Abstract

Permasalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah perkembangan moral anak belum berkembang sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian penguatan terhadap perkembangan moral anak di kelompok B3TK Negeri Pembina Palu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian yang disesuaikan prosedur penelitian kependidikan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 27 orang anak di Kelompok B3 TK Negeri Pembina Palu. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan dokumentasi, Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi sebelum diberikan perlakuan dari tiga aspek yang diamati yaitu 1) pembiasaan sikap sopan dan santun, 2) pembiasaan sikap peduli, dan 3), kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan perlakuan menunjukkan persentase kategori berkembang sangat baik, berkembang sesuai harapan dan mulai berkembang hanya mencapai 48,15% sedangkan untuk kategori rendah mencapai 51,85%. Setelah dilakukan tindakan terjadi peningkatan hasil penelitian dari ketiga aspek yang diamati yaitu, menunjukkan kategori berkembang sangat baik, berkembang sesuai harapan dan mulai berkembang mencapai 90,12% dan persentase kategori rendah 9,88%. Demikian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian penguatan terhahap perkembangan moral anak kelompok B3 Tk Negeri Pembina Palu.

Abstract

Background: The high number of formalin abuse as a food additive and formaldehyde exposure in daily life can caused the adverse effect, one of that is infertility. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of formaldehyde on the number of spermatogenic cells, which illustrated disruption of spermatogenesis. Methods: This research was an experimental research with post-test only with control group design. The subject of this research were 24 white rats (Rattus norvegicus) Wistar strain. Test of Hiypothesis used software of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with One-way Anova test with significance 0.05. Results: The average number of spermatogonia cells (P0:291.50; P1:237.50; P2:185.83; P3:156.67), primary spermatocytes cells (P0:296,17; P1:261,33; P2:203,83; P3:171,33), and spermatid cells (P0:722.67; P1:663.67; P2:385.00; P3:287.83) decreased than control, and the results of One-way Anova test was p=0.00. Conclusion: There was a significant difference in the number of spermatogenic cells of the control group with the formalin treatment group.

Abstract

The article projected the cultural identity resistance to preserve the young generations within the Malay community among Southeast Asia nations. The article uncovered the challenge of cultural shifts young people to bear with global life. The Modernism way of life might not suit to the original way of life; it only took to hedonism, personal logic, and contemporary then merely to maturity. At the same time, it might also endanger the existence of Malay Identity for the long term. This article conveyed the friction of cultural shift among Malay young people who influenced to expose the change in their personal identity and role model. The friction carried a serious threat to the whole Malay as an origin identity. The article composed the research focuses on the Malay race tradition who embraces Islam as a way of life. The Malay community embraces Islamic Identity as a cultural feature ?adat bersendikan syarak? the collocational Islamic tradition within the cultural identity. The identity-preserved religion and culture inseparable and integrated one to another as ethnographically proposed research articles applied implemented participant and key informant interviewing from issues phenomenon.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding in the world according to WHO (2020) reached 66%. The national exclusive breastfeeding achievement in the country in 2023 is still less than the target achievement of 80%. The low achievement of the exclusive breastfeeding program occurs due to several factors, including the low knowledge of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding. To improve knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, it is necessary to provide education and health education to breastfeeding mothers. This study was conducted to determine whether providing education using leaflets affects the level of knowledge of pregnant women related to exclusive breastfeeding in the Teraju Health Center area in 2024. This study used a pre-experiment method of one-group pretest-post-test design, while the sampling technique used was non-probability and obtained 69 samples. Data analysis was carried out with the T-test test at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents were aged 20-30 years (72.50%) and had a high school education (40.60%). Before the provision of education, the average value of the level of knowledge of pregnant women was 68.26 and after the provision of education, the average level of knowledge of pregnant women became 85.00. The t-test showed a p-value of 0.00 which means provision of education with leaflets affects the knowledge of pregnant women.

