Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memutuskan Pengaruh Keragaman Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Lokasi Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pada UD Santia II. Prosedur pemeriksaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, t-test, analisis determinasi dan uji f-test. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa keragaman produk mempengaruhi minat beli ulang pada UD Santia II. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa keragaman produk berpengaruh sig terhadap minat beli ulang. Kualitas pelayananmempengaruhi minat beli ulang pada UD Santia II. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi minat beli ulang. Lokasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat beli ulang pada UD Santia II. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa lokasimempengaruhi minat beli ulang. Dilihat dari uji-f, diperoleh bahwa F-hitung > F-tabel adalah 80,276 > 3,12, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keragaman produk, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan pada minat beli ulang dengan tingkat sig. besar. 0,000 < 0,050.Kata Kunci : Keragaman Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi Dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Gen Z's interest in investing is influenced by family environment, financial behavior, and financial literacy. Gen Z students in Buleleng Regency served as the case study subjects. One hundred Gen Z students were given questionnaires to collect data, which were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). According to the study's findings, investment interest is positively and significantly influenced by financial behavior, in turn by financial literacy, and by family environment. These results indicate that students' interest in investing increases with their level of financial knowledge, prudent financial behavior, and support from their family environment.

Abstract

melakukan penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengetahui apakah ada reaksi terkait variabel-variabel yang diangkat dalam analisis uji penelitian ini, observasi dilakukan di Hotel Aneka Lovina Villas dan Singaraja Spa. dengan mengambil populasi yaitu sebesar 67 karyawan dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pola sampel jenuh. Dalam mengelola data, alat yang digunakan adalah software Smart-PLS. Pengukuran ini menguji model luar dan dalam. Hasil sebagai berikut diperoleh berdasarkan pengujian data dimana terdapat 6 hubungan yang diteliti yaitu ada pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (4,526>1,96), pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap semangat kerja dengan hasil negatif (0,063 < 1,96 ), ada pengaruh stres kerja moral terhadap kinerja karyawan (8,558>1,96), stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (10,093>1,96) ada pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (1,731 < 1,96) yang berarti hasilnya negatif, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap semangat kerja positif dan signifikan (3,986 > 1,96)

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyse the impact of solvency, liquidity, investment and inflation on profit growth in the IDX banking sector. This type of research is quantitative. It uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of banking companies for the period 2018-2022, published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In analysing the data, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection technique used is documentation technique. Data analysis technique is SPSS. The results show that the higher the solvency, the lower the profit growth rate, and vice versa, the lower the solvency, the higher the profit growth rate. The results show that the higher the liquidity, the lower the profit growth, and vice versa the higher the liquidity, the higher the profit growth The higher the investment, the higher the profit growth, and vice versa the lower the investment, the lower the profit growth The higher the inflation, the lower the profit growth, and vice versa the lower the inflation, the higher the profit growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the function of understanding and analyzing the impact of capital structure, company size & company risk on company value in IDX automotive companies. This assessment category is quantitative. Uses secondary data in the form of financial statements & annual reports for the automotive industry published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Data collection techniques with documentation techniques. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS For Windows 25. This study proves that capital structure has a positive and significant influence on company value in automotive companies listed on the IDX, company size has a positive and insignificant effect on the company value of automotive companies listed on the IDX and company risk has a negative & significant effect on the company value in automotive companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital on sales and profitability. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2023. The sampling method in this study used a type of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used documentation techniques and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study uses the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing (t test) and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that, 1) partially the working capital variable (X) has an effect on sales (Y1). Where the t value obtained is 6,123 with a significant value (sig) of 0,000 < 0,05 with a percentage contribution of 38,1% while the remaining 61,9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. 2) partially the working capital variable (X) has an effect on profitability (operating profit) (Y2). Where the t value obtained is 6,183 with a significant value (sig) of 0,000 < 0,05 with a percentage contribution of 38,5% while the remaining 61,5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
