Abstract

Cooperatives are a form of business entity that continues to be developed in Indonesia. It is hoped that this cooperative will continue to develop because it is considered to be in accordance with the character of the Indonesian nation, namely Gotong Royong. The independence of cooperatives is highly expected so that cooperatives become businesses that are able to stand alone in carrying out their business activities independently, able to earn profits so that they can maintain the continuity of their business and improve the welfare of cooperative members. Financial management is important for cooperative administrators to pay attention to. Financial management responsibilities start from preparing budgets to preparing financial reports. For the development and development of cooperatives as business entities which also act as drivers of the people's economy, cooperatives must be managed with open, transparent and accountable principles. This activity aims to ensure that managers can understand that managing finances needs to be done, so that it is useful in overcoming the problems currently being faced in managing cooperative finances. This activity is carried out by conducting a literature study, determining the location, determining the implementation time and duration of the activity, determining and preparing material, delivering material in the form of material and illustrations regarding financial management. The result of this activity is that cooperative financial managers can find out how to manage finances by making financial reports. The conclusion from this activity is that training in managing finances is a very important activity, it is hoped that managers can manage cooperative finances well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur aktiva terhadap harga saham secara simultan dan parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptrif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2011-2015 yaitu sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari 6 (enam) perusahaan dari perusahaan telekomunikasi yang dipublikasikan melalui situs website www.idx.co.id. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah perhitungan analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan juga menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 21.0 for windows sebagai alat bantu analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham (2) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan struktur aktiva terhadap harga saham. (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur aset terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Struktur aset, Harga saham

Abstract

This research was conducted in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this study is to develop how much influence the net income and debt policy, as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) partially and simultaneously on dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The method used in this research is descriptive method verification with quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the annual financial statements 2010 - 2014 as many as 30 samples. The test statistic used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, analysis of the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing using SPSS V.20.00 for windows. Results of the analysis showed that the net income positive effect on dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER) a negative effect on dividend policy (DPR), net income and debt policy (DER) and simultaneous partial effect on dividend policy (DPR). Abstract

The development of tourists and tourism is going very fast which requires travel agencies to make adjustments and innovations. Sayang Holidays is a travel agency operating in California, San Francisco, USA. This study was conducted to excavate the feasibility of Sayang Holidays as a business entity engaged in the tourism sector. The method used is the Miles and Huberman model which divides into four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and decision making. From this study, it was found that Sayang Holidays is relevant and feasible in becoming a competitive travel agency in San Fransisco. The measurement was conducted from the marketing, human resource, financial ability, and operational aspects. It is hoped that this research can be useful for furthering the development of the business. Keywords: Travel Agency; Finance; Feasibility Study; Business Plan; Tourism Perkembangan wisatawan dan pariwisata yang berlangsung sangat cepat menuntut biro perjalanan untuk melakukan penyesuaian dan inovasi. Sayang Holidays adalah agen perjalanan yang beroperasi di California, San Francisco, AS. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menggali kelayakan Sayang Holidays sebagai badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman yang terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Sayang Holidays relevan dan layak untuk menjadi agen perjalanan yang kompetitif di San Fransisco. Pengukuran dilakukan dari aspek pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, kemampuan finansial, dan operasional. diharapkan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan usaha selanjutnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Entrepreneurial Mindset dan Entrepreneurial Competence terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada Sentra Industri Percetakan Pagarsih Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling berupa Simple Random Sampling dimana sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 71 pelaku usaha pada Sentra Industri Percetakan Pagarsih Bandung. Adapun saat mengumpulkan data, teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah studi lapangan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pada Sentra Industri Percetakan Pagarsih Bandung Entrepreneurial Mindset sudah termasuk ke dalam kategori baik, sedangkan Entrepreneurial Competence dan Kinerja termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik. Selain itu, Entrepreneurial Mindset dan Entrepreneurial Competence berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada Sentra Industri Percetakan Pagarsih Bandung. Adapun Entrepreneurial Mindset mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha melalui Entrepreneurial Competence secara tidak langsung pada Sentra Industri Percetakan Pagarsih Bandung.

Abstract

A strategic approach to meet the issues given by the rapid growth of online markets is the improvement of digital marketing capability among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gekbrong District, Cianjur Regency, through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) methods. By enhancing their understanding and practical skills in the use of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, creating excellent content, and efficiently utilising Google My Business, this community engagement program aims to empower nearby MSMEs. The training approach, which involved MSME players from a variety of business sectors like agribusiness, handicrafts, and culinary arts, blended theoretical lessons, practical experience, and mentoring. The findings showed that organic traffic increased on average. Participants also mentioned increased internet sales and market expansion outside of Cianjur. The primary obstacles were corporate actors' poor technological knowledge and the lack of adequate digital infrastructure. As a result, the program suggests creating SEO learning groups, creating training materials in regional languages, and offering more reliable internet connection. The application of SEO tactics has been successful in improving MSMEs' digital marketing capabilities in Gekbrong District, and it may be replicated in other areas to promote digital economic inclusion at the community level.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Technology on Individual Financial Behavior through Financial Inclusion. Today, individuals have the right to determine the steps they will take in financial decision-making. Various new and diverse financial products are emerging, requiring individuals to have a deeper understanding if they wish to utilize them. This is necessary to avoid financial decisions that may be detrimental. Individual finances can be well-managed if financial behavior is accountable. Strategic efforts are needed to enhance individuals' financial knowledge. The use of technology facilitates financial transactions. Through financial literacy and financial technology, individuals can improve their financial behavior. Moreover, financial inclusion plays a crucial role in promoting positive financial behavior. Access to financial services enables middle and lower-income individuals to save and invest. This study is a quantitative research employing observation and questionnaire methods. The questionnaire serves as a data collection technique in which respondents are given written questions or statements to answer. The respondents in this study are lecturers and employees working at a private university in Bandung City. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. To obtain an accurate and direct representation of the lecturers and employees, this study utilizes a survey system. The total population of lecturers and employees at the university is 325 individuals. Using Slovin’s formula, a sample of 77 respondents, consisting of lecturers and employees, was determined. After conducting analysis and discussion on the data processing results, it can be concluded that Financial Literacy and Financial Technology have a significant positive effect on Financial Inclusion. However, Financial Technology does not have a significant impact on Individual Financial Behavior. The effect of financial technology on individual financial behavior is not always positive and depends on how the technology is utilized. Therefore, individuals must understand the risks and benefits of financial technology and use it wisely to improve their financial behavior.
