa hasil belajar siswa sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tercapainya ketuntasan belajar siswa minimal 75%. Kata kunci : Manajemen pengelolaan kelas, hasil belajar, kemampuan kerjasama

Abstract

Pantai Kelapa di Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur, dikelola oleh POKDARWIS dengan berbagai fasilitas dan aktivitas. Namun, peningkatan jumlah pengunjung telah menyebabkan masalah timbulan sampah yang belum terkelola baik. Untuk mengatasi ini, rencana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang fokus pada pengelolaan sampah dan pemanfaatan produk sampah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan menjaga lingkungan. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) atau yang biasa disebut SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Wisata Pantai Kelapa adalah mengatasi masalah sampah melalui pengelolaan sampah. Survei dan penghitungan timbulan sampah dilakukan pada 6 lokasi yang berbeda. Sampling dan pengukuran berat serta volume sampah dilakukan pada masing-masing area. Pada area pertama memiliki timbulan sampah terbanyak, didominasi oleh sampah kelapa karena terdapat wahana dan food court. Pada area kedua memiliki densitas sampah tertinggi, khususnya dari sisa makanan. Sementara itu, area 4 memiliki jumlah timbulan sampah paling sedikit karena hanya memiliki kolam renang yang jarang dikunjungi. Berdasarkan hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa area 1 (wahana dan food court) memiliki timbulan sampah tertinggi sebesar 994,8 kg, diikuti oleh area 2 (musholla) dengan 562,95 kg. Total timbulan sampah adalah 2600,04 kg per hari dengan densitas tertinggi terjadi di area 2, yaitu 11940.71 kg/m3. Sampah yang paling banyak adalah serpihan buah kelapa, sisa makanan, sampah kebun, dan sampah kayu.

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study is to evaluate the financial performance of West Lampung Regency, the regional government. A quantitative descriptive approach is the research methodology employed. The budget for regional revenue in 2021 and 2022 is the data that was used. Analysis of the regional financial independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, and degree of fiscal decentralization ratio was the calculation method employed in the study. The degree of fiscal decentralization as a ratio is very low, with analysis results ranging from 0% to 10% on an interval scale. When the independence ratio falls between 0 and 25 percent, it indicates a very low level and an instructive relationship pattern. Lastly, an interval scale with x>100% represents the effectiveness ratio in 2021. Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve vocabulary mastery using flannel word board media in class I Indonesian language learning at SD Negeri 3 Sekarteja. Based on the researcher's initial observations of class I students at SD Negeri 3 Sekarteja, Selong District, East Lombok Regency, it shows that students' mastery of recognizing the concept of letters and words as a stage of the initial reading process is not in accordance with the stages of development they should be. The low level of students' initial reading mastery was discovered when the teacher carried out an assessment in the process of learning to read words; only 9 out of 29 students were able to read with good criteria. For word mastery, there are criteria that are starting to develop; there are 9 students who can name 4-5 words, while for the criteria that have not yet developed, there are 20 students who have criteria for saying 1-3 words. Looking at the existing problems, initial reading mastery needs to be developed, namely by choosing the right learning media. One medium that can be used to improve vocabulary mastery is using flannel word board media. The subjects of this research were 29 students in class I of SD Negeri 3 Sekarteja, consisting of 16 male students and 13 female students. The method in this research is Kemmis McTaggart. The actions carried out consist of two (2) cycles. In the first cycle, the post-test results from 29 students increased to 12 students who completed it with a percentage of 41.38. In cycle II the number of results increased to 23 students with a percentage of 79.31%. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of word flannel board media in Indonesian language learning in class I can improve vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in the Pancasila Education subject, especially regarding norms in life, by implementing the Literature Circle learning model. This model is designed to encourage active student participation through group discussions with specific roles. The research was conducted in two cycles involving 31 students at SD Negeri 3 Sekarteja, using observation sheets and learning outcomes tests as data collection tools, which were analyzed using interpretation. The results of the research showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes, where in the first cycle the majority of students got a score between 70 and 80 with 16% achieving a score of 100, while in the second cycle the number of students who achieved a perfect score increased to 29%, and all students got score above 80. Student participation in discussions also increased, with students who were previously passive becoming more active in asking critical questions and relating the material to personal experiences. Overall, the application of the Literature Circle model is effective in improving learning outcomes and student engagement, so that this model can be used as a suitable learning alternative for Pancasila Education, especially for material that requires in-depth understanding.Keywords: Optimization, Classroom Action Research, Learning Outcomes, Literature Circle
