Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sari Burger King Pekanbaru Branch, the respondents of this study were 75 people, where the sample of this study were employees of PT. Sari Burger King Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Sari Burger King Pekanbaru Branch with the results of the hypothesis test showing that t count (6.415) t table (1.9929) with sig 0.000 sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on if Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Sari Burger King Pekanbaru Branch. Based on the calculation table, the correlation value (R) produced is 0.600. So it can be concluded that there is a high relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. While the R Square value is 0.361. This shows that the Work Discipline variable as a whole has an influence of 36.6% on Employee Performance while the remaining 63.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, for example: leadership style, compensation, etc.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Mutiara Jaya Pekanbaru Retail Store, the respondents of this study were 96 people, rounded up to 100 respondents, where the sample of this study was customers of the Mutiara Jaya Pekanbaru Retail Store. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Product Completeness on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Mutiara Jaya Retail Store with the results of the hypothesis test showing that t count (4.854) t table (1.98447) with sig 0.000 sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that in this study there is a significant influence on Product Completeness on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Mutiara Jaya Retail Store. And the influence of the Product Completeness variable on Consumer Purchasing Decisions can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 19.4 percent, while the remaining 80.6 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that the Product Completeness variable affects the Consumer Purchasing Decision variable at the Mutiara Jaya Pekanbaru Retail Store. etc.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru, the employees studied were 31 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru with the results of the partial test obtained a t-count value of 7.754 while the t-table value was 2.045. This explains that t-count (7.754)> t-table (2.045) with sig 0.000 <sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru. While the calculation of the Determination coefficient (R2) is known that the R Square value is 0.675. This shows that the Work Motivation variable as a whole has an influence of 67.5% on Employee Performance while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, for example: Incentives, Work Discipline. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the study prove that Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru is proven to be valid and reliable.

Abstract

Economic growth is the development of activities in an economy that causes goods and services to increase from year to year and the prosperity of society to increase in the long term. In this study, there are several factors that influence it, namely the unemployment rate, education level and investment. Unemployment is a condition of someone who has not worked and is still looking for work. Education is a human resource capital that has a very large influence both for himself and for an economy. Investment is something that is very important in creating capital accumulation which can ultimately create economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of the unemployment rate, education level and investment on the economic growth of Riau Province. The data analysis method uses multiple regression with the Eviews 13 application analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the unemployment rate, education level and investment have a significant influence on economic growth as evidenced by the determination coefficient value of 0.9142 or 91.42%. So it can be interpreted as having a large influence on economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan absensi finger print dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin karyawan. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel total atau teknik sensus. Sedangkan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Absensi Finger Print,Motivasi Kerja dan  Disiplin Karyawan.Hasil Absensi Finger Print dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar -777 dan nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,40 t-hitung < t-tabel atau -777 < 2,040 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,444 > 0,05 yang artinya variabel Absensi Finger Print  secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap disiplin karyawan. Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,935 dan nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,040  sehingga t-hitung  < t-tabel atau 1,935 < 2,040 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar  0,63 > 0,05 yang artinya variablel Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Karyawan. Nilai F_hitung sebesar 2,061 dan F_tabel sebesar 3,34. Maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa Absensi Finger Print (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Disiplin Karyawan (Y). Nilai Adjusted R square adalah sebesar 0,066. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase sumbangan variabel Independen ( Absensi Finger Print dan Motivasi Kerja ) terhadap variabel dependen (Disiplin Karyawan) sebesar 6,6 %.Atau variasi variabel independen (Absensi Finger Print dan Motivasi Kerja ) yang digunakan dalam model regresi mampu menjelaskan sebesar 6,6 % variasi variabel dependen (Disiplin Karyawan).Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 93,4 % dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap perataan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2022-2024. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup seluruh perusahaan manufaktur di BEI, dengan sampel sebanyak 40 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi logistik untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap perataan laba, yang mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan dengan skala aset lebih besar cenderung melakukan praktik perataan laba untuk menjaga stabilitas citra keuangan. Selain itu, profitabilitas (ROA) juga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap perataan laba, yang berarti perusahaan dengan tingkat laba tinggi memiliki kecenderungan lebih besar untuk menstabilkan laba yang dilaporkan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap praktik perataan laba, meskipun variasi yang dijelaskan oleh model sebesar 28,7%, menunjukkan adanya faktor lain yang memengaruhi perataan laba. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dalam memahami determinan praktik perataan laba dan praktis bagi investor, auditor, dan regulator dalam menilai kualitas laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur.
