Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process of business succes at Rumah Batik Komar. The result of the study shows that the business succes in this company is still on low level. It is understandable considering that the owner is so uneasy in taking any risk, the raw material for this industry is very expensive, and there is no participation from the government. The methods in this study are descriptive analysis, verification analysis and multiple linear regressions. The result of the study shows that there are some significant connection between Entrepreneurial attitude and the innovation of business success at the Rumah Batik Komar . The technique of determining the data used are the judgmental methods as much as 27 employee. To know the influence of entrepreneurial attitude perceptions and Innovation Process of business succes of p used Statistics analysis i.e. using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and test the hypothesis with trials F and t-test, using the help application programs 20 SPSS for windows. The Results of study showed there was perception influence consumer Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process Rumah Batik Komar. Based on the results of partial test can be seen that Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process of in a positive and significant effect business success Summary of the research is the higher the perception of Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process of business success will be increasing. Abstract

The development of tourists and tourism is going very fast which requires travel agencies to make adjustments and innovations. Sayang Holidays is a travel agency operating in California, San Francisco, USA. This study was conducted to excavate the feasibility of Sayang Holidays as a business entity engaged in the tourism sector. The method used is the Miles and Huberman model which divides into four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and decision making. From this study, it was found that Sayang Holidays is relevant and feasible in becoming a competitive travel agency in San Fransisco. The measurement was conducted from the marketing, human resource, financial ability, and operational aspects. It is hoped that this research can be useful for furthering the development of the business. Sayang Holidays adalah agen perjalanan yang beroperasi di California, San Francisco, AS. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menggali kelayakan Sayang Holidays sebagai badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman yang terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Sayang Holidays relevan dan layak untuk menjadi agen perjalanan yang kompetitif di San Fransisco. Pengukuran dilakukan dari aspek pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, kemampuan finansial, dan operasional. diharapkan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan usaha selanjutnya. Abstract

This research investigates the impact of production costs, working capital, along with sales volume in relation to net profit in manufacturing companies within the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2023. This study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. By means of purposive sampling, five companies were selected, resulting in 30 observations over six years. Data analysis techniques include path analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing, supported by IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The study demonstrates that production costs with working capital have insignificant and positive effect on net profit, while sales volume exhibits insignificant and negative effect. When tested simultaneously, all three variables show a positive but insignificant relationship with net profit. These results suggest that the profitability of companies in this subsector is not solely determined by production costs, working capital, along with sales volume, but is likely to be influenced by additional factors within and outside the organization beyond the scope of this study.
