Abstract

Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative has a savings and loan service unit that deals with all savings and loan matters carried out by Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative members. Until now, Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative has only carried out manual records related to data on cooperative members, including data on savings and loans. This can lead to errors or data loss. Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative has also been going to implement a system but the information system has not been implemented. The reason is that administrators and supervisors find it difficult for doctors, too complex and not following the needs and desires of the cooperative. So the cooperative management needs a prototype that is used for recording data on savings and loans. To be able to produce a prototype, it is necessary to carry out the process of designing an information system interface. Based on these problems, research was carried out on the design of an information system interface prototype using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which later can provide an introduction, explanation, and initial description of how the management of a cooperative organization of savings and loan data. This research was conducted by conducting literacy studies, planning the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process, determining the context of use, specifying the needs and requirements of users and organizations, designing solutions and prototypes, evaluating solutions and prototypes, and improving the design of solutions and prototypes.

Abstract

Cyberbullying often occurs among higher education students as they frequently use and easily get access to the internet, especially through social media. However, the awareness of cyberbullying among them is very low. They do not know how to identify cyberbullying and prevent it. This research will discover the characteristics of social media that can help third persons identify and prevent cyberbullying. This research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to study a person’s experience of technology regarding cyberbullying. The data collected in this study were obtained from interviews with higher education students. The data acquired were analyzed using Collaizzi's seven steps descriptive phenomenological analyses. The analysis produced a description of the phenomenon of cyberbullying on social media that have verified by the interviewees. This study found some characteristics of social media to help higher education students identify and prevent cyberbullying and discovers which social media has the most cyberbullying content and the similarities/differences of each social media in helping a third person identify and prevent cyberbullying. And found several technological factors that affect the effort of preventing cyberbullying, such as seeing other people’s activities and personal information on social media, and doing a report or sharing cyberbullying content.

Abstract

The decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain environment encounters substantial security threats, particularly complex and expensive fraudulent activities. Conventional detection methods frequently prove insufficient when dealing with enormous transaction volumes and datasets characterized by unbalanced class distributions. This research seeks to examine and evaluate the effectiveness of three widely used machine learning techniques Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost in identifying fraudulent activities within blockchain transactions. The investigation utilized an Ethereum transaction dataset sourced from Kaggle, where the imbalanced data distribution was addressed through the application of SMOTE methodology. Performance assessment was carried out using precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC measurements on testing data. The findings demonstrate XGBoost's superiority among the algorithms, delivering an accuracy rate of 99.46%, precision of 99.69%, recall of 97.86%, and ROC-AUC score of 99.97%, while maintaining minimal false positive occurrences (only 1 instance). These results exceeded those achieved by both Random Forest and Logistic Regression models, demonstrating that gradient boosting methodologies excel at detecting intricate fraudulent behaviors. The study's outcomes offer significant contributions toward creating resilient and autonomous fraud detection frameworks. Keywords: Blockchain, Fraud, Machine Learning, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost.

Abstract

Technological and internet development in Indonesia, with 229.42 million users in 2025, presents a significant opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market their products online. However, the low adoption rate of information systems by MSMEs, particularly concerning effective User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX), can directly impact business success and customer interest in making purchases. The main problem addressed in this study is identifying the most effective UI/UX characteristics for supporting the efficiency of online selling media for MSMEs. This research aims to identify the most crucial UI/UX characteristics that strongly influence and can be used as a reference for developing more efficient MSME online sales media, using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR method, following Kitchenham's stages, was employed to analyze 30 articles published between 2021 and 2025, which focused on UI/UX for MSME online selling media, used Design Thinking or UCD approaches, and included System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation. The analysis of the top-performing articles (based on SUS scores) revealed five dominant UI/UX characteristics: simple and intuitive navigation, visual interface consistency, cross-device responsiveness, high accessibility, and interactivity and personalization. While UCD tends to yield the highest usability scores (up to SUS 94) due to its focus on real user needs, Design Thinking is also consistent in producing "Good–Very Good" SUS scores and is valuable for innovation. These findings provide practical recommendations for developers to improve the efficiency and success of MSME online sales platforms.