Abstract

Reading is one of the essential abilities that must be possessed by everyone because through reading, one can access a lot of information and knowledge. Additionally, reading is also considered one of the gateways to knowledge. The implementation of the extensive reading method can improve the reading ability of the 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Sembilan. According to researchers, the application of the extensive reading method is one way to enhance students' reading skills. The population in this study consists of 22 students from the 10th grade at SMA Negeri 4 Sembilan. This research employs two tests, namely the pre-test and post-test, and the results of these tests will be compared to determine whether there has been an improvement or not. The average score of the pre-test is 53.86. On the other hand, the average post-test score in cycle 1 is 63.86, and in cycle 2, it is 75. There were significant improvements after implementing the Extensive Reading Approach. This indicates that the use of the Extensive Reading Approach can enhance students' reading skills. By utilizing Extensive Reading in teaching reading, particularly reading skills, the reading ability of the 10th-grade students at SMAN 4 Sembilan can be improved. Students prefer this approach because it helps them in their reading. Hence, the Extensive Reading Approach can enhance students' reading skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Digital Storytelling on students' English narrative writing skills. The object of this research was 150 class XI students of SMAN 1 Pantai Labu which was carried out in August 2023. The research method was quasi-experimental. The sampling technique is purposive sampling; it was conducted in class XI at SMAN 1 Pantai Labu class XI MIA 2 as an experimental class while class XI IIS 2 as a control class. Both the experimental class and the control class consisted of 30 students. The instrument used in this research was a writing test. There is a pre-test and post-test on writing narrative texts given to students. Data was obtained in this research by statistical calculations. Based on the research results, the researcher concluded that the narrative writing ability of class XI students at SMAN 1 Pantai Labu in the experimental class was good. The highest score on the post-test was 70 (4 students) and the lowest score on the post-test was 50 (5 students). The writing ability of students in the control class is sufficient. The highest score on the post test was 85 (5 students) and the lowest score on the post test was 60 (1 student). From the findings, the description of the mean score of the students’ pre-test and post-test of experimental class showed improvement. The mean score of pre-test and post-test of experimental class were 65.67 and 74.33 which showed improvement. The data showed that the use of  Digital Storytelling in teaching the students’ writing skill especially in narrative is effective.

Abstract

Educational insurance is a combined product of life insurance plus money market instruments. Insurance will guarantee the cost of a child's education if later parents can no longer earn a living due to death, or total disability.  education at PT Prudential Pruaini Medan City Branch.  The tennis of this research is descriptive quantitative where the researcher conducts self-observation or WACNA with the structure using a notebook. The results of the study indicate that there are factors that influence the request for education insurance at PT Prudential Pruaini Medan City Branch.  The Prudential Pruaini Medan City Branch is the income factor of the Lysia factor.

Abstract

The application of marketing 5.0 in banking industry supports the concept digital banking involving an approach that is more humanity and personality. The concept digital services banking expected to improve customer loyalty and customer re-intention of services banks. This research aims to determine the influence of digital banking services, marketing 5.0 and customer knowledge toward customer re-intention mediated by customer loyalty in customer Bank Indonesia Tangerang branch. The sampling method used non-probability sampling technique, involving 200 respondents. Data analysis used SmartPLS version 3.0. The research results show that: Digital banking services don’t have significant effect on customer loyalty but have positive and significant effect on customer re-intention; Marketing 5.0 and customer knowledge have significant positive effect on customer loyalty but do not have a significant positive effect on customer re-intention; Customer loyalty has a significant positive effect on customer re-intention. And then, customer loyalty only can be mediating effect of customer knowledge on customer re-intention of banking services. Abstract

This research is aimed at improving the reading comprehension of MTs Al-Washliyah Jati Rejo, Kec.Galang grade VIII students using QAR strategy. In conducting this study, the researcher applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the method of research. It was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four phases: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. This research answered two questions (1) How is the implementation of using Question Answer Relationship (QAR) to enhance the students’ reading comprehension in the narrative text at the eight grade of MTs Al-Washliyah Jati Rejo, Kec.Galang in the academic year of 2019/2020? (2) How is the result of the use of Question-Answer Relationship (QAR) strategy in the narrative text at the eight grade of MTs Al-Washliyah Jati Rejo, Kec.Galang in the academic year of 2019/2020? In reference to the application of the two cycles, the results of the research revealed that the use of schema activation strategy successfully improved the students‘ reading comprehension. The students’ interest and attention in the process of teaching and learning English, especially reading, reading improved. They were also able to explore many words related to the topic of the lesson. In relation to their comprehension of English texts, the students were able to identify main ideas and supporting details of paragraphs correctly
