Abstract

Pendahuluan: Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) menjelaskan keberhasilan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini sebanyak 47,4 persen pada tahun 2021 dan 58,1 persen pada 2022. Cakupan ASI ekslusif Indonesia pada 2022 tercatat hanya 67,96%, turun dari 69,7% pada tahun 2021.Tatalaksana manajemen laktasi dan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) yang optimal dan maksimal sangat mendukung tercapainya Air Susu Ibu (ASI) ekslusif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini di Tempat Praktik Mandiri Bidan “J” Kota Batam. Metode Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif observatif  dan wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 Bayi yang lahir di bulan Juli.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi kemudian dijelaskan secara sistematis dalam bentuk argumentasi yang objektif dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh pendapat peneliti sendiri. Analisa data pada penelitian ini mengadopsi model Miles dan Huberman meliputi Kodifikasi data, Penyajian data dan Verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 responden yang melaksanakan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini terdapat 5 (71,42%) responden yang berhasil sedangkan 2 (28,58%) diantaranya gagal melaksanakan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini, hal ini disebabkan karena terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini di antaranya keadaan bayi, keadaan ibu, kolostrum dan puting susu. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keadaan bayi, keadaan ibu, kolostrum dan puting susu merupakan faktor yang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini.

Abstract

Breast milk is a mixture of fat within a solution of protein, lactose, and inorganic salts produced by the mother's mammary glands post-delivery as nourishment for the baby. According to the scientific perspective, exclusive breastfeeding helps prevent infant mortality, decrease the incidence of illness, boost immunity, lower allergy risks, promote growth and development, enhance cognitive skills, and offer emotional bonding. Breastfeeding is regularly ruined by different issues experienced by the mother, such as deficient breast drain generation, breast boil, mastitis, breast engorgement, areola issues, and blocked drain channels. The Effect of Oke Tani Massage on Increasing Breast Milk Production in Postpartum Women in the Tanjung Uncang Community Health Center. This type of research is Quasi-Experimental Research with a Pretest post-test nonequivalent Control Group Design, namely by comparing breast milk production in 12 postpartum mothers in the experimental group and 12 postpartum mothers in the control group. In the experimental group, oke tani massage treatment will be given. The results of the independent sample T-test statistical test show a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05 means that there is an influence of Oke Tani Massage on increasing breast milk in postpartum mothers in the Tanjung Uncang Community Health Center working area, Batam City. The recommendations from this study offer a safe and effective option for boosting breast milk supply in postpartum mothers and can be explored by anyone.

Abstract

The image is formed from the company carrying out operational activities that have the main foundation in terms of service. This study aims to determine how the patient's perception of the quality of service on the image of Harapan Bunda Hospital. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population is all class I patients who are in the inpatient room at Harapan Bunda Hospital, Batam. The sample size is 72 respondents with the calculation of the number of samples using an error rate of 5%. Data were analyzed using chi square test and binary logistics. The results showed that the general patient's perception of the quality of service on the image of the hospital. Harapan Bunda Batam in terms of the dimensions of physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, friendliness and security, does not have a significant relationship with the value of p= 1,000>α (0.05) and the dimensions of competence, trust, access, communication and understanding of customers, have a strong relationship. significant with p value = 0.000 < (0.05). It was concluded that there was no relationship between physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, friendliness and safety on the image of the hospital. Harapan Bunda Batam and there is a competent relationship, trust, access, communication and understanding of customers to the image of Harapan Bunda Hospital in Batam. It is hoped that improving the quality of service from the dimensions for improving the image of the hospital must be a priority for improving the dimensions that have a strong influence on improving the image of the hospital. but does not neglect image enhancement in other dimensions.
